    This company is an absolute JOKE!!! They keep claiming they sent my tax refund back to the *** over a month ago. The *** says they have yet to receive anything from them. This is ridiculous and I WANT MY MONEY!!!!

    I filed my taxes through ***** *** and was expecting a refund. My return was issued by the *** on 2/28 and I was told to call the Santa Barbara Tax Group for my refund because I asked for the ***** *** fee to be taken out of my refund. No were did I see that this refund would be issued to a third party. I called the company on 3/13 and after entering my information the recording said I would be receiving my refund within 2 days. It's been over a week, so I called again and after I entered my information, I got the same recording that my refund would be issued in 2 days. There is no live person to talk to, so I am assuming that this is a scam and my refund is gone.

    I filed my taxes with turbo tax. Not only did they charge me a fee, but TPG Products SBTPG LLC, charged me 300+ for a reason that should not and probably is not legal. I am a 55 year old single woman with no dependents and I don't get back much of anything so for this green dot affiliated company to do people like this is sad and unexceptable. I will fight to get my money back. Everyone who this was done to needs to fight this kind of price gouging, rip off tactics.

    I filed my taxes 02/09/23 and went through a process and my taxes were adjusted on 3/08/23 My status said 5 days until deposit and as of 3/20/23 i have yet to receive my refund. i have called the irs and they told me my refund was sent to a civista account by SBTPG and theres not more information than can give me because they already sent the money out. i cannot contact SBTPG to speak with a live person every number i have called as only been automated person. I am confused why my refund wasnt sent to my direct deposit and why i still havent received any money at all. when i see my refund on the SBTPG site it says funded $0.00 there is no one i can contact for me to know whats going on

    i used turbo tax for my 2021 taxes that were NOT done correctly and i have to work with a tax advocate for a whole year to et my refund back. once i realized i was getting a refund back i was very happy then i had to ddeal with santa barbara tax group. who has my actual money. not only was i told a check would be sent out that i have yet to receive. Im so mad with the customer service of this place and very upset that they cant be clear where someones money. its $7000 that i feel has be stolen from me. im not going to currently be living at the address they have on file now and im sure i will habe no idea where my money is. i plan on taking legal action to *** for not only my refund but for the hardships im now having cause i had yet to get my money back.please do not use turbo tax or this company in any way shape or form.

    I'm beyond passed off, our refund was 629, Santa Barbara tax products took 498 in fees, I will never ever have my taxes done by an outside company again, I hope it will be a class action lawsuit against Santa Barbara, it a f----ing Rip off

    I give it 0 stars! Not sure if this is the same company Turbo Tax has been using the past few years, but this will be the LAST time I will be using Turbo Tax after 10 + years. WHY is no one answering the phone. They've had my refund since 2/7/23 from the **** Wtf is really going on. Are y'all scamming people out of their money? This is totally illegal, you are messing with Government money aholes. Which definitely looks bad on TurboTax. This should have been an immediate direct deposit as you already took out your fees. My money is sitting in *************** BS !

    If I could rate this 0 stars I would. This company is nothing but a scam. My federal tax return was deposited (according to transcripts) as of 08-17-2022. I have not received it. This company has been holding on to my money since august of last year!! This is not right! Then when I contact them to get my funds they state they are sending them back to the **** That they would be sent with February 2023s batch. Now they are telling me it has not been sent back and I need to wait! This is ridiculous! And needs to handled!!!!

    This company robbed me of $1200 of my tax refund because Turbo Tax uses them to process returns. I don't see how they can get away with doing this!!
