    Honestly they are giving false info about our tax refunds, they say its been sent to our banks, but nothing is showing as sent or pending and when you call them its a completely different story theyre then waiting for the irs but app payments have been taken out, they say we need a trace number and then we dont its just a bunch of bs. If you do your taxes pay the fees upfront and do not do the advance. Im losing my home I have no idea what Im gonna do if this direct deposit dont come thru I have 4 kids and t grand child, this so called bank is a fraud a scam and a joke!

    DO NOT DO YOIR TAXES WITH ANYONE THAT USES THIS COMPANY AS A 3rd PARTY FOR FEES. Ive been funded for a week and no deposit on my account they are holding everyones tax money to gain Intrest on it.. people should be able to sue them for this if we as regular people did this we would be in jail for fraud

    very unprofessional, holds funds for no reason, and you can never get anyone on the phone with an actual answer on why they have your funds and are not releasing them. ********* needs to partner with a different company. They've have my funds for over 5 days now and still have not released them.

    I will never use this company ever again dealing with my taxes they are always advertising about getting you taxes early and pay check early. I am going to use my own credit union from now on. When my taxes hit and i transfer all my funds Im gonna close this account never to be used again and I hope everyone else does the same.??

    I am an 18 year old young mother, and without this money I remain homeless. I filed my taxes through Turbo Tax, and bank emailed me that it was rejected due to my middle and first name being switched. (I go by my middle name). ****** C ***** Last 4 of social: 4575 Amount expected: 7270 I called these people until my fingers locked up. Held for 6 hours, and reached no one.I sent in an email, and nothing. My social is no where in their records and the *** and turbo tax have no information for me. My mental health is at rock bottom and Im ready to give it up life . I cant do this anymore

    They have had my deposit since Friday and now it is Tuesday and they still have not released my funds! Crooked!!
