      I purchased the zone cream modular sectional 6 piece, I received email that my shipment was on its way to delivery market - called living spaces to get an ***, he told me within a week of receiving shipment they would call to schedule delivery. I received an email from Maersk Furniture Direct telling me my shipment had arrived and to call White Glove Delivery to schedule delivery, after calling company they said my shipment was missing a piece and that they would reach out after receiving to schedule delivery, I then contacted Maersk and was told the same thing and that they had reached out to Living Spaces on 3/26/25 for said issue and had yet to hear anything, I then contacted Living Spaces and was essentially told he could not help me and my concern would have to be sent to someone else who should call within 3 business days to address issue. We spent over 2k on this product and have been given the run around throughout whole process. I am not understanding why I have been receiving all these emails about shipment and have spoke with all these people and not once did they ever mention a missing piece until today or the fact my hard earned money that was spent and not being able to get in contact with whoever is over it without having to go through a bunch of other people. Im giving 1 star for the lack of communication and the fact well most likely wait another month if not more for a product we spent over 2k on. I feel compensation is needed for everything weve had to and will continue to encounter to make up for said issue.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon review of the account, we show that this is a nationwide order. Nationwide orders are delivered through a third party, and once the items are in their possession they are taken to a delivery hub nearest the delivery address on file. The items are scanned in, inspected, and the customer is called to schedule delivery within 9 days of the items arriving and passing inspection. It appears that one of the items has been misplaced during the scanning process, resulting in a delay in the customer receiving the order. A new order was placed for the missing piece, and the remainder of the furniture is on schedule. The guest will receive a call between 4/19 and 4/28 to arrange delivery for those items. Following a successful delivery, we will discuss compensation.

      Worst delivery experience I have ever experienced. I purchased a split King size bed, this consists of two adjustable bases and two twin xl mattresses. At the first delivery the workers did not connect the two bases and stated that I can connect them with zip ties if I like. They left and I found a bracket on my table that was supposed to be used to link the two units. Even worse, they erroneously took the second bracket and discarded them with the packaging material. I reported the missing part and labor to Living Spaces and they send another delivery to fix the issue. During the second delivery one guy came into the house, so I thought he is alone. He asked me, the customer, to lift the heavy mattresses by myself so not to make these dirty. I have back problems and need to avoid lifting heavy and bulky stuff, which I told him. I offered him to wash his hands and he responded that he has hot hands and can therefore not do that. This is obviously a lame excuse, he will then never wash his hands and touch delivered items with dirty hands. So I had to tell him he may touch the mattresses with his dirty hands and suddenly a second guy appeared. They wanted to put the new mattresses on the dirty floor, so I put a few sheets down. They put one mattress on it, but then the second one on the floor, obviously ignoring my request.I will not purchase anything from Living spaces again.

      I ordered a dining room set on a Sunday night. Did not get an invoice. I wrote on their chat that they said they would reach back out to me. Heard nothing. Told them within the 48 hours I wanted to cancel. Contacted my credit card to dispute payment. The truck company called me today to tell me that they wanted to set up delivery. I told them that I had cancelled the order with Living Spaces. Got a call from them saying they had not gotten a text from me when I sent them something the next day. Heard absolutely nothing. I still have no email and if my email was incorrect, they should have received a bounce back. Not someone I would ever use to purchase from.

Unfortunately, we have no record of the cancellation request documented, we will have the calls between the customer and our phone agents reviewed, in the event the request was received 48 hours before delivery, we will refund the fees, and a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address on file.

      DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN! I so agree with other readers on this site, that their extended warranty is a scam. When you call, you are connected to an AI -like bot. not given any time with a live agent. I was almost instantly denied, but no rebuttal was possible because their system does not give you that option. I had to call again and again and repeat that I wanted to speak to someone. Even when I called the store, they said someone would call me back. No one did. I paid almost $ 400 dollars for this Care Free plan, finally learning most things are not covered...We had bad fraying on one part. It did not matter, they said, they do not cover that. A big waste of money and deceitful promises that they will promise to repair any damage occurs. We only had our sofa a year and a half, and we are seniors and careful with our furniture.....They do not even give you the time of day to explain the issue......IF YOU PURCHASE THIS WARRANTY IT IS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. TOTAL FRAUD!!!!

      ******** warranty.. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them, they push the warranty on you for it not to cover anything.The claim process is pathetic at best.

      Already did that.. and they denied it as well..Based on what I am reading... they seem to deny most every claim.. AGAIN ****************.. I will never purchase another item from Living Spaces.

      HORRIBLE!!!! We purchased a table from Living Spaces in Torrance, CA in December. We paid for in home delivery to our home in Cathedral City, CA. The arrangement that we made was when the delivery people arrived at our home, they would call us so we could open the garage for them to place the take inside. This was done. We came home about 3 weeks later, brought the table inside our home, unboxed it and found that the table was damaged. We contacted Living Spaces and started a warranty claim. We had to continually contact them to move the claim forward. I believe it took a couple of weeks to get the claim completed; a couple of weeks too long!! We were told that all we had 30 days to purchase another item or we would lose our money because the table was out of stock and would not be available period!! They REFUSED to refund our money. We had to call the store to get the 30 days extended because we travel a lot. We finally went in and purchased another table using our money/credit from the first table. We paid for in home delivery, so we can have it delivered to the garage again. 6 days before the table was scheduled to be delivered, we got an email telling us that the table that we paid is now out of stock, they don't know when it's going to be back in stock. We have a function scheduled at our home in 7 days and need a table!!! I have to go out and buy a table for the function at our home on the 21st of the month. I again called the store and was told that I can not get my money back, I need to buy something else or wait for the 2nd table to come back in stock. I understand policy, but this store has reneged on delivering 2 tables. There should be a way for us to get our money back for the inconvenience they have caused by not providing not one, but TWO tables. We have done everything that we were supposed to do and still don't have a table and don't have our money. HELP!!!

      Their so called exte ded warranty is a scam! They tell you everything is covered for 5 years, it's a lie! I bought 2 rocker recliners 2 years ago and the seams on both have started to split. I filled out claim for both and they refused to honor their warranty . They said it was because I couldn't list a specific incident that caused0 it. I appealed it and was still told no. I will never purchase from there again.

      I want to purchase a bed that is online only and called to get more information. I called 2x and the people answering the phone are a call center they read off the website about the product same as I can. I asked for specific questions and they cannot answer. I asked for manufacturer name *** they vent give it. I found out the product dies but even come out of their warehouse it ships direct from vendor. How is one suppose to do business like this. How do you run a business this way. I asked for some one to call me. If I do not get a call from a manager who can give me answers to some very simple questions, I will keep writing negative reviews about your service and shopping experience. This is not about the products, its just getting information to make an informed decision!!!
