      I scheduled a service on 9/30 for fridge repair on 10/12. My refrigerator stopped working out of the blue. I hired an electrician first who said it was the fridge that was broken. All of the outlets and breakers were confirmed working. The Bosche repair man was scheduled to come out on 10/12. I was told the service was 150 over the phone. The day of the service the repair man did not respond to my call back/texts asking when he would be at my apartment. I called bosche to ask about the time and they said he was at my house and had the doorman let him in... I was unable to meet him at the house because he did not forewarn me. The Bosche tech then called me and stated the fridge is fine and the outlet is faulty. I asked for more information about what tests he ran, he did not respond to me and asked for payment. I called customer service and tried to explain that I previously hired an electrician who has contradictory information. The customer service agent did not help me at all and just apologized. I even spoke to a manger who did not help me. I hired a second electrician who confirmed it was the fridge that is broken, not the outlet. I have a video of the outlet working just fine. It is the refrigerator that is broken. I am a little disturbed the technician did not call me before his arrival so that I can be there while he "works". The bill is also very vague. I was also quoted the wrong amount for the service. I contacted the company via email about the situation and they are denying my request to reduce the charge. They also want me to book another bosche tech to come to my house for another fee and no guarantee the same thing won't happen.

      I paid over $4000 for a Bosch oven/microwave combo. The oven part never works, blows out hot smelly air that gives me a headache, takes forever to preheat and makes a loud noise. I have had the repair guy out to my house several times for hours everytime where he has to take the entire oven apart and put it back together to just go back to square 1. Im tired and stressed over it, not to mention taking time out of my day to stop working, and not having a working oven for over 2 weeks at a time. This is a lemon! Fix this mess Bosch! Its less than 1 year old ands we just moved into the house so we have only tried to use it like 10 times so far.

      I ordered 2 Grease Filters off the BOSCH website (they only 1 filter and I assumed). They were too small. On 8-22-22, I tried to return the item online. Unable to do. You must call them, get permission and have them send you a shipping label or they won't accept it. I called and they were happy to immediately order the right part, send me an invoice and charge my credit card (yes I got the right filter). The return however has been a nightmare. CASE #**********. I was told would be sent shipping label. Learned for the first time that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. This information is not on the site when you order or on the invoice. Called on 8-23-22 label is coming. Called 9-2-22, -9-9-22, 9-15-22, same excuse. Now 8 weeks from first call and nearly 2 months still no label. Seems Bosch can take my money but not allow me to get it back. Want: 1) Shipping Label and be allowed to return filters. 2) NO restocking fee since they already caused me time and money. 3) refund of my purchase #***.95

      Bosch is unable to provide a part to repair our dishwasher. Part #********. Our dishwasher was purchased 6/2020. First issue was a delay in production. Delivery of the unit was 7/14/2020 but delays in production resulted in delivery December of 2020. 7/19/2022 our dishwasher stopped functioning and produced an error code E15. Bosch was contacted and service was ordered. Bosch doesnt have repair service where we reside and they engaged an authorized repair service local to us. We were told by that company that they were unable to perform the service as he was too busy. Another service company was sent and found that a zeolite seal ring had cracked and was causing water to leak below the unit. He said he would need to order the part and return with in two weeks. The part is on back order. We contacted Bosch and was told it would be available 9/14/2022 and they would send it directly to me. The part is still unavailable and there is now no ETA. A representative from Bosch started a request to have the dishwasher replaced and requested a purchase receipt and invoice from the servicer to send to management for approval. Bosch contacted today 10/14/2022 and has denied the replacement. We purchased extended service thru Lowes and Bosch has directed us to utilize them and washed their hands from the defective unit. Forums online talk about this defective part and that newer models now have a metal zeolite seal ring. In our opinion Bosch should replace this unit.

      I purchase a stove top from Bosch in June 2020, but I installed it in May 2021 when I renovated my kitchen. In May 2022 two of the burners stopped working. When I called Bosch they *** they were going to fix it as a courtsey, the tech replaced some parts and then none of the burners worked. He said the parts he replaced weren't working and he reschedule another part replacement. 2 weeks later another technician came to replace the parts again, but the stove still didn't work. He said he would request for the atove to be replaced. I sent the requested documents July 27th and still no replacement. Every time I call they tell me to call back in 3 days. I have four kids at home and cooking in a $20 burner.

      I purchased a Bosch microwave speed from PC ******** within the last 2 years. I had an extended warranty and on July 18 Bosch was out to repair it. That evening I contacted bosch regarding the damage to my cabinets surrounding the microwave as I was not there at the time (my babysitter was). The repair man was out 5 times in total and every time after I was there watching how he did things. He left messes for me to clean up, he threw the microwave on my new fabric chairs and when i told him not to he left it on my new counters. He was not qualified for the job in any way (which is another issue). I requested another repair man after the 1st encounter and was denied.Anyway, I got a price to fix the cabinets of $1800. I submitted everything to bosch. I called multiple times and they said it was pending. Finally after about 6 weeks I got a hold of someone who said they are waiting for me to fill-out a form. I said I never received it and asked to send it again. They said they sent it to my husbands email but he checked. I gave them my email, and they said I would receive in ***** hours. Well 8 weeks later and multiple calls and emails I still do not have it in my hand to fill out. I even emailed with my direct fax. I truly believe they are dodging me because botched the entire situation and do not want to pay to fix them. It's unfortunate. My cabinets are less than 2 years old and now the ones surrounding the microwave are scratched and dented. Someone at bosch gave me their direct email since i kept getting the run around, and I emailed her and she wont respond. It's getting tedious. I just want my cabinets fixed.       We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher for $988.43 from ****** in ******, ******* on April 3-18.It was installed sometime in May that year in our small condo in **************, *******. This is a vacation home that we only use 6 months out of the year. In July, 2021 we traveled to ******* to check on everything and discovered the dishwasher wasn't working. We called an authorized Bosch ******* center and they discovered the entire tub of the dishwasher had rusted. We were told this is very rare, but must definitely was a manufacturers defect. Once we came down for the season in October, 2021 we began contacting Bosch or a replacement only to run into delays due to Covid. Once a year had passed we have made numerous calls to find out when we could get a replacement. We have even offered to upgrade the difference if they would just find us a dishwasher!       We filed a warranty claim with Bosch about our built in microwave arching and possibly catching fire. Theres supposedly a class action lawsuit that is forming over this. Bosch agreed to replace this DANGEROUS appliance they sold us. They keep blowing us off and have never replaced this microwave. Not only are they purposely keeping a dangerous appliance in our home they are attempting to never replace the new one. This replacement has been fully approved by Bosch. They just are not holding up to their end. This is a $1500 microwave that lasted 7 months.

      Hello, my name is *********************************. I am writing because I purchased a thermador package (dishwasher, range, hood, blower, extension, refrigerator, microwave) from Thermador. I originally purchased this package in October 2021 through **** and Black (PO THE120621DC) and chose Thermador because I was assured we would get our products in March 2022 (with possible delays into June). In December 2021, I was told by the **** and ***** rep, that the range would likely be delayed beyond June 2022 and the Thermador rep ****************** suggested changing the model to the dual range because it would come in the time we needed it. We are now in September 2022 and according to the call I just had with your reps ********** number **********) they expect this order to be delayed another 8 months! 8 MONTHS!We have a house built and waiting on final occupancy and cannot get final occupancy until the hood/blower is installed. Furthermore we cannot live in a house without a range to cook.Right now I am still waiting on 3 products: 1. Range (PRD486WDHU), I have been given the following delivery dates, 4/6/2022, 8/19/2022, 9/6/2022, 9/16/2022 and 10/7/2022 (and according to your rep, another 8 months!)2. Blower (VTN2FZ), I have been given the following delivery dates, 3/30/2022, 4/8/2022, 8/31/2022, 9/6/2022, 9/16/2022, and 9/28/2022 3. Hood (HPCN48WS), I have been given the following delivery dates 4/13/2022, 8/19/2022 and 11/11/2022 On the website, *************************************** states that we should have our items within 12 months. We are surpassing those dates and have no resolution in sight. We have paid in full for all of our appliances and our order has not been fulfilled. We spec'ed our house to these appliances and have made modifications based on Mr. ********** suggestions. These modifications have cost us money. Currently we are paying an extension fee month to month on our construction loan because we cannot get our final occupancy until our items are installed.

      Purchased 5 appliances from Thermador for our remodeled condo at ***********************************************************************. They were installed July 6, 2022. $9,000.00 Duel fuel range/oven has had a gas leak from a pipe just underneath the burner since installation. We have been waiting for them to replace the gas pipe on this brand new never been used range since then. They have been completely unresponsive to this issue. We live in a condo and cannot have any gas appliances running.. The building has completely shut off the gas to our unit, as it would be dangerous for all residents including us for it to be turned on. We would like a replacement range ASAP although we understand from the appliance store where we purchased the Thermador package (******************* Appliances) that Thermador has an 11 month wait for this appliance. We would like Thermador to repair this gas line by next week or substitute a temporary range that works until they can replace the range/oven with another NEW appliance of the same model.
