    On July 2023 my husband and I signed an agreement with Encor Solar, and Enfin Corp to install a full house solar panel system. We have had issues with Encor Solar and our panels have never become functional, despite complaints and requests over the past several months. We have contacted Enfin to seek loan payment relief as we cannot afford a solar panel payment, and electric bill payment, when our solar panels are not even functional. Enfin has provided no relief, nor have they attempted to contact the solar company to ensure that the panels became functional. We are under contract to pay ***** for a solar panel system, and we do not have said solar panel system. I would absolutely never use either company again, though I believe Encor is out of business now. At this point, we are under contract to sell our home and I have attempted to contact Enfin to complete the job (connect the solar panels to the grid) and they are unwilling to work with me to get the issue resolved by our closing date, or even give a time frame to give the buyers. I would like relief from the payments we have made considering we never had a functional system, as well as someone to complete the system so it is functional for the new buyers.

    This complaint was received and moved into Enfin's remediation queue to allow a different partner to complete the project.  The customer has now filed a new complaint indicating he/she cannot afford the loan.  The new complaint is currently under review.

    This complaint was filed in January of 2024. My attorney came to a settlement in March of 2024, and the issue was resolved. I find it quote unprofessional that the company would respond falsely, and insult my ability to repay the loan that has since been paid in full, after the settlement. There are no further resolutions, though the blatant lack of professionalism says quite a bit about Enfin.
