      I heard a lot about bed bugs from mattresses and sofas from this place, awful service, etc., but I had to learn on my own that this place is a scam. I purchased a sofa, and they convinced me to buy the most expensive assembly service, claiming they would deliver it to the spot, assemble it in the room, and clean up after themselves. When they arrived, they left the sofa on the first floor and said they could not put it in our room or assemble it there. They said they had to take it back to the warehouse. They told me I should go back to the store within a week and choose a new sofa; otherwise, they would charge a restocking fee.Two days later, I came to the store and could not find anything suitable for me. First of all, the salespeople were rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, they charged me the restocking fee and the assembly service fee even though they did not assemble anything. They made me pay the restocking fee even though it was their problem that they could not assemble my sofa. This store has lost my family as customers, and I will spread the word. Go to ****** furniturenicer people and better quality products.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that all furniture items will fit through entryways, doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If you or LIVING SPACES is unable to place your furniture to the desired location due to fit, you will be charged the appropriate restocking fees in accordance with our return policies. Desired locations must be clear and safely accessible for delivery team to complete delivery. Elevator is required if delivery is above two flights of stairs. For any tight fit, the delivery team may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery. 

      Some items are assembled at our warehouse due to possible space restraints in the customer's home. After the item is placed in its designated location, our drivers will haul away all trash and debris. While we were unable to bring the items into the customers home due to a no fit, our drivers still came to the customers home with the intent to deliver which is considered a delivery attempt, Therefore the delivery fee is non-refundable. 

      Upon review of the account, it is noted that the customer was informed of the restocking fee on the day of delivery when our drivers called to report that the items would be coming back due to not fitting and the customer agreed to the fees confirming the items were not going to fit.

      Wish I saw the reviews before purchasing becuase now the same thing has happened to me. I have never once left a comment for a company on BBB, but I am so frustrated and dissatisfied. I ordered a 4 piece sectional with a delivery date of Thu, Aug 08 - Sat, Aug 17 and I was oKay with that. To my surprise I received a text that said the item will be arriving earlier. When the delivery drivers arrived the guy says hey! 3 pieces right? I immediately said no. As a DELIVERY driver you should know what is in your truck and who gets what. I was then told FGO and living spaces would do an investigation to see where the missing piece was. Either living spaces never sent it or FGO misplaced it. Laziness on both ends as they do business together. Few days later after receiving no follow up I called and was told the item was being delivered! on delivery day I receive a text with the delivery time slot. 2 hours after the deadline I call every ***** minutes and each time I am told its on the way! , even that I was first on the delivery route, always assured it was on its way TODAY. I received conflicting info from both living spaces and FGO, eventually they told me the item was on back order and in stock end of month, this would have been nice to know before I was given 3 pieces to couch with a nice gap because the middle is missin .First the item was lost , then it was found and then it was never in stock lol. This is more than a little miscommunication, it was blatant lies on both sides and I even took off of work to make sure I was home and didnt waste anyones time.

Upon reviewing your account, we show a member of our social media department emailed the guest on 7/24/2024 and advised them that, the delivery company FGO may have sent the missing item back with one of our trailers that was returned this week. Our team is looking to locate this item, and have it shipped right back out so you can receive a sooner delivery date. I can have an update for you within the next ***** business hours.

      If you decide to proceed with keeping your items, we are willing to offer compensation as well for the overall experience. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Please respond back to the email with your decision.

      Poor quality materials poor customer service. Company doesnt stand behind it merchandise. Bought a sofa 1 year go cushion cover was coming apart at seams was sent a replacement cover and it was worst than the first one 3 months later. Was told by company to take it to a tailor.

Living Spaces provides a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty for most products. After reviewing your account, we see that the items were received in 2021. Unfortunately, the reported issues are no longer covered under warranty as it expired on 6/13/2022.

      We made a purchase at living spaces for about $6000. Bought two sofas, a desk, and a table. This company only cares about policy and not customer service.Let me explain. Less than 24 hours after our purchase we wanted to make a simple alteration to one sofa we ordered. We wanted to adjust the three seat sofa from having two arms to having one arm and in the end spend an additional 1100 dollars to add a chaise. This company cites policy saying work has already began which is BS. Work began in a sunday? And in ********** factory? . We can't alter it after 8pm the same day. They really don't care about customer satisfaction. This ask would have simply not built an arm on a couch. It wasn't a cancellation just a simple alteration.Beware and steer clear of this company

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Custom Special Orders are manufactured by customer request, and because they are not items that Living Spaces keeps in stock, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your Custom Special Order, you have until 8pm on the day of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to Custom Special-Order items after 8pm on the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable deposit. These details are displayed on our website for review prior to purchasing with us, as well as on the back of the sales receipt.

      Same frustration as many others. I bought a recliner and went to pick it up, when I arrived, it was boxed and wouldn't fit in my car. They could not unbox so they offered to deliver for free. This seemed all fine. I scheduled the delivery for 7/10 and NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED. I called the 877 and was told it was shipping from ********** in August. This is inaccurate. It was in my local store. I've called almost every day and asked for a call from the store. Nothing, they have no local number and can only state that there's no guarantee I'll get a call back. It's the worst "service" I've ever heard of. I hope Living Spaces is measuring how much this process is costing them in wasted time for their cs reps who have to field questions over and over again because they don't allow their customers to talk directly to the stores.

      I am beyond frustrated with what happened today. My sectional was sent in two different colors and upon speaking to customer service nothing much was done to remedy the situation. They delivery people took the sectional back. I now have no sectional and no time frame of when a new delivery will be happening. I am beyond frustrated because I received no email about what happened today. I feel as if I got scammed. No sectional and a complete loss of my money. I called customer service a second time and she said it would have been better if they would have left half of the sectional. Well, guess who didnt say any of that to me on the phone? The first person I talked to. I truly hope this situation will be remedied. I am shocked and appalled by the way things went today. I have shopped at Living Spaces in the past, not once did I think something like this would happen. I hope this company does better for their customers in the future. Today was unacceptable. I hope I am able to get a refund. If I do not get a refund I will file a chargeback with my credit card company. Stay away from Living Spaces!!!

      Horrible company! I ordered a coffee table and 2 end tables. They were delivered and were different colors. I didn't accept the delivery and now they want to charge me 10% restocking restocking fee. They are claiming they were all the same colors even though I have pictures. I would avoid this company if you value your home and quality of the products!

      NEVER BY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL YOU A WARRANTY AND TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS COVERED ONLY FOR THAT TO NOT BE TRUE. We have been lied to and run around in a million directions trying to get our couch cushion repaired that ripped at the seams. They sent a technician out and he said he couldnt sew it cause its the seam and that we would receive a new cover in the mail. Months later no replacement. Called them and they said sorry its denied. WHAT? This is a faulty product and ripped at the seam. I was sold this warranty under the impression if my dog had put a nail through the couch it would be covered but it ripping at the seams isnt? This company is just a big scam!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

      Warranty doesnt include removal of defective furniture. Zero stars are too many for this company. I bought the ***** power glider for my nursery. I used it for 10 days!!!!! It got stuck in the open position at 3 am while I was feeding my newborn and completely stopped working. I filed a warranty claim, which was approved. But the warranty will not cover the removal of the defective item!I gave birth ****************************************************************************** the open position out of nursery and down a flight of stairs. I spoke to the company several times and they refuse to take their defective chair back or offer any solutions. I have to now pay to get 1800 got junk remove the defective furniture that Living Spaces sold. Stay far away from this company.

Some of these factors,such as allergens, may cause cross-contamination of new furniture. Many city and county refuse services offer free "bulk pick-up" services once or twice a year. We recommend calling them directly or scheduling online.

      I have ordered and purchased furniture from this establishment for my home and buisness many times over the last 4 years. I have generally been happy with my purchases until recently when having to file a claim on a piece of furniture that has not held up well and seems to have a defect in the manufacturing. I submitted a claim using the Living Spaces provided warranty program I purchased in store (Uniters Warranty) and have had an awful experience. Not only was the workmanship on this expensive piece of furniture subpar but now the warranty program I was sold as being able to replace just about any issue I had with the furniture is worthless. Be aware.
