    I engaged with the firm in early February to resolve a potential 2022 tax issue. I paid the fee and was assigned the first of four case managers. I supplied the required information for 2022 and the manager and three following ones all insisted on working on my 2023 taxes which were not at issue. In April and May I tried to reach my case manager numerous time with no luck and when I was successful he again wanted 2023 and was not working on 2022 which they were engaged. With no options I disputed the charge in early June only to have it reversed by the credit card company. From July 6 to August 23 I have emails with the service manager stating they will refund my costs once the chargeback is settled. I have spoken to my credit card company and it was settled July 3rd. I have tried for over a week to speak with someone to no avail other than to leave messages which only one has been returned and it was to say the case is closed and they could not help me. All I want is what was due to me via several emails with the service manager or to actual be able to speak with someone who can help me.

    no contact and all three email address just kick back not deliverable. I just need to complete the whole program or at least a schedule of when it will be finally completed. I returned my California state taxes 2019, 2020 and 2021 but i can't get any word on if they have been filed and the state is still taking 300 per month payments for 2020??? I just need confirmation they really e-filed my state taxes for those years. It would be great to get a contact email too for my newest case workers.

    We paid for services from ideal tax to help with tax issues. This vegan in 2021 when we paid almost $9000 to file our taxes for 2016 2017 and 2018. By the time these were completed we were into tax year 2021 . We paid additional money each year for our taxes to be done because we were told the *** would not move to any resolution talks until all current year taxes were completed. We are now into tax year 2023 and still we have not gone into resolution. Since 2018 I have been on disability so nothing has changed as far as income. I have had excuse after excuse as to why this has taken so long. My case has been transferred to at least 6 different case managers, No one dr responds to emails, or phone calls. No one ever answers the phone and I never know if documents I fax are received when I request email to verify sent or a phone call letting me know they got them. I sent an email last Friday to yet another case manager requesting to speak to a supervisor otherwise I was contacting the BBB and a lawyer if necessarry. I gave spoken to other tax services similar and have a been told my issues should have been resolved within 9 months or a year at the most. My issues were very uncomplicated, but a ******* ****** employed had lost 2 years of tax documents that were never recovered after multiple attempts to get them back. Last year I did our own taxes, sent the filed tax papers to ideal tax. Their supervisor ***** offered to add them to the resolution process to offset all the inconvenience and delay. He said the *** was back logged and they were assisting on them to contact them to move forward. Then it rolled into our taxes had to be done for yr. 2023 before we c ould proceed. I paid more money for them to do our taxes, faxed them 4 documents with our income and marketplace firm our 1098 I believe with tax credit information for the months before my husband went on ********* Since 2018 our income has been the same. It is 4 yrs later and nothing resolved .

    I no longer require service after reading BBB report, I only have 2 years to file and they are telling me 7 reading on line everyone pays the same amount $5,000 for the same service no matter how much they owe. I paid $295.99 know they want me to pay that until I pay $5,000

    I entered into a contract agreement with ideal tax a little over 10 months ago. I paid an fee plus an additional remainder amount over the past 9 months. The first 6 months of having them employed there was very little contact on their part and after they requested power of attorney to deal with the *** I had to call them every week in order to get any information on even the discovery of my tax documents. During the past 10 months I've had three different manager exchanges along with several sub employees who were aiding in my case. They did finally finish the discovery and sent me paperwork to file the three your tax returns but did not even mention that they took a standard deduction instead of an itemized for myself. After asking them why they only picked a standard deduction they sent me paperwork on the details for automatization of my expenses. After returning these documents completed I didn't hear anything for almost a month. Over the past six weeks I realized that I had been paid unfold and their contracts stated that they had to provide the contract obligations when paid which was almost 2 months ago. since then my account manager has told me numerous times that they are almost done and just need to add the notes. I have threatened them with disconnection of service and requesting refund and give them a deadline and nothing has happened. I feel like they're holding out information which is preventing me from conducting business and providing for myself. As of now they haven't contacted me in two more weeks even though I continue send emails and text messages and I get no reply.

    I have heard your business say this before and waited weeks for a reply and never received any documents. As you stated my returns are ready to be signed and yet not received anything. This matter which you have been paid in full to fix has not even been filed to the IRS  let alone be made corrected as stated in our contract.  If you don't want me to file for a court case then I need a new contract with deadline dates and assigned penalties associated with them to move forward. Are you willing to review a contract I draft for you to sign since your " ******************** can't get three tax returns calculated in 10 months? Have you ever paid for a company to provide a service and waited even 6 months for it to be completed?

    I had just moved here last year so my mail got lost and the *** started garnishing my wages all of a sudden so i looked on the BBB found ideal tax told them my situation and they told me they could get my taxes that I owe under a hardship so they would be forgiven I wouldnt have to pay and my wages would stay being garnished all i needed was ****** retainer i knew i would owe them a little more later common since will I had to borrow the money it took me about 3 weeks to get it from my 401k during that time I had 3 different agents call over and over I told them i had to wait for the money the last agent i spoke with was a supervisor name ******************** told her i didnt want to work with a bunch of different people she told me she would take my case herself and she told me same thing hardship forgiveness so I was at work when they sent me paperwork I told her that she said its ok your just signing that we can talk to *** and get u on a hardship so I signed paperwork and sent my ****** dollars and almost 2 *************** were at may 21 when I receive an email from a different agent name **** now his case ***. needed my paystub so he could start I waited on June 1 I received a call from a lady with an accent to call irs on 3 way so she has permission to talk to them I thought I already signed for that over last two months they hadnt talked irs we called they were trying to set up payment or see if I had to file taxes.from the beginning I told them I needed to file 2023 they said wait .now I have a penalty now 6/20/24 **** calls in order for them to file my taxes and get the hardship they need ****** dollars to start then all together ******* to finish I told them I wanted my money back I have nothing to pay them while waiting on them I lost my job for calling out no gas. court date for eviction on July 23rd Ive never been behind. Now I-need to pay someone else to help with tax I cant afford & if I could they still owe me my money back cause they did nothing.

    I paid an upfront fee of $295.00 to Ideal Tax to handle my end of the year employment taxes. And the i was told by *************************** that i need to pay an additional $3,000 before they can take care of my tax debt matters. So i contacted the Veterans Affairs and was told they would handle my employment taxes for free. So i emailed *************************** and let her know I want to cancel her company's service and requested a full refund of my $295.00 back to my bank account and was given the run around. I was told by the Veterans Affairs to immediately file a claim with the BBB asap to get my funds back. Your urgent response would be greatly appreciated. Thank You for your time and assistance.

    Hired this firm to file taxes which never got filed. They promised me a refund on May 22nd but still have not sent me. Rude emailed suggest that I will not get paid.

    I still have not received any payment/refunds - a tracking number was porvided but they sent to ******** - I live in ********* NY. 

    I provided my correct address and getting a simple tracking number was like pulling teeth and they will not bother to reissue or help with the payment. 

    Aside from refund issues the work was never done, and partial refund was all I could squeeze out of the company.

    This company is definitely a scam!!! If you are trying to work with them. RUN!!!! I was contacted relentlessly in the beginning by ****. He called and left messages daily!! I finally reached out to him and decided to work with them. I am on disability and only making ******* per month. He said because of that he can get me on a discounted rate of $485.93 per month.I sacrificed my groceries and other monthly expenses each month. For just two payments. I have very easy forms to fill out. Yes it was only two months. But there was very little communication. I had to beg for updates. I had to send several emails. Then when they did get back to me they said my account was in review. It was in review for weeks before anyone called me and left a message that they had sent me papers to sign in email. They had supposedly finished. Well surprise surprise!! I never received supposed email. I sent an email to ***** to let her know I did not receive any email from anyone from them with paperwork to sign. She said she would have them resend the paperwork. That was on a Monday. It is Friday and still nothing. I did not know who to turn to. So I text ****. He said he would have management get on this right away. That was actually on Wed. Well it was Friday today and nothing. I sent him another text asking for help on whom I should be talking to since ***** did not respond for an entire week. I figured she jumped ship. Well he did not respond to my text messages. Surprise surprise! I called my bank and blocked them from taking further payments from me. Nothing they can do or say will change my mind. Their communication is horrible!!! If they did get any good reviews they are probably fake. Dont trust them. If you do decide to go with them. Just know you where forewarned! I wasted ****** with them. I have cancer and other major medical issues. Thanks a lot IdealTax! Other reviews waisted way more money than I. I decided to stop while Im ahead. I cant afford to waste money!

    bBuenos das  no  estoy  de acuerdo con  lo que  ustedes  dicen  yo  no  serre  el  caso  yo  les  dije  que  ocupada  mi  dinero  porque  ustedes  no  hicieron nada  solo  hicieron  es  cobrar  mi  dinero  y todava  ustedes  queran  hacerme  los  impuestos de  el  ao  2023 sin  ni  tan siquiera  terminar  el  caso 2022 y es  por  eso  que  yo  les  hable  por  cuando  yo  ise  los  taxes  del  ao 2023  me  enter  de  que  ustedes  no  **********; hablado  con  el  irs  y los  contacte  y yo  ya  estaba en  ********* y es  por  eso  que  empeze  arreglos de  pagos  con  ellos  porque  me  dijeron  que  si  estaban  hay  nomas  porque  yo  les  di  una  autorizacin  pero  solo  eso  y  que  ustedes  nunca  hablaron  para  que  me  ************; el  pago   y yo  por eso  les  haba  pagado   de  cualquier manera  ustedes  nunca  me  dieron  una  copia  de  que  el  irs  haba  aceptado  negociar  conmigo  sobre  el  dinero  que  yo  les  devo  de  antemano  les  digo  que  me  regresen  mi  dinero  y ***********; los  intereses  que  se  acumularon  yo  *********; como  9400  y cuando  hable  con  el  irs  ya  eran  mas  de  10000  dolares  y estaba  en  ********* as  que  de  la  manera ms  atenta  les  pido  *************; que  me  regresen  mi  dinero  con  todos  los  intereses  acumulados   muchas gracias

    buenas noches  disculpen  por  la  hora  y a lo  que  ustedes  dicen  que  yo  cerre  el  caso  yo  no  ise  eso  yo  solo  les  *********; cuando  les  hable  que  ya  haba  echo  los  taxes  del  2023 y que  ********; me  enter que  yo  estaba  en  coleccin  y ya  *********; mas  de  ****** dolares  por  lo  que  se  acumulo  de  los  intereses  y que  ustedes  no  **********; hablado  con  el  irs  para  que  me  bajaran  el  pago  que  estaba muy  alto y que  ustedes  me  prometieron  cuando  les pague  y que  me  hicieron  pagarles  todo  y ya  despus  **** a  negociar  con  el  irs  y nunca  hicieron  nada  lo  *********; que  isieron  fue  cobrarme  mucho  dinero  y lo  nico  que  isieron  fue  aser  los  taxes  normales  y como  yo  estaba  confiado  con  ustedes  pues  como  ustedes  no  hablaron  con  el irs  sobre  negociacin  pues  ami  me  mandaron  a coleccin  y los  intereses  subieron  as  que  se  los  pido  otra vez  de  la  manera  mas  vien  que  me  regresen  mi  dinero  porque  si no  voy a tener que  ir  a corte  a hacer  una  demanda  contra  ustedes  porque  no  es  justo  que  ustedes  les  estn  mintiendo  as  a la  gente  y de  que  ustedes  quieren  que  yo  les  hable  directo   pues  lo  siento mucho  porque  no  lo  voy hacer  por  eso  decid  ************; ayuda  con  la compaa  BBB para  que  esto  sea mas  fcil  tanto  como  para  ustedes  y para mi  sin  ms  que  decir  es  atte  ******************************* ************;  no  es  justo  que  ustedes  le  sigan  mintiendo  a la  gente
