    I filed a claim in November 22 and still waiting on my check. I made repeated calls and was assured that my claim was approved because I submitted all the required documentation and was validated by the validation team and a check would be mailed to me. I just called again today, February 21, 2023, and was told my claim was denied. This is a scam! They lie to people to get them to purchase their product. From the looks of the reviews, I am not the first person to be scammed.

    Instaprotek refused my claim despite providing a receipt that shows I purchased a product backed by their warranty within the last three months. The lady on the phone got real gaslighty trying to tell me that I should have known their registration period was only 30 days long. Nowhere on the receipt or the packaging does it show that there is a 30 day registration period, they only advertise a 12 month protection plan with the purchase of liquid glass.

    Upon further review, InstaProtek reached out to Mr. Dalecke on May 31st and approved/validated his claim. He is in the process of repairing his device's damaged screen. Once the receipt for the screen repair is submitted, he will then be reimbursed for the repair service.

    Instaprotek told me everything I needed to do, I did it and they lied about it. They said the last thing I had to do would be to send them confirmation of fixing the phone and they still won't approve it... I get it, it's a scam and they never actually were ever going to pay for the phone screen repair. They are friendly about stealing from you though, you call or text or email and they lie to you in a nice tone of voice. I'm going to tell the store I bought it about this being the reason I'll not do business with them too, they allowed this scam in their store and sold it to me. They want me to remove this, pay me like you said you would!

    SCAM SCAM I placed a claim the beginning of Nov. 2022, followed all instructions, have been approved for replacement refund and as of today Jan. 29th no check has been received. I've called and emailed to get any information and everyone you talk to can not give you any information at all. **************** consist of at least 3 people, *****, ********, and ***. None of them can give you any information about your check refunds because they have no way of contacting the check refund department because they have no phone number or email. I find it funny that you call or email in and ask for supervisor or manager and they don't have anyone in that position, but let a bad review come here and you see The President of the company responding how sorry he is and sorry for the delay and telling people he just checked and their checks were just mailed out or will be mailed out soon and to give 10 to 14 days to received it. Ok Mr. ********* after 10 or 14 days and still nothing who do we contact because your customer service have no idea. Shows me this business is a SCAM and the people working there know it too, and they can't say they don't know or didn't know because they have alot of people calling or emailing them with the same problems. Claims are being filed and Not One person has received a check. BBB needs to check into this matter. I see Best Buy already know that this product is not the best, maybe some other phone companies that supply this brand need to open their eyes too and stop supporting this **************** as well. I know when I went back to ******* to have a new liquid screen protector placed on my phone I enformed them of all the bad reviews and how they dont stand by their warranty. Next stop is ******** and any other place selling this product along with social media post of how horrible this company is along with post from BBB review to show how many people this company has screwed over. ***** always comes back around, maybe not today, but it does.

    This service is terrible! I'm currently waiting 2+ months for a reimbursement of a claim. DO NOT use this product. We used the clear glass solution as a screen protector and have broken both screens.

    I bought the liquid class cover through Verizon.I filed my claim 5 months ago. Had to beg for updates despite the fact they say they will contact you. The turn around time is an estimated 6 weeks. My file has been processed and approved for payment but my check has not been mailed and they cannot give me an idea of when it will be mailed. When I told them that it has been almost 5 months since I made the claim and I need my money, they offered a wire transfer if I provide my bank routing and checking number.After reading all the negative reviews, the service so far I can say with certainty, I am not giving them my bank information. I can see from reviews I'm not the only one who has been scammed by this company.

    After submitting complaint to BBB, InstaProtek paid what was owed and even called to see if we received the check. Thank you your help and support.

    I filed a claim back in October 2022 which was approved for reimbursement. After two months of not receiving a check, I called. They stated that they would escalate the claim and have my check sent out with the next batch. I called again a week later and it's the same response without any time frame of the "next batch." Another week goes by, I called with the same response of empty promises. If you have a reputable business do NOT sell Instaprotek products. I'm seeing a lot of similar reviews and I probably won't be getting my money back. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!

    Scam!!! Put the claim in how they told me September 2022 and is January 23 2023 and nothing has done it's been approved from the reimbursement team and nothing!!! Don't buy product!!!

    Would give 0 if I could. Suspect this is a scam company that never pays out. My claim is 8 weeks old and all anyone can tell me is that I will get a check in the "next batch" Which they have been saying for 3 weeks.
