My Thermador wall unit steam oven is broken and still under warranty. I contacted Thermador at ************ and I think they sub-contract to another vendor by the name of AA Kitchen appliance. Their technician came and diagnosis it as the motherboard is broken and need to get parts for repair. This was in Sept 2022 and they have schedule appts 4x between Sept till now and cancelled each one of it the day before due to the staff out sick or the part shipped broken. As of 12/6/22 appt #5, they have an appt and no one call to cancel, however, no one show up either. i called AA kitchen applicance t/c # ************ and on hold for a representative over half an hour and no one picks up. Today 12/7/22 I reach out to thermador at ************ to possible see what happened and to reschedule for another appt and again on hold for over 25 mins without any sucess.Business Response

I purchased a new Bosch refrigerator (model B36CD50SNS) in June 2022 for $2700 from Lowes. Before the end of September 2022, the ice maker stopped making ice. Ive contacted Bosch countless times via email and phone since October 8, and as of today Dec 2, 2022, I still have not received any service visits for repair, replacement or refund. Bosch customer support asked me to contact at least 6 different service providers for repairs. I contacted all of them and none of them will provide service repairs for Bosch refrigeration, unless I purchased from their store directly. Each time I contacted Bosch, there is a minimum wait time of 45 minutes before a customer support representative will answer. Bosch has failed to actively manage their network of service providers. They force their customers to call all of them for service instead of scheduling service directly. Once my ticket was finally escalated on Nov 11, Bosch provided me a case number, and said they would send my case to a Service Locator who is supposed to find a technician to repair or confirm there are none in my area, before issuing an approval to replace the appliance. I already did this, at their request, but now they also need to have a Bosch representative do this as well. My request for replacement was rejected on Nov 30, because the Bosch service provider was never contacted by the Bosch representative to complete the service locator request. No one from Bosch contacted me to tell me this status. I called on Dec 2 to inquire about my case and then I was notified that it was rejected and a new case number would be provided. Now I have to wait yet again for Bosch to locate service in my area, before they can consider replacing my appliance. I would like an expedited exchange with a new refrigerator in a comparable model, and I want to be issued a refund/reimbursement for my time spent trying to resolve this.Initial case number was **********. Bosch will not warranty our dishwasher purchased on May 16th 2022. It has numerous rust spots and a rusted hole in the "stainless steel tub". Bosch sent out a certified Bosch technician and that technician agreed the dishwasher needs replacing and sent all that information to Bosch saying the whole unit needs to be replaced but Bosch declined Now Bosch will not replace the unit because to "them" it only looks like surface rust. We have already had to order a new rack because of rust but the rust keeps spreading. In another email they are saying it's not even rust but "surface oxidation" the tech clearly states its rust.Business Response

We ordered a Bosch 500 Series 44-Decibel Top Control 24-in Built-In Dishwasher from ****** on 3/29/22. It was delivered on 4/1/22, and it was installed in our home that was being renovated in May. We moved in at the beginning of July and started using our appliances. In August we noticed that the dishwasher was leaking on our floor while it was running. We called Bosch to report it and they provided the phone number of ****************** ******************* **************, *******, ** *****) to service it for free. We have been calling ****************** since then, at least 8 times, with zero response. I recently called Bosch again on 11/18/22 to say that we have not heard back from ******************, and asked for a different resolution. I was told that they would consult with their field managers to inquire about next steps and get back with me, but to date they have not yet contacted me back. I purchased a Thermador stove in March of 2021. The stove had been going in and out of operation, but with help of customer service and resetting by unplugging and resetting the stove, I was able to reboot the stove. October of 2021, the oven and a few of the burners went out completely. Oven was completely dark and cold. This rendered me unable to make Thanksgiving dinner for my family. A service appointment was not available until December 07, 2021. The service person changed the igniter on the oven and the burner and oven were once again operational. The stove again went out in September 2022 and again a service person was called and came out October 26th. He unplugged the stove and again the stove became operational. Was unable once again to have a peaceful Thanksgiving meal for my family. Once the service person left, I tried to use the stove one week after his service call and again i was not able to use the stove. Oven was completely dark and cold. The service person once again came out on December 1st after cancelling a prior appointment. I was told today that the stove needs a new computer system, which apparently is a problem with this model. I was told that I would be called later today for an appointment and at this time i have not received a call. The price of this stove was $8,932.11. At this price I should be able to have the use of a functional oven for a lot longer than I was able to use it.Business Response

I purchased an 800 series dishwasher in September 2020, from the **************** in ******, ********. The water pump broke in November of 2022. I messaged the company online about reimbursement and they said that there is only a year warranty on the dishwasher and no reimbursement would be given. I paid over $1,000 for this dishwasher. There is no reason why a water pump should break after 2 years. Bosch is supposed to be known for their quality. This does not seem like a quality product to me. If I knew I would have to spend $205.01 for a water pump in 2 years, I would have bought a different brand. I had a 15-year Frigidaire dishwasher that I purchased on sale before I bought this pile of junk. I will consider a different brand next time. You do not always get what you pay for.Business Response

We purchased a Bosch fridge (B26FT50SNS/03, FD0009) in November 2020 but it no longer cools properly. We filed an inquiry via Bosch Contact Us on 13 Oct and received a response 18 Oct, telling us to change the water filter (which I did) and/or to call a service provider, which I also did. The technician came by our home on 15 November and did not have the necessary part, so he placed it on order, with an installation date scheduled for 28 Nov. He was a no-show for that day, and I instead got an email that the appointment would be for 29 Nov. On 29 Nov, the technician could not make the 1-3pm window and had to delay until 3:30-4:00pm. At 4pm, the technician messaged me that his van broke down and would not make it. On 30 Nov, I received a call from *****************, looking to reschedule the appointment to 15 December. I reluctantly agreed.We need help: my wife and I have taken days off to be here for the repairs but we keep getting jerked around. Our fridge is not cooling and we are not able to keep food fresh. Its especially distressing since we cant keep breast milk cool for our 1 month-old son. We are seeking for job completion ASAP or a full replacement of our defective refrigerator.Business Response

Bosch refrigerator ice maker broke within 3 months of purchase. I have been waiting more than a month for a repair. Bosch blames their third party service company, which they can't get to answer the phone. The product warranty is not being honored if Bosch doesn't ensure that they repair or replace a defective product within a reasonable amount of time. This is a common problem based on hundreds of similar reviews online. I have spent hours on the phone both with Bosch customer service (sic) and their third party service company, but the problem has not been fixed.Business Response

the dishwasher was purchased from Lowes on 11/16/2021 was delivered on 11/26/2021 an additional 3 yr. warranty was purchased too. The washer never worked right it never dried the dishes. Then it quit filling with water so we called Bosch they had approved warranty work for Mr.*********. We called them and they sent a repair man he ordered the parts we waited he came put the part on it still didn't work he came out a total of 3 times taking it apart staying several hrs. trying his best to get it to work the repair company said to call Bosch for a replacement which we did they told me to send proof of purchase and warranty work paperwork which I emailed to them. I had sent a copy of credit card statement as proof of purchase which they would not honor so I went to Lowes and they provided me with a receipt for the on line order which I emailed to them. They said they could not open the attachments so I copied all documents and sent them from post office certified mail which they acknowledged receiving and said they sent it up for review the case # is written on every document told us it would be resolved within 10 days it has been over a month every time anyone of us call we are bounced around and once you put in the case# the call drops we have been dealing with this for months I want them to honor the warranty this is for my aged parents who have trouble standing to do dishes mom is 89 that is why I am helping her try to get this resolved. The dishwasher's auto air dry is not working, It no longer opens. Below is what I tried:1. Tried to book online. Can't login.2.
