Do not believe Living Spaces advertisements. The reason I bought my furniture because I was told there is no interests if I pay minimum every month. Not only I'm paying interest every month, on top of that ************** charge my extra fee. They are pure rip off. They lie. The furniture are ****.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I went to the store in person because I wanted a bed frame that was online only and did not provide the dimensions for how tall the mattress would fit on the bed (I have screenshots). I wanted nightstands that were no more than 2-3 inches above where the mattress would sit on the bed frame, and because the website does not provide that information, I wanted to go in person to ensure the nightstands were the proper dimensions. I spoke with two employees in store, one in mattresses who sold me a mattress and one in the bedroom furniture department who went around and measured nightstands with me to see how tall the nightstand would be compared to the bed height, using information the employees claimed they had in store for the online-only bed frame. When scheduling delivery, I was only given the option to have the nightstands and mattress delivered weeks before the bed frame because the bed frame was not ready. I hesitated because I was concerned with the dimensions, but the employees assured me there would be no problem and I could exchange the nightstands if they didn't work out. According to the employees who scheduled my delivery, I had 7 days until my entire order, including my bed frame, was delivered. The bed frame finally arrived, and the nightstands are more than 9 inches taller than the mattress! I called within 7 days of the bed frame being delivered and now I'm told that I can't return or exchange the nightstands despite the assurances at the time of purchase. The customer service representatives were not apologetic and insisted the dimensions are on the website (but the height of the frame where the mattress sits is not). They insisted because the nightstands were delivered more than 7 days ago, I could not exchange or return the nightstands even though there was no way of knowing that nightstands were way too tall until the bed frame was delivered, despite the assurances from their employees when scheduling the delivery.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I would give zero stars if possible! I have a had a dining table for less than 90 days when the finish on top and side of the table started to peel. Clearly there is something wrong with the finish during manufacturing. Living Spaces denied the warranty due to normal wear and tear. They accused me of either putting something hot on it to cause the peeling or due to moisture. I was told to take care of the table by using coasters. Seriously?!!! Normal wear and tear in just over 2 months? They do not stand by their products! I will never shop with them and will tell everyone I know what happened.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I purchased a couch a few years ago- with price, warranty, tax, and delivery it was close to $7,000...the largest furniture purchase I've ever made. Because I didn't use the warranty I purchased, it was returned to me as store credit (about $700). Here's the catch- in order to redeem it, you have to spend DOUBLE the certificate amount. What a shady, horrible, disgusting practice which ensures that the majority of those receiving it don't get to redeem it. I have made several purchases at LS...including almost $3000 worth of patio furniture last year. I am also a credit card holder...after today that is no longer the case as it will be shredded. The certificate is money I actually spent and never used...it is not just a freebie from LS. I'm disgusted at how consumers are taken advantage of and LS will never receive my business again. The Win-Win Certificate will be equal to the purchase price of the Carefree Plan. A minimum Living Spaces home furnishing product(s) purchase equal to two times the value of the coupon is required for redemption and the coupon must be used within 60 days after the 5-year (or 10-year for adjustable bed) plan coverage expires. This certificate has no cash value and is nontransferable. The certificate may not be applied to a prior purchase or towards the cost of sales tax, delivery, or a new Care Free Plan

That doesn't make it RIGHT!!! Consumers pay the warranty...we shouldn't have to wait 5 years and then get 60 days to use it and then have to spend double the amount. Just because you disclose it doesn't make it right. It's shady business practice.Review fromArthur C

This is for *****, Frisco Texas store manager, to see what I have been told about my sofa delivery. I was told at time of order the delivery date would be around November 9th (NO SHOW). I removed the old sofa on November 8th in anticipation of delivery and have been without a sofa since that date. Then I received the attached email with different delivery dates (NO SHOW). Now it is estimated for December, which is now three months from the order date.I am hosting my family Thanksgiving without a sofa, which will be embarrassing. I guess the family will have to sit on the floor!All I want at this point is a refund so that I can go elsewhere to get a sofa before Thanksgiving with a reputable furniture store.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Zero stars should be an option. Worst customer service ever! I ordered two Magnolia Homes nightstands. They were delivered on time, but once taken out of the box BOTH had similar damage. The drawers is separated from the slide. It was only held on with what looks like glue & staples... So pretty cheap construction for a not so cheap product! I called customer service immediately and was directed to go report it on the website. Their " ****************** is useless...had to text ************ on line for ***** hrs. They kept wanting more or different pictures of the damage. They finally accept the damage seen & said they'd arrange an exchange. I asked if they were going to unbox it before they left this second attempt to be sure the new ones are also not damaged. I was told that would cost me an additional $139! For THEIR S**** UP OF DELIVERING DAMAGED FURNITURE. No way I was paying extra for their s**** up. So now I have to wait 2 days for an exchange...meaning their guys will pick up the damaged ones & drop off two different boxed ones & leave. They will not wait for me to open them to be sure they are not damaged! Wished I read reviews before buying from them. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They sell damaged products & do little to resolve the issues. I wrote to corporate & am waiting for a reply. I will not accept a third exchange if this second delivery is also damaged furniture! They should be embarrassed to have a 1 out of 5 rating. It really should be zero but you can't give zero stars on this site. I have a feeling, I will end up having to take them to court to get my money back if they deliver another second set of damaged furniture. Also disappointed in the ************** brand. I wonder if ****** ****** cares her products are being sold damaged by Living ***************************** don't give a dang about it! I purchased a sectional from this company and when it was delivered, it was missing a motor for one of the reclining chairs. The customer service representative was called by the delivery driver and the representative (while on speaker phone) told everyone that the missing piece would be delivered the next day (Saturday) and someone would call to provide a more accurate time than between 8am-8pm delivery. We waited until noon the next day and then called again regarding the delivery to which we were told that it was scheduled for Sunday. This WAS NOT the information we were given. We had already been inconvenience by not having the entire order delivered on the actual scheduled delivery date, to now, not having the make-up delivery made at the supposed scheduled date. Then told we had to be inconvenienced AGAIN because (although my furniture was paid in full and already should have been delivered in its entirety) they couldn't inconvenience other customers but it was fine that we were expected to be inconvenienced for a THIRD time. The representative then put us on hold to "confer with his supervisor" when we inquired about a refund. When the representative came back on line, we then asked to speak to the supervisor to which the representative "******" (if that was truly his name) replied with "there's no supervisor here". This company is by far one of the worse companies when it comes to customer relations that I have ever encountered. I paid for a product that I did not receive and then was told that my business was not as important as others. It's shameful! The incompetence and inability of it's customer service team to accept accountability for a mistake that they made and, to successfully rectify a situation is baffling. I paid for the product; they did not deliver the product; DELIVER THE PRODUCT or RETURN MY MONEY so I can purchase from a competent company.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

1 starWould give 0 stars if possible. The sectional we purchased 3 years ago arrived with a whole cushion missing which then took several weeks to be replaced. Now it is falling apart. Spring are popping whenever we sit down or get up, the cushion filling has shrunk and shifted so you can always feel the metal springs in the large gaps between the cushions. The chaise part of the sectional is completely sunken. I get back pain when sitting on this for more than 5 mins. And the customer service says they can do nothing about it. Obviously they know their products wont last longer than a year with this kind of trash warranty. Buyers beware. Unless youre getting a sofa for staging, you wont get any value from a purchase here.Review fromManisha P

They sell you care free plan to cover mechanical/electrical issues and when you file a claim, they are very slow to respond, appointments are difficult to schedule and then they deny the claim even for covered service in their plan they sold. When you call Living spaces, they do not stand behind the plan and just direct you to care free though the plan was sold by them and they contracted a 3rd party. TRY TO AVOID BUYING FURNITURE THRU LEAVING SPACE, but if you end up buying furniture, DO NOT BUY THEIR CARE FREE PLAN.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC
