  Organization has taken my ***** income tax check. Claims they sent it back to the IRS.Play games about giving documents of the returned funds. Representatives of this company are rude and unhelpful. Dont file with TurboTax find a reputable tax company that will treat you right and help you.

  Horrible customer service. Shady business practices. Take money from customers without any disclosure or notice. Can't seem to work with small banks and then rather than making effort to resolve, they charge the customers more money for unnecessary "services".

  Tax Product Group of Santa Barbara and Turbo Tax are running a scam together in the past TurboTax would send the money directly to me. Now TPG has deducted money from my tax refund for their s**** up. First TPG say they tried to direct deposit it and it got rejected so they sent a cashier's check and that mysteriously never made it to me. Now after charging me more money they said another cashier's check was mailed out to me and now they say there is suspicious activity on my account and it was returned to the *** so now after waiting since February 23 I have to wait another ***** weeks for the *** to send me a check. So why did Turbo ********* Product Group of Santa Barbara take almost $200.00 just to have the *** send me a check almost 6 months from filing my taxes? Total scam and ripoff needs to be investigated by BBB.

  Awful!! I had my turbo tax refund deducted from this third party. They deducted their $227 from my refund and sent $11,000 of my refund went missing. They claimed I wrote it wrong on my taxes via email. did not. I cant get ahold of an actual person. Shady dealings here!!!

  received my 2022 taxes direct deposit on March 3rd my bank rejected it because they dont deal with Santa Barbara bank then Santa Barbara bank told me they will send it back to the irs soon as they get it march came and left now here it is ***** 6,2023 they have yet to send out my money but I bet they a** took out them fees worst f****** bank ever I will never recommend this bank Lack is h*** on communication and everything F3F

  I am trying to collect as many people as I can for a class action lawsuit against SBTPG.Im flabbergasted at the amount of complaints against this company and they are getting away with it. And our lawmakers are letting them, are the lawmakers getting a kickback from them?!!!! If not them- who? because someone is.I have made a reel on FB. ******************************* from *******, share it, and contact me to go in on the lawsuit. I have about 5 people ready to go, and looking for at least 20 people They tell you lies as to when your money is coming or take out an extreme amount of money as their fees. Its disgusting.They have a lot of my daughters money since last year. Turbo tax and IRS keep blaming SBTPG. Get all your transcripts, any notes of when/who you spoke with from IRS, SBTPG, and who you files with.

  Credit karma, TurboTax, Intuit., passed my information to this business/Banker, Santa Barbara Tax products group. This party deposited less into my bank account., I dont even know how much I was charged for this service. I only received $58.09 out of $350 . My return was for total $350.00 state owed me $131 and the federal owe me $219.00 - $350.00 dollars total this bank ripped me off along with other tax payers., The *** will not help with matter of income tax over chargers.my

  I have YET to receive an answer as to where my 2021 taxes are!! The *** sent my taxes out to this company September 14, 2022 , why did they do this??? My bank declined the deposit from TPG company claiming they do not accept deposits from them. Okay cool, I call the TPG company and they state that they will be mailing my refund and it supposedly will be mailed out on the 19th: I waited and waited.nothing. I call back and they state that the **** post office sent my money back and that they will have wire the money to the ***. Oooh but wait Ill have to wait until they send the batch out. They allegedly wired the money back to the *** on October 3rd.The *** has no record. I have had a trace on my money since December 13th and every time I call the *** they tell me I have to wait 120 for a **** response!!!!!! They have stolen $18,000 from me and I am beyond LIVID! Once my 120 days are up and I dont get an efficient *************** action will be taken! Against the *** because why in Gods name will you send money out to a fraudulent company, against TurboTax for using this fraudulent company, and this TPG company for being f****** fraudulent!!

  Would give zero stars. I have not received my tax return from last year. My husband went thru Turbo Tax and for some reason our money was sent thru ************** to this associated company Santa Barbara Tax Products Group. I have not been able to get a representative over the phone and have been in circles with the *** and BFS for almost a year with no resolution. I just got assigned a Tax Advocate and have not heard from them yet. This ******** groups outlines other peoples hardships with similar experience.
