      This review is actually directed at the national customer service division. Poor quality materials and poor craftsmanship. Dishonest customer relations. Unwilling to stand behind their products. Their claims department is useless.

      Horrible customer support/service! Not only did our box spring get dropped off out front without any notification whatsoever not even a knock at the door, as we waited patiently in our home, they just dropped it off out front & CLEARLY damaged. Had to wait 3 days before they could bring an replacement exchange. Just received the replacement, which, again was damaged, in fact looks as if it had been a previous return that we were receiving. Called customer service less than an hr after this delivery, and ******* was less than friendly, impatient and acted annoyed the entire call. Rep is claiming this is more of a warranty issue & that department would handle it and tells me they should get back to me in 3 ******** will need to, again upload photos to that department. I will never do business with Living Spaces, again.

      Absolute horrible experience with DELIVERY! They told my husband that we would have to take out a window to get it in and they did not take the feet off as requested. I checked all measurements before we ordered the couch, so I knew it would fit. The couch we had from ******'s (Harlow model) was 100x42. The couch we ordered from Living Spaces (*****************) comes in 2 pieces of 100x38 and 99x38. I came home so upset and explained to my husband the way they should have fit it in. We grabbed the tape measure and remeasured everything and it would have *********** had they put in some extra time and put it in the way I said: Back first, slide it in the walkway, pivot it and use the patio wall opening (48 inches x 48 inches) as leverage to get it into the door, one person on either side of the wall. Then when it gets to the end, the other person picks up the tail end and moves it into the door. Also taking into account we might have to take the front door off the hinges like we did with ******'s. But we returned it since they couldn't do that or did not feel comfortable. A day later, we went to A Plus Furniture in *****, **. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! ***** was amazing, not overbearing, and patient. We ordered a sectional that came in 3 pieces because we wanted an extra seat. 1 of those pieces is the same size as the ******'s couch and larger than the Living Spaces couch. Their delivery drivers fit it into our walkway back first through the gate, then teetered it over our patio wall, and into the door WITHOUT taking the door off!! Living Spaces walkway/door clearance dimensions were 31 inches for the couch we wanted. My walkway and doorway are 38 and 36 inches wide with a 48 inch wide clearance through the patio wall. I called Living Spaces and explained the situation. They are not refunding us the restocking fee or delivery fee. Keep in mind, it takes 5-7 business days to get a refund. I will NEVER shop at Living Spaces again. I suggest ******'s or A PLUS Furniture.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that all furniture items will fit through entryways, doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If you or Living Spaces is unable to place your furniture to the desired location due to fit, you will be charged the appropriate restocking fees (or, for custom special orders, the non-refundable deposit) in accordance with our return policies. Due to safety and liability reasons our drivers are not authorized to deliver through windows or balcony's. We will share the details of this review with upper management.

      My worst online shopping experience. They charged me 10% to cancel my order which is still sitting in their warehouse (they didn't even pack). Also, their policy is that if you don't like the furniture or its not according to your expectations you still have to keep it or pay 10% plus delivery charges to return it.

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and apologize for the misinformation. Regular stock items can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. For deliveries within *******, **********, *************, ****, ******** or ******, cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Orders that are cancelled outside of these time frames will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. In addition, orders held over two (2) weeks from purchase at our Customer Pick-Up will be cancelled and charged a 10% cancellation fee. After review of your order, we do not show you were charged any fees as the original order was cancelled within the allowed timeframe. The delivery fee has been refunded as well.

      These couches are great/beautiful looking and Im giving them a one star just for that. However, I bought these couches three weeks ago and one them began making a loud noise on one of the arm rest sides and it sounds like a loose/broken piece of wood. Upon reading the one year warranty, I found that Living Spaces is scamming customers. They will charge a fee of $99 to have a technician come inspect the defective item; they will charge $99 for pick up of defective item/redeliver; they will charge $50 per hour for labor cost to fix a damaged/ defective item they sold! I wish I could simply get a replacement without having to deal with the hassle and unnecessary fees for a bad product this business sold. I guess I should have expected that when buying cheap couches. Dont be scammed! Product info: ***************** 2 Piece Living Room Set.

      DO NOT BE FOOLED! They have great prices and nice looking furniture but, their customer service is terrible! I ordered a couch that said was ready to ship. Here I am one month later and I still have nothing. Don't know where the couch is or when it will be available. I have reached out to let them know that I would go pick up the couch and was hung up on! They are a company that lure customers in with what we think are good deals but are actually nightmare deals. Do not deal with the headache and shop somewhere else for your furniture needs.

Per the sales receipt, Living Spaces would contact the guest between 7/10/2023-7/17/2023 to schedule delivery. It appears there was a slight delay as the items are scheduled for delivery on 7/25/2023.

      f I could give them zero, I would. I originally placed my very large order in April. Me being in the military, I was dependent on the delivery because I needed to furnish a new home for my family. After about a month and no new on my order, I had to call time and time again to find out what was going on with my order. Finally, after 7 weeks, the issue was rectified and the order was delivered. 2 items arrived broken, one being a mirror, no big deal as I know things happen. I set up the exchange and the mirror arrive broken again. A week goes by and I hear nothing from them. Again, I have to contact the store to find out what is going on. I set up a new delivery time, take off work and 1 hr into the scheduled delivery time, they call and say that they wont make it due to it not being in stock. I lost valuable time and money from taking off a day at work. The very next day, I get an email stating that my order is ready for shipmentohhh I was ticked off. I have the store call me, because it is impossible to call the store directly and we compromise to getting 20% off the item. 1 week goes by and no refund. I call the greatest customer service ever and they tell me that I have to go to the store directly to resolve this issue. That is a lie, as they can submit a ticket and the store has ********************* For this store to be so nice, their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Because of that, I will not return to this store.

In reviewing the account, we show the selling store applied a $70.00 discount off the exchange for the mirror and footboard. There is a 5-7 business day eta for the funds to reflect as this excludes weekends and holidays. However, it can take 1-2 bill cycles for the refund to appear on the paper statement.

      I only put two starts because when I did actually receive my order (1 1/2 months later), the couch was amazing. But as far as living spaces company and their 3rd party delivery service, TRASH!! Its almost like they dont even communicate back and forth to one another so youre basically going back and forth trying to get updates and then they both will say something different than the other. Never on the same page saying the same thing. I really thought I almost got scammed! Now for the couch, its great. I got the bonaterra dove sectional and its on the firm side, but I love it! Would I ever shop from them again? NO.

      The service we got here by their supervisor is horrible. We went for a mattress and a massager, with a full bed set! We put the trust on the supervisor to tell us what we need. During the delivery we found out there is no massager in the bed frame and the mattress lays 3ft off the ground. Now we are forced to keep the bed frame even though it doesnt have the feature we wanted, 1k lost in a heart beat for putting trust on an incompetent supervisor. We will be returning the bed set and taking our biz elsewhere. Im glad we didnt buy the second bedroom. Amazing the level of management this store has! Picture for reference ! Very disappointed they treat a returning customer like this! Be careful!!!!!

      I originally was going to provide a review praising Living Spaces in **********, **, but their processes are very disappointing.First, without a doubt, the sales associate we worked with was amazing. She took time with us and helped us tremendously in finding the right pieces to fill our new home. She is wonderful and deserves 5+ stars.My issue with them is their lack of transparency. We purposely made it a point to order furniture that would be available today (7/14). We were assured the furniture we purchased was indeed available. However, a day or so after paying cash for the furniture ($12k worth), we received an email outlining three pieces that were back ordered. Though upset, I felt those pieces were not a deal breaker, as we still would have furniture to live comfortably in our house until our other furniture from out of state arrived.This morning we received a call (an hour before our scheduled delivery time) that our couch/loveseat is on back order. They said it could be July 28th before it is available, but will let us know if that changes.This is not only unacceptable, but also what I see as deceptive. Why wait until an hour before our delivery to tell us this? I am beyond words right now and will not be back.
