    I like some other reviewers got the same scam pulled on me. I just received 6 cartridges and a drum unit that I never ordered or agreed to in the " promotion " I never heard about. I only agreed to try their toner and was pitched a $25.00 gift card to do so. I received the initial 2 cartridges in December 2023 with an invoice for $129.00 a cartridge plus shipping and a large bag of ******* ( not a gift card ). I paid the invoice and then was contacted by an employee to let me know they received my payment and that they were sending me my "promotional" $100 gift card. Again, I was never told anything about a promotion previously and what the promotion details were. Now I have enough ink cartridges to last until my company closes it's doors! It's too bad they had to be sneaky like that because I would have continued to order from them because the toner does last a long time.

    Total SCAM!!!! Dont fall for their trial ink. They ended up sending as 5 more for close $500 a piece. When I called to say we did not order them and we would like to return them, they lied and said an employee okd the order, which they did not and refused to let us return them.

    *** cartridges from HP were killing my small businesses bottom line. Got a call from a sales rep named ******* he was very professional with a lot of charisma so I decided to compare their cartridge to the *** not only was the pricing so much better their product ran circles around the more overpriced HP cartridge. I would highly recommend for any small business that's looking to save money and still have a quality product to use for your printing needs

    Was offered to try them out, so i did, i paid for the one ink cartridge. Then without asking they sent me 6 more. They absolutely did not tell me that by agreeing to buy one that i was agreeing to be sent 6 more. Then they wanted a re-stocking fee of $400.00 to return them. Very disappointed with customer service, and the way they did business with me. i will never recommend them.i regret doing business with them.

    Great product! Like others, I was skeptical at first. For reference, I was told they offer a compatible HP CF226 cartridge that would yield up to 3 times more pages than the actual HP CF226 cartridge I was buying from Staples and they let me use it to prove it to me before I had to pay for it. It lasted more than 3 times longer and was a way better deal for us. Great purchasing options for the many printers I buy for as well.

    I ordered 2 ink cartridges from this company, which I received. One of them didn't work and they took it back very nicely. I used the other one and it worked and I paid for it. But then, 5 cartridges arrived for a total of $1245.00! They said I ordered them, which I know I did NOT. I was really hoping that they would not turn out to be a scam, but no reputable company would send you 5 cartridges that you didn't order. Very disappointing!
