      I purchased my blinds November 11, 2021. It is now September 3, 2022. This is the worse service I received from any company in my life. I regret purchasing my blinds with this company. I should have went with ******. We are now on the 8th or 9th repair/ installation of my vertical blinds. This has been too stressful for me. I spent $2,486.04 cents with this company. My contract number is ******. On the very first installation of my blinds, they failed to have the the correct number of blinds. The installer had to return with more blinds a few days later. Since then I have had issues with the vertical blinds sliding out, I asked that a chain be added to reduce the sliding. From this point on they either failed to provide the correct number of blinds, or the correct blind material, or the the correct length of chain on the blinds, or wrong product type. I'm still waiting for the correct chain. The installer had to cancel appointment because company failed to provide correct chain type. I'm thinking of getting a refund and posting on my social media. 3 Day Blinds has poor quality control. They must not have anyone verifying and checking the orders.       The representative has reached out to me and they did issue a small credit. I did think the issue was resolved, but there was still a few mix *** in between. It is now 10/6/2022 and I have yet to receive my chain. An installer is supposed to come 10/10/2022 to fix the problem, but I am still skeptical at this point. I've never seen service like this in my life.

      I ordered window coverings for my entire house in October. My installation appointment was on February 9th. The technician arrived late in the day and only had enough time to do the blinds in the bathroom and the bedroom. He left the rest of the blinds in my backyard because there was no room for them in the house. My next appointment was on March 12th. The guy who came thought ke was just fixing the pull string in the bathroom and had no time to put the rest of the blinds up. The next appointment was on April 19th and the guy went out to get the blinds and they were ruined from the weather and took them away. I didnt hear anything from 3 Day Blinds so I finally called to check in. They had no idea that the blinds needed to be replaced so they placed a rush on the order and was told they would be ready by May 20th. May 20th came and went and never heard from them so I called. They lost my order. I asked for some money back and was refunded $1500. Another order was placed for the blinds. I scheduled an appointment on August 23rd and that morning I got a call from the installer that there was a part that didnt come in and so the job couldnt be done. I have no idea when the part will be in. I sent an email to my contact at 3 day blinds about how disappointed I am and got no response. I have had no blinds in most of my house for 8 months and am tired of getting the run around. I would appreciate a redund of the blinds that got ruined in the first place.

      I recieved my blinds on March 2, 2022. The valance was measured incorrectly. They sent a new valence 2 more times. None fit. Now I have been waiting again since May. I am told the fabric is on back order but they won't let me choose an alternate fabric nor will they return my money to ourchase a valence elsewhere. 3 Day Blinds has been a 6 month nightmare.

      Order was initiated June 2022. Partial order was installed in August after several delays and miscommunication. Half the order was not measured correctly and installer suggested that because of gaps between window coverings, area should be remeasured and a different product selected. I have called four times (35min on hold) - each time I was promised a callback within 24 hours. Payment in full. I requested that a different sales person return for new selection. Dealing with 3 day blinds has been frustrating and a very bad experience for me. Before I begin legal action, please try to resolve this issue.

      Measured my windows signed a contract, 1/2 down payment said they will call for installation date no call we called, they said couldnt reach us , thats a lie we are in our late 80s, never left the phone, said they were going to install on date , never showed , or called , we called they said there installer had covid, theyre flying a installer in . I dont want ********* money back , they are a bad company 0 stars . *********************.

      Trying to pay off balance for an interest deferred loan through Greensky LLC. Reviewed all statements since initial purchase in 11/2021 and discovered 3 Day Blinds charged me tax twice which Green *** confirmed. Green *** is having me dispute with 3 Day (Their review/complaint is pending) Also 3 Day salesman gave false information about nature of the loan/payment requirements. Only found out I had to make monthly payments after I had late fee after first month. Salesman initially said I could pay off entire fee at end of intro rate w/out making monthly payments. Never again.

      We were supposed to have a design consultant ***** come over to our house last weekend. She confirmed the time then never showed up so we called her and she agreed to show up hours later in the afternoon and we ordered blinds then. Were moving into our new home so its incredibly stressful as it is. They were supposed to overnight us temporary blinds and we still have not received them. Also had to call into customer support because our design consultant has gone dark and wont respond back. Incredibly rude and unprofessional to ghost a customer. When we finally talked to customer support they said that our order hadnt been received yet when our blinds are literally supposed to be installed in a few days and have already charged us $1500. Id be very wary if youre looking to go through with this company. They give false promises and go dark on you after charging you.

      Worst experience ever from the very start. First of all the sales person that came to our house didn't act like he knew what he was doing. A matter of fact he had to call IT support because he was locked out of his tablet. He measured twice. He said the installer should call within a week . He never did. We had to call them and then about two days after that the installer came to measure. We were told we would get a call once our order came in to schedule for installation. They finally sent a text to conform an installation. Ok that was confirmed but guess what they said the installer would call before they would come out. Never called. So we had to call them again. Finally he called and came but guess what now? Every single window blind except 2 mini blinds we had ordered was not the correct design or measurements. The installer told us we had to sign something to say he installed them. We did not. The installer said they would call us the next day about this. They did not. So we emailed them about this and they say the installer has not reported anything to them about it. We tried to call the installer, no answer and his voicemail is full. No response from the text either. One business day has passed and no phone call from them either. We tried to call them again, a different person responded and said that the person we talked to is not available. So now we are now disputing a down payment for lack of service and offering no solutions at all on the matter. Do not trust this company.

      We have tried waiting for you to reach out with us by a case manager which we were told would contact us the very next day and STILL never heard from anyone. It has been a full week. We have also called you numerous times and on the last time we talked to someone that wasn't the case manager, we said we wanted to cancel our order.

      The honeycomb shade (12) was installed and less than 4 hours later, I went to open (or close) the blind and the continuous loop cord snapped cleanly where I believe it had been fused together. They had to order the part and send directly to the installer who didnt call me to schedule an appointment I had to call myself! Now the soonest they can come is a week from today! This blind is now about 1/3 of the way down my huge slider making it so awkward to get in and out! Ridiculous!! Im so angry! No one cares at all!! For this reason, I do not recommend this company!

      This company is terrible! They over promise & under deliver! It cost me $1,200 for 4 blinds- 1 of the blinds discolored in the middle- i had a small beetle on it- when ai removed it - it made a ******************* ( blind is blue) They were so unhelpful & said the warranty didnt cover it- Beware your salesperson tells you otherwise! This blind is only 3 months old!
