    I ordered the bridify bird feeder camera for my husband for Father's Day. I ordered through their website because I didn't trust ordering through Amazon. I ordered may 21 and was told the order would ship mid May. It was a week or two with no shipping update so I emailed and they told me it would ship that week. I asked for an update when it shipped and received none. Again item did not ship contacted customer service again (which you csn only get through via email not by phone) and they said it would for sure ship last week. Well my item still hasn't shipped this is a Father's Day gift I won't be getting in time for Father's Day. Now I'm fighting to have them refund me because they charged my card WITHOUT shipping the item. Would not recommend customer service is a nightmare to navigate I'm really hoping I get my money back I should have known when they charged my card without shipping the item this was a scam.
