    On hold with customer service for over one hour just to speak to someone. They have held my tax refund for 3+ days meanwhile their fees have been collected the entire time. They are refusing to release my taxes for another 2 days but have had it for multiple days! ****************. I will no longer be filing my taxes with turbo tax simply because they use this company

    **************** representative was very disrespectful. He Did not want to solve the issue at hand. I was inquiring about an ongoing issue that other tax professionals were reporting on delayed tax Refund disbursement from the Company. He was more interested in ******* me off the phone. When I that he was ******* me off the phone And I didnt appreciate it, his next response was is there anything else I can assist you with?. This is very unprofessional. Ive been a business client for over 10 years. No one should be treated like this. This year will be my last year using Santa Barbara tax product group.

    These people have been giving me the runaround since February they sent my check back to IRS due to the fact I had moved so they supposedly sent my check in February its now September and IRS do not have my check i am going to file a complaint with Office of Control this is my money and I want it now the irs has sent my referral to ********* still nothing somebody better do something because this bank is a fraud and I will get my money

    my story is the same as everyone elses. they were sent my refund even though i iddnt have any money to be taken out of it. i didnt owe for fees or services because this was an ammended return and only federally so it was free to file. however my return ws still sent to them. they said they tried to deposit it ( i call bullshit) they tried to send me acheck (i call bullshit) they sent it back to the irs (i call bullshit) and of ocurse like evryone else the *** has no record of getting it back. My question is why does the irs and turbo tax and free tax usa keep using this company?! They have to be aware of the issues. In almost every complaint i Read people have called *** multiple times and I myself have called them at least a dozen times. THese complaints fo back years! im not sitting around anymore and im not going to let a company keep my $8,000. Im going to try to get a class action started. if you have been a victim of this scam company please email me scammedbySBTG @ gmail.com with your contact info and specifics. we are stronger together abd its time to hold this company accountable.

    My tax refund was sent back to SPTPG; they claim to have sent it back to the *** in February. It has been 6 months and the *** has no record of the funds being sent back. They are stealing money from people and they refuse to answer any of my emails or calls with a human response. All I get is an automated email saying they have no visibility after they send the funds back. SCAM

    RE: Negligent/Fraudulent 2023 Tax Refund Activity I am filing a complaint against SBTPG LLC TPG Products due to the nature in which this company has handled and misrepresented themselves in refunding me a lesser amount from my 2023 tax refund. The *** reported a specific amount to be directly deposited into my account. The actual amount deposited into my account was less from ************************ LLC TPG Products according to my bank. I have sent numerous communications through my Tax Preparer, RDF Services and More LLC, who is acting as liaison to help resolve this issue. My tax preparer was paid upfront for services and has been working with SBTPG LLC TPG to make this right. I have patiently waited for a reasonable amount of time that would have allowed SBTPG LLC TPG Products to rectify this matter. There has been a breakdown in timely communication regarding the missing monies, false information, fraudulent information, and a blatant disregard for ethical business practices in this matter. If my tax preparer service or I do not hear a resolution regarding the missing monies by the end of day today, Friday, July 19, 2024, I will be forced to continue to escalate this impediment to the BBB, *** ***************** following social media outlets, then finally the court system.

    Was told that by SBTPG that they had sent back my tax refund to the *** on 02/14/2024 and as of today,07/16/2024, the *** does NOT have it back. *** representative had mentioned that it is still showing sitting in their account! They operate under *************** Also took fees out for processing and this is what they do to their customers! Very unethical!
