    Dec 2023, Bought product for a phone, phone screen cracked. I registered and did everything I was told to do, submitted receipts, sent pictures. Had many back and forth emails saying they would take care of it...I sent another email in March and was told they were working on it and here we are in June 2023. I've decided this is a scam. Dont buy this product! It doesnt even work! They lie and string you along in emails and phone calls. Ridiculous. I still even have all my email conversations from them.

    Company says I'm approved for reimbursement but won't actually reimburse me. They just keep making excuses that it's almost ready and it's been 5 months...

    instaProtek is SCAM.. Agree with the rest of the comments. I started the process last August2022 and still have not received any reimbursement. How can a company employ people who actually answer the phone and are apparently trained to act like they are legit but aren't and do not provide any resolution. Is this a front business for something else??? They also collect so much data about your phone. My worry is what are they doing with the info they have collected about all these cell phones. Sorry to all of you and those that follow who will waste alot time, effort to try and get a reimbursement outta this fake company!

    Filed a claim in Ocotber 2022 and was informed my claim had been approved and I should receive my check in 3-4 weeks. As of 4/1/2023 I am yet to receive my reimbursement check. Each time I call or email I am told that they are just waiting on the refund department to cut the check but I am approved. They apologize for the delay and then **** nothing until I start it all over again. Last time i contacted them they said the could direct deposit or wire transfer with my routing and account number. All companies selling this product shoukd be ashamed.

    I filed a claim with them.over their product being complete garbage to where my screen cracked from the slightest drop to.the point I feel the product did more to weaken my screen vs doing what it was supposed to do & protect it! It's been over 4 months since I filed my claim & I followed the instructions to the Tee in filing my claim & not only did I not receive my a $100 I didn't even so much as get a response from them! This company is a complete & total joke as well as being a total fraud! Their product & claims are without a doubt a 100% *********** should be shut down & no longer allowed to get away with shady lying con game they are pulling on their customers! This is America & these BS scamming con artist company like them should not be allowed to get away w/ s**** over & scam American consumers like this! Someone needs to get a class action lawsuit set up so we can all *** this company as collective so it's not easily brushed under the rug!

    I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I bought a screen protector from a ******* store - never thinking it was a scam. My screen cracked, I got it repaired and was told I would have a check in 3-4 weeks. That was November. I called on March 1 and was told my claim was approved in November and I should be getting a check any day. It's March 27 and I've got nothing. I called again today and it's being expedited. I was told the agent was seeing the check will be sent in the next release, but couldn't tell me when they release checks? I questioned the agent, but didn't get anywhere. I was told I could give them my banking information.... The agent said the check will hopefully be released within the week, but that it's coming from ********** and would take a while to get across the country. I thought I could buy a trusted product at the ******* store - too bad it's a complete scam.The one star is only because I couldn't give them 0 stars.

    I purchased an InstaProtek Liquid Glass screen protector from a ******* outlet back in October of 2022. The only reason I paid $64.99 plus tax for it was because of the one year guarantee that if your screen cracked with their protector, that it would be replaced guaranteed. Attempted to register product, and failed, because the barcode scanner kept claiming that it was the wrong barcode. I called their international number, and they advised me to try manually registering the product on their www.mysimple.us website, which also failed, because it simply loops you back to a manual download of the InstaProtek App APK, which produced the same problem. In November, I went back to the ******* store and tried to have them rectify the problem and was advised by the ******* store that many customers that try to register the product have problems, but as long as I have the purchase receipt or the original box, they will, at no cost to me one hundred percent, guarantee fix your screen if it breaks with their protector up to $200. So, I rest easy knowing this, and enter ******** just barely after the holidays, I drop my phone completely face down, just outside of my car, breaking the lower left hand side of the entire screen which became intermittently unresponsive and at times, jank out automatically opening apps or dial out, etc. Called InstaProtek and was advised that they cannot fix it because the product was not registered via the InstaProtek App. I told them that ******* assured me that as long as I had the proof of original purchase, that they'd fix it, because it was a common problem with the in-app registration. I even asked for supervisors, and assumed that the higher I took the issue, someone of a higher level, would resolve this issue. I overestimated their business acumen and ethic. Now, it's March, and they deny the issue, and even claims that they have no record of me contacting them. My advice, stay away. Fraud Alert. Their products are scam-likely.

    Filed a claim in early January. I was told check would be sent in 3-4 weeks. I called a few weeks later and was promised I would have it by February 24th. I didn't receive it on the 24th, so followed up on it. I was told it would be mailed later that day or I could give them my bank info and they would deposit it right away. No way was I giving them my account info! I was assured it would be mailed that day. Here we are, 10 days later and still no check. I called once again and was apologized to because the lady misinformed me 10 days ago. They still have no idea when my check will be processed.

    We filed a claim with Instaprotek in October 2022 and still have not received reimbursement. We have been emailed that they need more information. Then once we give them required documentation there is no response until we initiate a second response. It is now February 2023 and have been waiting for 4 months. They keep stalling. They said our claim has been approved and they could do a wire transfer. They need to mail a refund as I am not giving them access to my bank account. If you are going to offer a warranty then please stand behind your word and be professional.
