Buyer Beware!!! If you are planning to buy a mattress from Living Spaces, you'd better think twice! For years I have shopped at Living Spaces and have bought thousands of dollars of furniture there but after the recent nightmare experience I have had, I will NEVER spend another dollar there again. I was sold a Temperpedic mattress against my better judgement but was assured if I didn't like it, I could exchange it for another brand / model. What they don't explain to you is that you MUST wait 31 days to exchange and if you buy a less expensive mattress you will have to wait 7 to 10 days for your refund AFTER the 31 day mandatory waiting period (they call it a sleep trial but it's more like a lack of sleep sentence!)In short, they will continually lie to you about everything from exchange dates, refund dates and who's policy it is that you must sleep on a mattress that is causing pain for 31 days (BTW it was originally 30 days, not 31) They have now called me this afternoon to inform me that they have moved my delivery / exchange date to next Tuesday, Oct. 1st. ( It originally was scheduled for 9/29)SHAME ON YOU Living Spaces!! I have learned a valuable lesson * NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHAIN AGAIN!!!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Wife and I ordered a new bed frame to be delivered with install. Paid $100. We needed to change the delivery date due to some unforeseen circumstances and were charged another $100 to move the date.Install date comes around. The bed is installed but feels a bit rickety. Slept in it for a few nights with no issue and then last night when getting into bed, the entire frame bottoms out and breaks hurting my back in the process. Upon lifting up the mattress we discovered that screws were not even attached on the cross beams supports. I called customers service and they don't have replacement parts but offered a $79 discount. I explained that the lumber to replace and fix these cross beams was going to cost more than the offered amount and I was really only upset about the fact the I paid $200 for a faulty install that ended up injuring me. She spoke to a supervisor and they stood by their $79 discount. I've purchased a lot of furniture from Living Spaces over the years, but I'm done at this point.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

1 starWhat started as a beautiful transaction swiftly took a turn for the worse. At the time of purchase, a delivery day was determined and I was made very aware that if I dont arent able to keep the appointment, Id be charged 10% of my $1000+ purchase. So I took the day off work and made sure to keep my end of the terms. The item was never delivered. And furthermore, I was never even contacted that the delivery had been canceled. I spent a LOT of frustrating hours on the phone with guest services over the course of a week and never once received any call backs that were promised. Instead, I received attitude and contempt from them. I was, however, offered free assembly for my time on a piece of solid wood furniture that required no assemblyI finally received my item over a week later than expected and I love it, but I will NEVER do business with Living Spaces ever again and I will ALWAYS do my best to save my friends and family and anyone who will listen the hassle of shopping there as well! Shop anywhere else! Literally anywhere else. Living Spaces is a large company that does not care about their customers whatsoever!!!Review fromSWATI K

THE CAREFREE INSURANCE PLAN IS A SCAM. Do not purchase it. It is useless. I filed a claim (#C2820899) in regards to a damage on a dining table which should have been covered. I sent over 20 photos detailing the damage in the claim. I receive a message from the claims department saying I need to send photos. I DID SEND PHOTOS so I respond asking "What kind of photos? I sent numerous photos. Please be more specific, I am confused." I never receive a response and they close the claim stating there was no photos. I realize much later they CLOSED the claim without ever responding to my message, so I speak to someone at ******** and she tells me in my original claim there was an attachment but they were not able to open it (It's THEIR Portal that takes the claim and you upload photos to). So I open another claim (#C3060573) stating the same problem, with the ORIGINAL PHOTOS of the damage but send only original 3 photos this time to be safe so there is no issue with attachment. I receive a message saying they cannot cover the claim bc the issue was not reported with in the required time frame. HELLO THATS BC I REOPENED AN OLD CLAIM . This company is a mess. It was THEIR FAULT their portal system could not open my attachment. I uploaded over 20 photos in my original claim and it was made within the correct time frame. ******** insurance is a total scam. When filing a claim with Carefree, guests are required to report the incident within 30 days of discovery; failure to do so may result in a denied claim due to being outside of the reporting period. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate the initial claim for the table. I ordered a custom sofa (3000$), and the fabric quickly began piling within 2 months of the purchase. I filed a 1 year warranty claim and a claim through our purchased 3 yr warranty. They denied both claims and said to get a furniture ****** for a custom sectional. The alder sofa fabric is poor quality and their customer service and warranty is worthless.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

What you are experiencing with your item is a natural occurrence with certain fabrics. Loose fibers have a natural tendency to move to the surface of a piece of fabric, where they are subject to friction, which causes them to twist together into small *****. Fibers that are still secured to the fabric are also twisted into the ball, so that the pill is secured to the surface of the material. Friction is caused in the normal course of people using the furniture, rubbing against the surface of the fabric. We understand your concern regarding the quality of your fabric, but rest assured, pilling is a normal occurrence caused by wear and tear and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric. Pilling is easily removable and the quick, most cost-effective approach is to use a battery-operated pill ****** to remedy the situation. It is important to note that pilling is not a fabric defect or fault, and is

Living spaces - Very Bad experience with REVIVE pillows. They say that they do not have returns on pillows and mattresses. I recently purchased set 0f 4 pillow from Living Spaces, *********. after 3-4 days, I notices that the feathers are coming out while sleeping and poking on my face and neck. I tried to reach out the warranty department and they say they cannot do anything about it. The response was very rude. Bad customer care. I do not recommend buying any Mattress / pillows from Living spaces. I do not recommend Living spaces for any mattress or pillows products.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Per our terms and conditions located on the back of the sales receipt as well as our website; Living Spaces does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. We encourage the guest to use pillow protectors or cases, which may help contain the feathers and improve their experience with the pillows. Bought sofa 1/2021 $752.12, 3/2024 soft electric recliner broke and not able to recline down. Not able to use sofa. Contacted companies repair on several occasions kept stating that pics sent were clear but pictures show clear on my end.Called company back to ask for an at least an exchange but was told there is nothing they can ***** I wasted my money on buying a coach with this company, now no coach to sit on in my home.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

My child was not allowed to play in the kids area due to a new rule that kids must be 4 years of age or older. This is not posted anywhere and their website still says its suitable for kids age 2-12.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

My wife and I custom ordered a couch sectional and an accent chair. The furniture was delivered completely wrapped in plastic as expected however upon opening all the plastic we discovered the couch and sectional had damage. One end looked like it had been dropped and even has nails/staples sticking out from the damage. The fabric is ripped over as well. In addition to the damage on the couch the actual sectional seems to be built incorrectly. They have no sensible way of locking into each other. Its as if they sent us the wrong pieces. Or just plain made wrong. To add to all this, after contacting them, they still as of already one week not replied to any emails or got back to us with a solution. They explained over a week ago 3 business days however I feel like theyre hanging us out to dry. Insane how a business is allowed to do this.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

This is the first time I have ever filed a complaint for a company in my life. With that said, I have never been so incredibly shocked at the abysmal customer service and delivery service from Living Spaces. To start, I ordered my couch 7/25, now, almost a month later, and I only have HALF of my couch. On August 8th, I was notified that the couch was under "closure". Not knowing what this was, I called customer service and they told me they weren't sure what that meant either because it was now in the hands of the third-party delivery service, *********************** I was incredibly confused, so I called *********************** and they told me it hadn't arrived. TWO WEEKS LATER, I had to call them AGAIN, and they were finally able to locate my couch. Collectively I spent about 4 hours on the phone with their customer service. They mentioned they'd be able to bring the couch after the weekend on Monday. Monday, I got a call from the delivery man saying they're only bringing ONE of the chairs (it's a modular two-piece couch) because they can't find the other in the warehouse. I'm sorry, why are they not right next to each other? They delivered the one piece and said they'd go back for the other. I finally was so fed up with their customer service that I called LS and they said the chair was damaged upon transit. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED, NOR DID LIVING SPACES ATTEMPT TO SEND ANOTHER PIECE. After talking to LS customer service, they said they'd give me a measly 5% back for the delays and an additional 10% back because the (half) couch I received came dirty and had black splotches on it. She mentioned it would be to me in a MONTH and I said you NEED to expedite it. After 30 seconds on hold, she told me it would come earlier than that.It is absolutely REDICULOUS that I had to request all of these things, and that after all of this happened LS wouldn't want to make up for messing up EVERYTHING.
