    Ok, tried TurboTax and it was a disaster. They took more than I got back. It was a modest $214.00 .I received $95.70. Never signed up for any help. In fact I made sure that no fee's would be taken out. Don't ever use this company. There is a 3rd party that just steals your money

    Horrible bank if that is what you want to call them. I used turbo tax, turbo tax charged me for a product accidentally, they acknowledged it, and is refunding me that product fee, and this bank charged me thier processing, and refused to refund the processing fee, even after knowing that there is no product to process a fee, they are a joke. They are stealing money from customers, no matter how they look at it, and they still blame turbo tax and customers. This is illegal!!!!! They have had multiple investigations on them.

    I have had the worst experience with this bank this year I dont understand how they can get my taxes deposited to the bank with there routing and account number and due to some wrong information on my bank account they refused to send me a new check with my correct address. Whats the point of these banks not being able to correct information. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I will not be using this service again.

    Why does these bank hold your refund for a week. Every other tax company gives the deposit soon as it is sent by IRS. This is ridiculous if your charging fees get it and give us our money. Used free tax *** thinking my refund would come when IRS send. My chime pay 5 day's early and would have had refund today. Unfortunately stpg is holding it now I have to wait through the weekend. Already let TurboTax go after 10 years for this reason. First time using free tax *** and this will be my last would have gave zero stars but low cost got stpg the one.

    Santa Barbara Tax Products Group , said they deposit my tax return into my account on 2/28/2024 .I have not received one ***** , in addition to that my refund amount is less than what IRS deposit ! Please help , Can we do a class action Law Suit ?

    My tax company processes millions of dollars in returns. I simply would like to speak to someone regarding what I deem to be an accounting error on their part. I have been calling for over 2 weeks to no avail. My complaint...When you're processing refunds for clients, We MUST have a way to reach someone!!! We're talking MILLIONS of dollars going through sbtpg's hands and it is unthinkable to not be able to reach ANYONE for weeks.It seems like they're a couple of criminals running this thing out of a basement!!! I will not use this company again!~****************

    I went through TURBO TAX to have my taxes done. TURBO TAX took out the fees for tax prep and processing fee *********** ******. I ACCEPT THAT . BUT... when the remainder went to Santa Barbara Bank they ALSO took fees for tax preparation and processing of ****** and ***** for unknown fees. Total 138. I've emailed sent them proof of payment.. the amount of my refund BEFORE fees were taken out by turbo tax and AFTER being my refund. NOTHING DONE YET NO EMAIL BACK FROM THEM. same with turbo tax

    If I could give less than a 1 star I would but this by far is unacceptable refund was sent Friday but because of the holiday nothing processed got today Feb 21 you guys took out your fees not funded me my money and say the funds had to be held due to the date that irs said it had to be released. Not only that I called 6 times with an hour of holding in between each call just for each person to hang up on me because they were cowards in answering questions about how illegally you guys are holding funds to build interest. Nowhere on irs it says you have the right to hold my funds and no where in the crappy advance terms it says that. Ive used turbo tax for over five years and their worst mistake was joining with tpg and credit karma for this advance loan. I know for sure the moment someone kicks a lawsuit Im in. You guys just dont know how many people you just lost due to hold that you say the irs is doing.

    These people hold money in order to collect interest, while the whole time saying they don't have them. It should be against the law for them to do that.
