      Loved this sofa at 1st sight! Then used it, and now it's the worst investment I've ever made in furniture. Lost all form within a year. Only myself and my cat use it, so not overused. I'm having the sofa re-upholstered (not for the fabric, for the foam inserted). Reached out to Living Spaces before warranty was up and basically told, sorry nothing they can do. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! When I tried to place this review online on their site, they blocked it.

      I would leave less stars if possible. I have yet to have a good experience when it comes to delivery from Living Spaces. Delivery is scheduled based off the information they give you then they cancel without even informing you, after youve wasted your entire day waiting for furniture youve purchased. **************** is less than helpful. No one ever has any information or any contact numbers. Truth be told, Living Spaces could care less. Nothing changes. Its a poorly ran company that does does not care about customer service on any level.

      The worst check out system ever! Before you make a purchase of anything you are filling out information like your at a drs appt. Its ridiculous. When I complained Sales person responded with , you wont have to do this next time to purchase. I said great Im not coming back. I did not get a printed receipt because he had to walk too far to printer to get receipt.

      I purchased an adjustable bed on 4 Jul 2023. The bed was scheduled to be delivered on 8 Jul 2023. I received a text the day prior of the delivery on 8 Jul 2023, from 1045-1:45. I am typing this review at 3:36 pm. I removed my current bed out of the bedroom the day prior in preparation of delivery and I rearranged my day to receive the merchandise. I was not notified of the cancellation until I made a call to the delivery department at 2:45 pm. Not professional. The person I spoke to didnt seem empathetic to the situation. They explained why the merchandise could not get delivered and apologized for the situation. I called back to the delivery department to reschedule a new delivery date. I was told that a new delivery date had already established for 11 Jul 2023. If I hadnt called back, I would not have had the time to make arrangements with my job so I could be available. This was my first time shopping at this store. Although the customer service in the store was excellent, my delivery experience was horrible. My hopes in writing this review is for the operations of this delivery department be looked at and held accountable. This is bad customer service. It doesnt take much to notify the customers of a cancellation so they can prepare a bed to sleep in until the new delivery date not to mention to respect their time.

      Bought a dresser and nightstand online a few months ago. Called to see where it was because Ive gotten no delivery updates and ******* on the phone told me the items were discontinued! So why was I able to purchase a discontinued item off the website? Wheres my refund if I was never going to receive these items??? Then ******* tells me I can wait a month- 2 months until they get the items in their warehouse, so now hes saying its not discontinued just out of stock. Ive already waited 2 months I dont want to wait another 2 months. I asked to speak to a higher up to place my complaint, he said theres nobody to transfer me to. What kind of company doesnt take complaints?

      The product is ok the service is very bad. We scheduled delivery for Wed. and I made it clear that anything is good but don't schedule 9:00-10:00 because of a road closure. Day of delivery they texted they would be here at 9:30 exactly when I said the road would be closed. I asked them to delay 30 min or come later they could not do it. So we rescheduled for 2 days later they texted and said they need to reschedule again for Saturday. I said as long as it was before 12:00 because of previous commitments (since they missed 2 delivery's). Friday night they sent a confirmation for Sat at 1:30-4:30 exactly when I would be gone. At this point, I am thinking about telling the to keep it refunding me but am afraid an organization like this would rip me off. So my advice to you is unless you really love something and can pick it up don't use them they are very unprofessional.

      Purchased bunk beds with delivery and assembly. Installers could not assemble because parts were missing. They left to get parts, but did not return. In meantime, we inspected unassembled beds and noticed paint was scuffed and wood was fractured. Packaging had been previously opened and resealed. Thats why some hardware was missing. We believe company sold us previously sold and returned beds. Charged us for new beds, but sold us previously sold and returned beds. We returned beds and asked for refund. We have not yet received our refund. It shows as pending on the companys website. Additionally, company insists we must pay the delivery charge in excess of $100. Avoid this company at all costs!

      I ordered a sectional couch over a year ago and still havent received a non damaged product. They have sent 3 replacement sofas each time they are delivered they are completely ruined. Example broken supports, ripped fabric, & covered in black grime. At this point Im over it and will never buy anything from them again.

      Hopeless purchase, they cheat the people by sending less number of power chords and charge again. This costed me 100 dollars and wasted my precious time. **************** is hopeless

      This is a scamming place. I placed an order and paid in full with the promise of delivery within 2 weeks but was later sent an email saying it wont be delivered until a month and a half after the order was placed. Upon contacting the customer service and the *************, both the manager and the customer service agent and they refused to help us at all and offered cancellation only if we paid 25% restocking fee on an item that has never been delivered and cost us close to $2,400. They would not offer any help in delivering the furniture within the promised time nor would issue a full refund. They were rude and confrontational and making me feel stupid for not having read their super lengthy policy with fine print online. This is not acceptable. If nothing has been delivered and in fact delayed, why should they not issue a full refund? Customers are expected to pay right away and in advance of furniture delivery, but as a supplier, these major companies getting away with having excuses and s******* over customers. Please kindly avoid buying from them
