    EnFin is the loan company for my solar and HVAC systems. The fact that 30% of the loan was due within 15 months of signing was not made known to me until I received my signing documents. The loan interest rate is 9.9% which is quite high. I thought I would be able to bring it down with a refinancing agreement like I made on my home, but the agent on the phone told me "not a chance." Also, the sales agent who came to my ************ me that the high-interest rate would "help me pay off. the loan faster", which is an outright lie. I called him on it and he just blinked at me. I'm watching my P's&Q's with this lender because there doesn't seem to be any room for negotiation. I just wish I had waited until interest rates were lower to get this loan, but my HVAC system was shot and I wanted to add some solar panels.
