I purchased two different heating aids from Nano Hearing aid company in July 2022 and returned both in July now this is September 2022 and paid the $60.00 for the guarantee fee I still have not received my refund, I have emailed them twice no response, Im out of over $700.00 . I believe that **** has a fraudulent return policy. The hearing aid did not work on my 100+ year old aunt after trying all the various settings. I shipped the hearing aid back as per their instructions within 7 days after receiving it. **** received and signed for on 6/29/2022. Eight weeks have now past since they received the hearing aid and my credit card still has not been credited for the $597 purchase price of the hearing aid. In my last email received from Nano on 8/19/22, I was told the following:"Don't worry, I already escalated this matter to our refunds team. Kindly wait for their response within the next ***** hours.Hope this helps and thanks for your patience."Well, seven days have now past since I received the above email and I still did not get a response from their refund team.This is by far the worst customer service I experienced, and I do not understand how **** remains in business without being investigated for continually taking advantage of people.I truely regret not reading the BBB reviews prior to purchasing from Nano.Nano Hearing Aids - Nano Hearing Tech Opco LLC

Hello, thank you for the reply. However it does not explain why the credit was not issued within the first four weeks. If 9+ weeks have not past since the returned hearing aid was signed for by your warehouse, I would be more receptive to your response. In past correspondences with your return team, I've been hearing the same verbiage repeatedly "quick resolution and we assure you, that you will get your refund as soon as possible". My patience is running thin. As I mentioned in my review, this seems to be a common practice with Nano where you do not honor what you state in your adds ("45-Day Free Trial and Money Back Guarantee") from other reviews. Granted I was told and accept the fact that it can take up to 4 weeks for the returned unit to inspected and the credit issued. Nine+ weeks have past and being told " you will get your refund as soon as possible" is absolutely unacceptable! I need to know when my card will be credited!Review fromRobert C

I ordered a set of Nano hearing aids on 05/26/2022 and received them on 06/14/2022. The right hearing aid operated erratically and in general I was dissatisfied with them. My hands shake a lot making it difficult for me to use. I returned all the items sent to me in their special box, all items in the specific locations in the box. The *********** in ********* ** received the hearing aids 07/14/2022 and my request for the refund of my $ ******. From that day I have received what is known as the run around. I had people telling me that they would check on it, others saying it had to be inspected. That should have been done in the ********* office the day they received the package. How hard can it be to open a box and see that all items are in their proper place in the box. I think Nano has a fraudulent return policy. The hearing aids did not fit. I returned them within the time frame given, following their instructions, at my own expense. When I was following up with Nano, I was told the hearing aids were damaged! What??? The only thing I did to the hearing aids was change to a smaller ear dome. I was offered to have them fixed (volume knob) for $79. Are they kidding. They declined my refund of $247. This company should not be in business. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, User Manuals, Inserts, and other printed documents as this was written in our policy. Based on our record, it shows we received the returned hearing aids under order #****** but it was inspected with Physically Damage (The right side of the hearing aid was physically damaged- screwed volume knob). We have confirmed the way in which we received your product back at our warehouse was not the way in which it was sent out for you to ensure your customer satisfaction. Your ********************** aids will be reshipped to you based on our conclusion but repair fees may apply as you have no elite protection plan that covers any damages. 1 starI ordered a pair of the Nano hearing aids in April of 2022. When I first got them they worked just fine. Then after the 45 day period was up one of earpieces died. I e-mailed the company and they gave me all these trouble shooting things to try. I did and that didn't work, so I e-mailed them again, and they gave me more options to try and those options didn't work either. I was told that I would need to return the defective piece to Nano and they would have their technicians look at it and let me know if they think it's truly defective. They have to start a return but of course I have to pay to send the defective item back. If they determine the piece defective then I'll get another one. As a senior I fail to see how this helps. While the people I've dealt with via e-mail have been very nice, they sure don't live up to all their hype and I would never ever recommend them to anyone at any price.
