    THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING MY TAXES FOR OVER 5 DAYS TO GAIN INTEREST, i had no idea ******** associated w this **** *** of a bank, but next year im doing it without anyone associating w TPG. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

    If your filing taxes and this is your bank /middle man opp out of it and use a different bank/tax service because they wont release your money until after your refund is due.got all my Reddit users and forum users to not use them next year

    Very selfish and will lie for their own selfish gain every year they hold your tax money and will Instruct employees to do the same I have never delt with a bank who lies After the irs confirms they sent the money. I dont recommend them to any one

    This company works with TurboTax and the nut jobs they have working in the office decided to deposit a tax refund as a business deposit and not a personal checking deposit. Dont use any of TurboTaxs products as now my tax refund is doing to be delayed by weeks.

    The tax prepared group is a scam I had to get channel 2 in *******, involved to get my tax return from 2021 don't use them at all course. Once channel 2 got TPG called me the same day, lying about I should have received forms PLEASE JUST STOP LYING. Thk you so much (***************************), he's the man to contact for theses clowns.

    Horrible Horrible I can't believe that this company,can take your money and use our funds as long as they want..This has been over 1 year. I had them mail my check and someone cashed it ************* knows very well what they do is not right.I am now on my 2nd return 2021 still have not sent my funds back they lied and said yes we did but this is proof they are liers and horrible company.

    This bank that I have never even heard of before this year has been nothing but a nightmare!!I have done my taxes through tax slayer for multiple years and have never had a problem with getting my refund or dealing with any of the run around like this. When I was expecting my refund direct deposited like it is every year without incident and when it wasn't in my bank I was shook. Anyway they sent me an email stating that the bank rejected the deposit and so they are sending it to the address on file, first of all my bank said that nothing was rejected and no deposit was even attempted! Well I had recently moved from that address and had to call them and say wtf, could never get through and the system would tell me that there was suspicous activity with my refund so they sent it back to the *** for me. This was March 15th!! It is now Dec 20th and I still do not have my ****** refund! This is insane! This company is absolutely not trustworthy and something is going on and it's not right! I would love to be apart of this Lawsuit!

    Was told in a letter my refund could not be delivered to my address & was sent to unclaimed property, after I filed my first BBB complaint. That was a blatant lie. Unclaimed Property of Michigan has no record of my refund being sent over. Now, I am filing a lawsuit for theft. See you all in court.

    Apparently, the *** sent my 2020 Economic Impact Payment to a Green *** Card. Why this happened, I have no idea but there is literally NO way to get Green *** on the phone and I can't get into their system on line or through the automated prompts. How does a company get to steal thousands of dollars worth of people's tax money and keep functioning????
