    This company doesn't even deserve one star! Like the other comments below, they scammed me! They sent me a "free trial" cartridge, told me we had to pay the invoice for it within 365 days, to get the reimbursement for it being "free". The company I work for paid a little over $200 for ******* received $100 Mastercard as the reimbursement. Never was I told the reimbursement would be on a Mastercard. We're a business, nobody uses random Mastercards loaded with $. Then they sent me a package of 6 cartridges that I did not want or agree to & are now demanding payment for them or we have to pay a restocking fee. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM! I bet all the 5-star reviews are from their employees, ******************

    SCAM WARNING!!! Same issue with the trial cartridge then they keep mailing Ink and sending bills. NO AGREEMENT signed and they refuse to stop and threaten to send unpaid invoices to collections. Probably got some one fired from their company who put it in writting in an email that the invoice I paid would be the last and they still insisted I pay another $400 cancelation fee. SCAM ARTIST, THEIFS, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

    Like many others on here I also agreed to try out 1 ink cartridge. I paid the invoice for the ink cartridge that was used and was sent 5 more cartridges. They refused to take back the cartridges as we would never go through that many stating it was part of a promotion that was NEVER agreed to. They stated the agreement was "verbal" and there was no proof in the agreement. They are very shady and I would not recommend doing business with a company that does not do what is in best interest of their vendors.

    SCAM ARTISTS!!!Fell for the "try our one ink cartridge" Beware of *** the salesman and ********, Manager backing him up. We never signed any contract or agreement. Next thing we know after paying the invoice for the ONE cartridge we tried, we have a delivery of 5 more. They will not take them back without a $399.00 restocking fee. We have our lawyer looking into this now. Do not fall for this company when they call you out of the blue one day. We have a small company consisting of 40 employees.

    SCAM WARNING! This company will try and send you free samples of ink. We declined many times and they still sent the "free" ink and now are sending us invoices and demanding payment.

    Agree with this post. I returned them and the company rejected the return so they are sitting at **** (After paying $150 to ship) Waiting on another address, which I am sure I will not get, and will have to pay another $150 to ship.Total SCAM!!!! Dont fall for their trial ink. They ended up sending as 5 more for close $500 a piece. When I called to say we did not order them and we would like to return them, they lied and said an employee okd the order, which they did not and refused to let us return them.

    I have located your account and upon my review found that the product purchased is $379 per cartridge which is the same price quoted and paid by your company for the trial. Although this order indeed was verified by one of your company employees prior to releasing the shipment, we are doing our best to accommodate you. Please note that the companies Return and Exchange Policy is clearly listed on each invoice and unfortunately, this product was shipped back without following those guidelines. I am so sorry you have had to pay that added expense to **** Those charges can be pretty high these days. We do look forward to resolving all open issues and will be reaching out to your company representative again shortly.
