Good evening, On April 30th we purchased the SHEM78ZH5N/21 800 Series Bosch Dishwasher from the Best Buy in *************, ** for $1740.70. After 2 weeks it stopped draining properly and we could no longer use it. We called Best Buy and were told since it had been more than 10 days we had to deal directly with Bosch. That was 8 months ago and we still do not have a working dishwasher. We called Bosch immediately after speaking to Best Buy. They said they would send a repair guy out to look at the unit which took a couple of weeks. When the repair guy came he said it could be a faulty drain pipe and he would have to order a new one. It took about 3-4 weeks for the part to come back in and for Bosch to schedule him to come back out. He replaced the part and the dishwasher worked for a couple days and then stopped working again. We called Bosch back and they sent the same guy out - again it took a couple of weeks for Bosch to schedule the appointment. The repairman told me he did not know what the problem was, he suspected the unit was faulty. The repairman called Bosch and told them this, I overheard the conversation. Bosch insisted he order another drain pump even though he had already tried this. So again we had to wait 3-4 weeks for the part to arrive and the repair guy to come back again. He ran a quick cycle which worked but as soon as we tried to run a full cycle the unit malfunctioned again. Up to this point we had already spent hours of our time on the phone with Bosch, on hold for ***** minutes every time we called and never would they put a manager on the phone to help us. They have been extremely slow to respond and honestly, not very nice. Never once did anyone apologize. They have treated us like we were a nuisance every time we called. And every time we had to explain the whole situation over again. We called again after the 2nd drain pump replacement and Bosch told us they would send us a new unit but it was on back order and it would be **** months. I told them this was unacceptable since the same unit was available at over a dozen stores within 60 miles of our home. They told us they were unable to send us one of those units. Bosch then told me they would buy back the unit but offered us only $1,672.92 which is $67.78 less than the $1,740.70 we paid for it. Not to mention, we would need to spend another $150.00 on installation. I do not think this is a fair business practice. Bosch sent us a faulty unit and now they expect us to spend over $200 to rectify the situation which was no fault of ours. It is also unfair that we spent $1740 on a dishwasher only to be washing dishes by hand for the last 8 months. They need to buy back our unit for the full price and reimburse us for the cost to install a new unit or immediately send and install a new unit for us.We are now back on the wait list for a new unit and Bosch will not give us any idea when we might receive it. They barely respond to my emails. I am at my **** end. I have never filed a complaint with the BBB but I have never received such unfair service from a company. We spent over $1740.00 on a dishwasher that only worked for a couple of weeks but Bosch has been unwilling to do anything to rectify this situation.I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide. Hi, I purchased a microwave in July of 2022 and it was delivered with a cracked glass. After a couple of months of me trying to get ahold of the company, they finally scheduled a repair of the glass on December 19, 2022. On the day of repair, they informed me that the repair will have to be rescheduled to February. I need the microwave repaired as soon as possible, since this it is becoming a major issue and it is taking too long to be resolved.Business Response

I purchased a new Bosch B36CD50SNS refrigerator 7/25/22 and it started having problems on 9/22/22. I scheduled a technician to come out more than a month out for 10/24/22. The technician was several hours late from his appointment window, came in looked at the refrigerator for less than 10 seconds and said he needed parts and there was nothing he could do and he left less than five minutes after he arrived. He returned 10/24/22 (two months after I requested service). While he was here he advised me that if I have problems with the refrigerator, that I should unplug it for 24 hours. He also advised me that there was nothing that could be done about the loud banging from the ice maker even though it was quiet for the first month we had the refrigerator. I told him I didnt think think either was okay. Then he rushed through replacing a board and left. Unfortunately for us the refrigerator is now more broken than when he arrived. Now it still bangs but the door dispenser is completely dead and the home connect no longer works at all. I don't believe I should weight through another 2-3 month repair cycle for a defective product. The only way to communicate with Bosch is to sit on hold for an hour or more and hope someone eventual answers. all that person can do is set an appointment more than a mount out. There is a call back option, but they never call back and they do not respond to email. My Bosch Dishwasher (purchased 1/2017, cost $900 - not including install) suddenly became inoperative months back when code E15 kept appearing (water leaking from somewhere). Only way to clear it was to continuously shut off the circuit breaker to turn off loud, dangerous sounding noise coming from it. Had a repairman multiple times who could not find where it was leaking (he stated he has seen this problem many times in the past with Bosch). I called Bosch numerous times, spoke to a very nasty rep who refused to put me through to a supervisor, and was told by another rep I would have to have their Bosch repairman look at it for a minimum $160 visit to step in the door - I would have to pay for any parts needed - and pay $160 an hour for labor. I found these costs outrageous to fix a considerably "newer" dishwasher that has been used only about twice a week since purchasing. The customer service is horrific with this company and well as the terrible quality of their appliances.Business Response

** dishwasher has failed in warranty and I cant get service from Bosch. They do not answer their phone I held for more than an hour on several occasions. They direct to schedule a service appointment online but I cant because they tell me my serial number is invalid. I bought ********************** because they were recommended to me. Prior complaint with BBB ******** dated 12/7/22: My Thermador wall unit steam oven is broken and still under warranty. I contacted Thermador at ************ and I think they sub-contract to another vendor by the name of AA Kitchen appliance. Their technician came and diagnosis it as the motherboard is broken and need to get parts for repair. This was in Sept 2022 and they have schedule appts 4x between Sept till now and cancelled each one of it the day before due to the staff out sick or the part shipped broken. As of 12/6/22 appt #5, they have an appt and no one call to cancel, however, no one show up either. i called AA kitchen applicance t/c # ************ and on hold for a representative over half an hour and no one picks up. On 12/7/22 I reach out to thermador at ************ to possible see what happened and to reschedule for another appt and again on hold for over 25 mins without any success and at the same day I filed a complaint with BBB. Afterward, the agency (caller ******* ************* called me and BBB emailed me that the appt reschedule to 12/16 and of course ive not gotten any email or phone call prior to my complaint of this rescheduling. On 12/16, my husband and I waited at home for the technician and again it is a no show. I contacted the agency ******* on 12/16 and 12/19 and left voicemail to f/u. At this point, we are done with the rescheduling, the poor communication and very disappointed with this company. Between my husband and I, we have taken many days off from work and will not be accepting any more rescheduling appts from this company. We would like for full refund of this appliance as we paid $8499 (not including tax) for model # PODS302W Thermador 30-Inch Professional Double Steam Oven.Business Response

I ordered a bosh replacement filter for my refrigerator from the bosch website. I had to put the model # and the ** number for the website to select the right filter. Bosch then sent me the wrong filter. I first called on 11/22 at 10:04 am cst to get a return code. You can't just return the product. called again on 12/7/22 at 7:35 am they said they hadn't gotten to the email yet. Called again on 12/14/22 at 7:20 am cst and talked to *****. She said she was resending it and I should have it in the next 24 hours. 12/16 the email from Bosch I received was to check my email for spam. Which I do not have the email in spam and I still do not have a return code. I tried to call again this morning and I got hung up on. After that, the call would not go through. This is not right. They sent me the wrong item. I expect a full refund and not to have to pay for postage. I should be able to return this item in a reasonable amount of time.Business Response

We purchased a refrigerator and the Ice marker and mother board has never been working. For over 6 months we have been getting the run around. Even when we shut off the water line it is leaking and ruining my hardwood floor. For almost the first year my fridge worked fine.... right up until the warranty almost ended. I'm so glad that if trouble was coming, it happened while I could get it under warranty. Last September I noticed all the food in my freezer started defrosting and the side of the fridge was really hot... I called immediately (after throwing away 3 garbage bags of food) and scheduled service. They couldn't come out for a few weeks. In the meantime, I noticed the temp in my fridge started getting warm. There goes another 4 bags of food in the garbage! Service tech comes out, orders compressor. Surprisingly the fridge and freezer start working again! But I will find it's intermittent:( So I go out and buy all new foods, throwing some away here and there as the fridge/******* decides to not work. Two months go by and finally the tech comes to install the compressor!!!!! Well he decides to install some other parts instead and not the compressor.... and in the process he blows a fuse in my house! We flip the fuse and now all my lights are no longer working in the fridge. Tech says he needs to order new parts!!!! We ask him how we would know if the refrigerator and freezer is holding proper temperatures with no lights. He tells us that he checked it and it's holding temperature. Guess what? First the fridge temp declines that same night..... and I'm throwing away mounds of food again! .... then a few days later my freezer stops working, so there goes all that food in the garbage. I reach out to customer service to see how i submit a claim for food loss for both the September loss as well as this new loss Nov 30- Dec 4th..... and they tell me they don't cover food loss! It was the Bosch technician who broke my refrigerator the second time! **************** has been horrible!Business Response

The date of the transaction was 3/24/2022. We purchased Thermador appliances through ******************* Appliances in *******, **. We were told the Thermador Induction Cooktop, model CIT30YWBB would be delivered on 6/03/2022. Our order number is *******, our customer number is **********. Original delivery date was estimated 6/03/2022. We received 5 delay notices without explanation. The most current delay notice estimates delivery 1/17/2023. We have no reason to believe they will honor this date. They have had our money since March and we've heard other customers are getting their appliances ahead of us.Our specific complaint is that we believe Thermador is prioritizing other customers ahead of us, and we have already bought and paid for this appliance and delivery that is approaching 7 months past estimated delivery.In addition we have a wall oven combo, PODMC301W on the same order that they estimated delivery 12/30/2022, and we think they won't deliver that product either.Business Response
