    I received my tax refund $276 and I was charge or they decided to take out $497 for fees, my tax refund was already under $1000 why would you charge me $500! This is ridiculous I dont know whats going on, this company cant be legit Took my hard working money like I didnt need it!!!

    I give it 0 stars. Not sure if this is the same company Turbo has been using the past few years, but this is the first and LAST time I'm doing this. WHY is no one answering the phone. They've had my refund since 2/22 stated that they tried to deposit the refund but was denied. Which is a lie because our bank said NOTHING EVER PINNED from them. Wtf is really going on. Are y'all scamming people of their money. Which definitely looks bad on TurboTax end ** they use y'all. This is sad ASF and I do hope y'all lose your jobs and go to jail.

    Received my tax refund and Im 387 dollars short. What. It was a simple filing. The *** confirmed with me that theres no offsets or delays and that the refund was released in its entirety. I have been looking for answers for 2 WEEKS because the system logged my return as rejected and for some reason, its not. Its showing on the *** end. Im done with all this running around

    My tax refund is almost $200 short. I'm a single mom and wasn't even expecting that much back in the first place but I was counting on getting every single dollar back that Turbo Tax told me I would. Why does Turbo Tax take so much money from fees already, and then send it to another company to take even more money? Give me the rest of my money! This is theft right under our noses and we can't do anything about it?

    Fraudulent regarding Turbo Tax. I paid $59.99 for the purchase of Turbo Tax . The box clearly is printed, "free FEDERAL filing."Upon filing electronically, my Federal refund was clearly displayed on the screen.Upon receipt of my Federal refund, it was far less than what was originally displayed. The refund was processed by an unknown party, that was "not" authorized by me.The 3rd party was Santa Barbara TPG. This 3rd party charged a processing fee for direct deposit, along with other junk fees.I have been doing my Turbo Tax for about 20 years.This complaint should be forwarded to the Federal Trade Commision for wired fraud violations. I have reviewed several documented complaints, and I am not the only one.2/15/2023

    Received our tax refund direct deposit this morning and its 117 dollars short, no explanation, whenbwe filed thru turbo tax all the fees were explained, no reason to deduct more fees, not suing turbo tax ever again. Santa barbara products is a rip off and turbo tax knows it.

    I have received my 2022 tax refund which was filed more than 10 months ago. The *** processed and funded my refund and somehow my bank returned it. Over the course of 10 months Ive filed Form **** with two different *** agents. Completed Indemnity Bond forms for TPG with notary. TPG took 6 months to return the funds to the *** and gave me a Green DOT yet the *** still hasnt received any funds from them what so ever. The *** has submitted the case to BFS for an investigation. At years end 2022 TPG website no longer shows my refund on the site. TPG stated theyve mailed a refund check which was never received. Website stated funds were direct deposited which my account shows it was rejected and sent back to TPG. Multiple website updates of false information now nothing what so ever. How this will ever be resolved, I have no idea.

    I havent received my 2021 tax refund check and I have called since Nov 2022 and said they tried sending the check to my address but it wasnt accepted so they were going to send it back to the irs and it could take ***** weeks and to call in December since they only do 1 shipment per month. I called at the end of December and the lady I spoke with said they havent send anything yet and to call every 2 weeks to check. I have been trying to call this month and now the operation system is saying my SSN is invalid.

    My refund was sent to this place I had never heard of now it is being held hostage and yes will be sent in two business days that never come.no person to talk too and the same lying automated voice.this place is c***
