1 starThis company is a scam. They told us that we would pay $200/month and have a payoff in 30years for our solar panels. We agreed. After checking our statement online we noticed the balance continued to go up. We called and asked and were told there is an additional interest charge of $7/day. So in order to pay off our loan, we'd need to pay $420/month, opposed to the $200 agreed upon. I am completely taken aback. Companies shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.Review fromKelli S

1 starThis company enfin and ****** are the absolute worst im being charged for solar an it doesn't even work they are horrible about communication about making there appts they do schedule with u they told me I passed inspection just to find out 2 months later thru my electric company that I didn't pass inspection I have got nothing but run around very bad experience very bad do not use either of these companysReview fromTye L. 1 starBUYERS BEWARE!!! I, too, have been scammed by En Fin Corp and its partner installers. ****************, a solar contractor through En Fin, installed solar panels on our home on 8/8/2024. The installed solar panels still haven't been inspected or activated. Yet, En Fin Corp is expecting us to pay a loan for services we are not receiving, and there is no forecast as to when the services will be activated. Our first payment is due 11/11/2024, and I do not plan to pay En Fin until the system is activated per the agreed contract. Otherwise, their partner company can remove the solar panels from our home. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally spoke to an En Fin representative, who emailed me a postponement payment form on 10/18/24, which I filled out and returned on 10/20/2024. I have not received a response regarding the postponement payment form I submitted. I requested that the payments be deferred until 1/11/2024. However, the interest payments are still accruing on my account. Per the contract, payments will begin after the system has been inspected and activated. Therefore, En Fin breaches the agreement on the loan's terms and conditions.However, I do take some responsibility for not doing enough research about En Fin. By research, I mean looking at consumer reviews on the BBB website or other sites and consulting with other solar vendors. So, my advice for future consumers is to make sure to conduct thorough research on the companies you are thinking of doing business with. Our hope is that En Fin will do the right thing, conduct ethical business practices, and resolve this matter immediately.Review fromjim c

The structure of your company is a LIE. You put your employees out there to LIE for you. You take advantage of people by LYING to them. Please do the right thing and close your company and move back to H*** from whence you came.

1 starAnother horrible business to deal with, they have been charging me for services, for 5 months/solar system, that I have never received, when I reached out to them, multiple times telling them to stop, I dont have it yet, have a supervisor call me backNone of that happened My account has 4 tickets for supervisor to call me back I have asked 3 times to mail me my contract, still did not receive it And now they are harassing me with calls of intend to collect, because I paused my account before this is figured it outReview fromAerielle T

1 starI have been scam by this company, they installed solar panels on my properties and at my parents as well 7months ago and those never works, I have try several times to contact them they never picked up the phone and I did make a complaint to they customer service they promised to get back to me and fixe the problem unfortunately they never because they dont care, since they still making us monthly the loan on the solar panels we havent used.
