Poor quality, bedframe, and headboard and poor customer service. This has been the worst experience of my life.Reached out to the company and they could care less Bed frame and headboard was such a poor design that the mattress doesnt even fit, and I injure myself on a daily basis getting in and out of bedLiving Spaces Furniture, LLC

We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. After review of the account, we show the bed was delivered on 6/1/2024, however, the issues were not reported until 8/22/2024. Our policy allows guests a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the items. Based on the photos submitted by the delivery team, the mattress shows on the bed flush. We are unable to move forward with this claim as the reported issues are deemed customer preference and not a manufacturers defect.Review fromEric D

I purchased a bed at living spaces on 7.21.2024 I was told they were having a Labor Day sale soon and that they would price match if it was within 45days. I went into the store on 8/21/2024 and was told they could not price match because it is a 30day policy and that there were 31 ones days in July therefore we did not qualify for the match. Very unfair since this is not what we were told in the beginning and would have waited to purchase the mattress and set. The manager refused to honor the match.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Living Spaces should be closed down and i will seek a way to be a part of that. I will not stop finding a way to report this company and sharing our horrific experience. We purchased a ******* couch. We were also talked into purchasing the 5 yr warranty. After only two years of having the couch, both recliners became worn and stopped working. We proceeded to contact the warranty **** and they sent a technician a week later. Upon his inspection he said that the mechanical pieces under the recliners were completely worn and this was a warranty coverage. After a few days I did not hear back and i went into the app and it said that my claim had been completed? I called very confused and the man on the line states that the couch was put down on the warranty as a right recliner and not the left or something of that nature and i had to go and fix it on the claim and it would be fixed. Upon trying to do this the app would not allow it. I called back and i wrote an email and i was told it would be worked out and put on the app as soon as it was written correctly. I asked to see the technician report as we put that both recliners were broke and they refused to allow me to see it. I called back once we returned from a trip and i was told by a very rude girl that our claim is denied because we caused the damage???? I asked to speak to a manager, I asked to file a dispte, I asked for a new technician to come out and she told me that it is now closed and I cannot do any of that. She then hung up on me. I will go to any lengths necessary to get answers for this disgusting fraudulent company and will be waiting for a response for this. Bought a $2000 matress from them, and it's the worst matress ever. Feel completely different than in the store. We had to switch out the first one because it felt like it had zero support in the center and was dipping low. Now we have the second one and it's worse. You can look at it and it seems lop sided. They told us we are stuck with it because we already swapped out. Seems like to me they collect cash because financing don't cover it all, then they bring you a matress that has been stored too long in the warehouses and are no longer supported properly, then if you have to switch out, they bring you a worse one they know you will be stuck with it. I have spent over $1000 trying to make the matress better, been over 6 months and still not sleeping good. I have had to miss work and other things due to back pain. Now we have a large piece of siding under the bed to help support the center from dipping and a matress pad on a $2000 bed. Bed is still not right. So wrong to owe so much and still not be happy with a purchase that they say is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Our bed arrived with torn fabric, missing parts, and a bent bracket. We immediately called and were asked to file a claim. We were told we would hear back within 3 business days, but we heard nothing. After several follow-up calls, where we were repeatedly informed that the claims department couldnt be reached by phone, we finally managed to speak with a manager. He assured us that we would receive a call by the end of the day, but instead, we received an email days later, stating someone would come out to assess damage.The person sent was rude and unprofessional, offering a "solution" of gluing the torn fabric. Meanwhile, we had to hammer the bent bracket into place ourselves because weeks had gone by with no resolution.We were told on July 20 that the parts would be "rushed" to us and could take up to four weeks. We couldnt wait that long and ended up ordering the parts ourselves, which arrived the next day. When LS finally claimed the parts had been delivered, there was no delivery confirmation or tracking information, and we never received them.I requested a partial refund to account for the fact that we received a repaired bed that we had to fix ourselves, and for the hours of our time wasted dealing with their customer service. Instead, LS offered to send a new headboard but placed the burden of discarding the old one on us, which would require either paying for removal or renting a vehicle to dispose of it.Our couch arrived filthy, with dirt stains on the light cream fabric and ripped bottom fabric. When we reported this, we were met with rude customer service and no direct way to speak with the claims ***** In a final attempt to resolve these issues, I reached out directly to the store manager, ***************************, of ****, **. Despite following up, I have yet to receive any response. ******* came damaged and wrong design. **************** has been nice the four times Ive called but the company takes no accountability to resolve. My $5,000 couch came damaged and the design sewn is not correct (completely different style). I was told I couldnt do anything through the store where I bought it so I called to submit a warranty claim. I was told to upload pictures and someone would call me in 3 business days. The website to upload pictures didnt work so I called back and the lady sent me an email where I could upload pictures. I waited for someone to call me and no call. I called back and the next lady said the pictures were never uploaded and that I would have to wait another 3 businesss days. I waited 2 weeks and no call. I called in today to check in and now they are going to start the warranty a month later. I was told they could send out a tech to fix the damaged piece but for the incorrect design they will give me a discount (the same a a restocking fee). I didnt buy from a discount store or an outlet, I paid full price for something and expected that to be what I got. I am asking for a full refund or full replacement of what I ordered. 1 starLast year my nephew, purchased a bedframe and mattress along with a bunkie board, which was too small for the frame. This cause a gap between the headboard and mattress. My nephew and myself have reached out to living spaces several times to try and correct this issue. We were given a different story each time. September 1th it will be a year. It's terrible you can't get what you pay for. My nephew is a hard working professional young family man. I will never do business will living spaces. Shame on you. **** beware.Review fromEric W

- Fraudulent and deceptive marketing.- Living Spaces marketed couch as available and deliverable in timely manner.- I purchased couch.- Two weeks later, still no tracking info for my couch.- I called and asked for info about my order and they said that the order was on backorder and would maybe be available in a month. Of course, the couch was not listed as being on backorder when I purchased the couch. The company also never called me once the couch went onto backorder. I expressed my complaint about fraudulent and deceptive marketing. I was told that I'd receive a call back from customer service manager within 72 hours.- 72 hours came and went and I didn't receive a call back.- Instead, I called back 4 days after my initial complaint, and expressed my concerns about fraudulent and deceptive marketing. In response, customer services manager "****" unsurprisingly claimed that the couch is now available and no longer on back order, but not could provide any proof. I asked for tracking for my order, and they could not provide it. They claimed something about not knowing what carrier is in possession of my couch, which is completely nonsense. I asked to cancel my item or for Living Spaces to somehow otherwise fix the problem that it created. I was told they could not cancel my order, the couch would have to be received at its final destination and then returned, because it's "on a big truck" which is also nonsense. I was also told that Living Spaces could not otherwise make their problem right. Additionally, I was told that between now and the "delivery window" that is one month from now, I am left in the dark about where the couch is located. Finally, Living Spaces' order invoices state that, "Title to the goods purchased passes directly from the seller to the buyer at the seller's shipping dock prior to delivery/shipment." So apparently I already own the couch but the company cannot tell me where my property is located.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I heard a lot about bed bugs from mattresses and sofas from this place, awful service, etc., but I had to learn on my own that this place is a scam. I purchased a sofa, and they convinced me to buy the most expensive assembly service, claiming they would deliver it to the spot, assemble it in the room, and clean up after themselves. When they arrived, they left the sofa on the first floor and said they could not put it in our room or assemble it there. They said they had to take it back to the warehouse. They told me I should go back to the store within a week and choose a new sofa; otherwise, they would charge a restocking fee.Two days later, I came to the store and could not find anything suitable for me. First of all, the salespeople were rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, they charged me the restocking fee and the assembly service fee even though they did not assemble anything. They made me pay the restocking fee even though it was their problem that they could not assemble my sofa. This store has lost my family as customers, and I will spread the word. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that all furniture items will fit through entryways, doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If you or LIVING SPACES is unable to place your furniture to the desired location due to fit, you will be charged the appropriate restocking fees in accordance with our return policies. Desired locations must be clear and safely accessible for delivery team to complete delivery. Elevator is required if delivery is above two flights of stairs. For any tight fit, the delivery team may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery.
Some items are assembled at our warehouse due to possible space restraints in the customer's home. After the item is placed in its designated location, our drivers will haul away all trash and debris. While we were unable to bring the items into the customers home due to a no fit, our drivers still came to the customers home with the intent to deliver which is considered a delivery attempt, Therefore the delivery fee is non-refundable.
Upon review of the account, it is noted that the customer was informed of the restocking fee on the day of delivery when our drivers called to report that the items would be coming back due to not fitting and the customer agreed to the fees confirming the items were not going to fit.

Wish I saw the reviews before purchasing becuase now the same thing has happened to me. I have never once left a comment for a company on BBB, but I am so frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered a 4 piece sectional with a delivery date of Thu, Aug 08 - Sat, Aug 17 and I was oKay with that. To my surprise I received a text that said the item will be arriving earlier. When the delivery drivers arrived the guy says hey! 3 pieces right? I immediately said no. As a DELIVERY driver you should know what is in your truck and who gets what. I was then told FGO and living spaces would do an investigation to see where the missing piece was. Either living spaces never sent it or FGO misplaced it. Laziness on both ends as they do business together. Few days later after receiving no follow up I called and was told the item was being delivered! on delivery day I receive a text with the delivery time slot. 2 hours after the deadline I call every ***** minutes and each time I am told its on the way! , even that I was first on the delivery route, always assured it was on its way TODAY. I received conflicting info from both living spaces and FGO, eventually they told me the item was on back order and in stock end of month, this would have been nice to know before I was given 3 pieces to couch with a nice gap because the middle is missin .First the item was lost , then it was found and then it was never in stock lol. This is more than a little miscommunication, it was blatant lies on both sides and I even took off of work to make sure I was home and didnt waste anyones time.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC
