ENFIN financial company is horrible. I purchased solar panels in March of 2024. They were placed on my house 13 March. I was told that I wouldnt pay until June as it would take up to 60 days for the activation. I made my first payment to EnFin June 2024. Today the panels are not activated and I am paying the entire electric bill as well as the solar loan. I started complaining to EnFin in October 2024 to the home owners assistance office, the department that is supposed to assist with issues with the installers. Solar Zero has not completed my project yet Ive paid over 3000 dollars in the loan and 1800 dollars in electric bills for the solar panels to only decorate my home. I requested that the loan be canceled and was only threatened with a lean on my home. I took the suggestion of Ms *** from EnFin and attempted to work with Solar Zero. Here its 9 months later no activation of the panels and EnFins responses are I will look into this and get back to you which for the past 2 1/2 months has been mute. If anyone is considering getting a solar loan please do the research. EnFin allows the sellers to set extremely high PPW price per watt which makes the loan amount higher the they add the interest. I am paying in the loan for maintenance of the panels but almost 16 months later the panels are not activated but EnFin is getting paid. One last suggestion is to look at the states the filed lawsuits against **********************, then look at the leadership at EnFin same people same shady dealings just under a different company name. Beware as I have been scammed by the seller, the installer and the finance company.

We haven't even gotten our system up and running and this company has been horrible. First, installation was delayed by months, when they finally came to install the system, the inspection has taken months as well. Now they want to change the lease agreement and put the monthly price up. The link they sent to do that is not working. They are impossible to get a hold of. I can only imagine what it will be like if we ever have issues with the system what that would be like. I really regret signing with this company.

I installed solar on my house, I got the loan through EnFin, with a 60 interest free ***** period once solar was installed. I made the full payment within the 60 days and yet, they said there was no interest fee loan. Although, they have it documented that I was told that. They said I owe an addition $424 dollars. I asked for it to be reviewed, they said they would send it to escalation and I would have a response in 4-7 business days. Two weeks later, I get an email, text and phone call saying it is past due. I talk to them again, they said they would send it off for review and I would have a response in 4-7 business days. Two weeks later, I get an email, text and phone call saying my payment is past due and continue to charge interest and late fees. This happened for three more cycles. After about 10 weeks, they said, the review is I owe the $424 and interest and fees of $529. All this when I made the full loan payment and they told me it was paid off. I would not have paid the $529 but they threatened to shut my solar off unless I paid. I spoke with 3 different supervisors and they kept saying the same thing, that they can send it up for review. EnFin should not have paid Genisis solar until the job was complete as that is why me waiting until the job was done before making payment to EnFin. Each phone call I had with EnFin was a minimum 40 minutes minutes. The time and frustrating and feeling that the money I had to give them was not fair and deceptive.

We got 2 solar installations from Freedom Forever. the first one works without any problem.the second 1 broke down after a few days.Freedom Forever is not able to fix the issue without a service ticket number from EnFin. After contacting EnFin I received the information that their other provider ******** only can help.Calling Omnidian I get the answer that I am not onboarded-whatever this ********* after 2 months still nothing happened & as a lot of customers,I receive no help.A filed complains to expedite it,but now r 60 days into the installation and it is still not working.I'm asking EnFin to get a confirmation that I do not need to pay anymore, because a) it is not working and b) I have to pay besides the monthly lease also now the electric bill.I do not get the confirmation because the telephon worker tells me that there is no option.I must pay, even if it is not working. Also the onboarding takes 90 days,so I am asking myself what expediting even ******** it is frustrating. I can imagine when everying is working fine ... everything is working fine, but having an issue, the people working at EnFin are not willing to help. Do not ask for a supervisior, because they are constantly in meetings and have no time to take phone calls. Today also the telephon worker telling me that they can not confirm anything by email, because they do not have email, and can not write because of security reason ... which then implicates they have email access. The telephon workers are not honest with you and will not help ******* have to wait till something is working & you can not do anything against it.I wish I could ask a lawyer for a solution, because I think this is not right, but because the money payment is not high, so I fear paying a lawyer to get my right will cost me at the end as much as I would have spent on the ********...I am not happy with EnFin,first, then Omnidian, and lastly Freedom Forever ... because they installed and have no desire to fix it

HOW CAN THESE IDIOTS STILL BE IN BUSINESS. I TOO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. AFTER I SIGNED MY CONTRACT I HAD CHANGED MY MIND AND SAID I DID NOT WANT TO MOVE FORWARD AS I WOULD BE MOVING WITHIN 18 MONTHS. IT MADE ZERO SENSE TO MOVE FORWARD. THEY IGNORED MY CONCERN *** CONTINUED WITH THE PROJECT ANYWAY. I RECENTLY CONTACTED THEM TO PLEASE LET ME OUT OF MY CONTRACT WELL THATS A NO. THEY SAID I WILL NEED TO PAY $12,000 IF I MOVE BEFORE MY 18 MONTH INTRODUCTORY PERIOD. THEN I HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL BE WILLING TO ASSUME MY LOAN. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO????

***** Solar SCAM Same experience with EnFin, it's a scam. They installed a solar panel system at my in-laws in ******* with no payments, interest, or total balance information. Now that we can see the full extent of the payments via their web portal, the contract is a lease for $84k with $200 monthly payments for 300 months, which increase by 2.99% annually. It's a predatory scam against the elderly and we will be suing the company as soon as possible. Do not do any business with them. Run far away.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. THEY PARTNER WITH SCAMMERS TO COME OUT AND GIVE YOU A GREAT PITCH ABOUT GOING SOLAR. THEY ASK QUESTIONS TO GET YOU APPROVED FOR THE *****S . ONCE THEY SEE YOU HAVE GOOD CREDIT THEY IMMEDIATELY APPROVE YOU THEN THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT ANY NOTICE BACKING UP A BUDGET TRUCK EVEN WHEN YOUR NOT HOME PLACING ***** ON YOUR HOME. THEY MAKE YOU SO MANY PROMISES . A FREE GENERAC AND FREE SECURITY SYSTEM . THEY INSTALL THE SECURITY SYSTEM WITH NEST WIRELESS CAMERAS . I WAS TOLD THAT THE ***** WOULD BE OPERATIVE IN LESS THEN A WEEK BECAUSE I LIVED OUT OF THE CITY LIMITS AND I DIDN'T NEED A PERMIT. MONTHS WENT BY AFTER TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY ***** THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ENJOYING VACATION OFF A $75, 900 SALE WHICH HE SAID I NEEDED OVER 40 *****S TO RUN ENERGY FROM A GRID. WITH ONLY 3 PEOPLE IN MY HOME I THOUGHT THAT WAS A BIT TO MUCH. I CALLED AND CALLED DELTA TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT BUT ENFIN STILL EXPECT FOR YOU TO PAY THE BILL. I PHONES ENCOR TO GIVES PERMISSION TO OPERATE *****S TO RUN A CHECK TO SEE IF THE *****S WERE INDEED WORKING THEY CONFIRMED MY SUSPICION THAT THE *****S WERE NOT OPERATIVE AND HAS YET TO RUN FROM THE ELECTRIC COMPANIES GRID. PUBLICLY I REFUSE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING THAT IS NOT OPERATIONAL. I HAVE SINCE HIRED A CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE THOSE *****S FROM MY HOME. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DOOR TO DOOR SCAMMERS. WRECKING GOOD LAW ABIDING CITIZENS HOMES. PLEASE INVESTIGATE BEFORE INVESTING IN SOMETHING THAT SEAMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I REFUSE TO LET DELTA AND ENFIN CONTINUE TO *** PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD AND TRYING TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR FAMILIES. I HIRED A LAWYER TO STOP THIS NONE SENSE.

I signed a solar panel contract with ************ back in August 2024 and was looking forward to getting out from under the lash of the electric company. Things got a little rocky when they got bought out by another company but then quickly got back on track.Lets go back to my initial signing of the contract though.I was ensured my monthly payments would only be $100.61 and this would be 'enough' to pay down my loan for the *********** forward 3 months into making payments. While looking at the payment history, I notice that none of my payments were going towards the but principal. EVERYTHING was going towards the interest. The loan is going through EnFin, who I just got off the phone with, and found out the the interest rate isn't monthy, but DAILY! AND, ... at 3.99% per day! Which equals about $2.93 per day in interest. So, with my meager $100.61 monthly payment, I have actually been going in the hole every month. Not to mention, ... When they told me that I wouldn't have to make a payment until Oct 2024, they failed to inform me was still getting charged the DAILY interest during that one month free month! You do the math though. If I hadn't looked at this, questioned it, called EnFin and asked them about it, I would have been making a $100.61 payment on this loan for the rest of my darn life and they never would have said a WORD to me!!If that isn't HIGHWAY ROBBERY I don't know what is!!The only other establishments I know of who use tactics like this are those places you go to for floating a check so you can get a quick $500 dollars between paydays with a HUGE interest rate ************* talking about people who work hard for our money, and our homes, and are trying to do things that are good for the environment. But then we have institutions like this who wouldn't have said a darn thing unless I had called and asked the RIGHT questions.Shame on you EnFin!!!I will be trying to get this refinanced through my regular financial institution soon!
