      I purchased a couch in April of 2023. In the first year the wood snapped on one side, that was covered under warranty. Shortly after my year warranty was over the couch literally started tearing at the seams. I have four cushions that are tearing apart. All due to improper sewing to close to the edge of the fabric. I was told they will not do anything because I didnt purchase the extended 5 year warranty. If I would have known I was buying a $3000 couch that would fall apart after only a year I would have looked elsewhere. I called to speak to customer service only to have the man hang up on me because I was unsatisfied with their lack of concern and care for the customer. I am disgusted with this company and will advise everyone I know to never waste their money at their stores again.

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Living Spaces offers a one (1) year limited warranty on most of its furniture covering manufacturer defects in workmanship and material. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Upon further review of the account, we show the sectional was received in 2023. Unfortunately, the reported issues are no longer covered, we are unable to move forward with this claim.

      Im extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a $4,000+ couch from Living Spaces. Since delivery in mid-September, the couch has emitted a terribly strong harsh chemical odor that has not gone away, even after months months of airing it out. It made my entirely apartment smell and my Dyson air purifier consistently detects high VOC levels when placed anywhere near the couch. I tried opening all of my windows day and night (and doors during the day) and it still persisted. After a few days, it started giving us headaches and making us nauseous. I took two out of three pieces of the sectional and put them in my garage for 3+ months to at least have the majority of the sofa outside of the apartment. Still just having only one piece of the couch inside made my apartment reek of foul chemicals. I called Living Spaces a week after purchasing it and they said to just give it time. Well, 3.5 months later and it is still stinking up my whole apartment. And again, the majority of the sectional is in the garage still. And guess what? Now the whole garage smells terrible. Again, 3.5 months later!My Dyson air purifier still gives off "red" readings of very high VOCs. I tried to take this up with Living Spaces and they said they refuse to take the couch back and refused to offer any kind of refund, exchange, or resolution leaving us stuck with an unusable and unhealthy product. All of this after I called customer service and they told me to just wait it out. I'm done waiting it out!I'm now going to have to get rid of a brand new $4,000+ couch and start over and spend thousands to replace it. What an absolute ripoff and terrible customer service to have verifiable high levels of VOCs that are known to be neurotoxic and cause cancer. I cannot believe this is how they think they should do business. Save yourself the hassle, money, and frustration avoid Living Spaces entirely!

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Off-Gassing, which may involve the release of scents or odors from materials used to craft the furniture. Once brought home or delivered and opened up, such odors may begin to release from within the materials used. The chemicals used to make the furniture are breaking down and dispersing into the air. This can last hours, and sometimes days. We recommend placing the item in a location that allows it to "air out". Most furniture will release most of its smell within a week. 

      Reactions to off gassing typically happens within the first 7 days of delivery. The products were delivered on 9/15/2024, but the odor issues were not reported until 12/30/2024. Allergies to the items are not considered defects and are unfortunately not covered under the warranty.

      This furniture is absolutely horrible. They lied by telling me how "strong" the wood is for the dining table we purchased. We spent thousands of dollars on the set we bought, and we have only used it maybe 4 times in 2 years as we rarely use our formal dining room. The wood has split in 3 places and we never even added the leaf to the table. The quality is horrendous. We will NEVER shop there again!

      I shoul have go to the reviews before buying Don't ever buy from this Living spaces it's been over a month and they haven't been able to give a refund for a don't know what reason! Horrible customer service they only tell you to wait that they don't know what is happening and they're going to check the have been telling me the same thing every time I ask about about my refund all thru the email not a single phone call! Don't waist time and money there's a lot of good options out there just go to another store only fake good reviews is what they have I guess

There is a 5-7 business day *** for the funds to reflect as this excludes weekends and holidays.       Unfortunately BBB won't let me upload additional documentation as proof emails I have since 12/03/2024 when the refund was supposed to be made and refund letter saying the refund was made when I never got the refund directly from living spaces but instead from a claim I made through ****** which shouldn't be happening only because of your customer services that keeps on sending emails stating they're working on a 7 day refund that took a month? Sorry more that a month I feel bad for people having the same issue with Living spaces that something none customer should have through find ways to file a claim just to have this fixed, sad.

      Horrible horrible horrible company. I placed an order for a dresser and a bed frame for full-service delivery. Only the bed frame arrived, with 0 communication regarding the dresser being missing. I spoke with "*****" on the phone via the delivery driver's phone and was told by "*****" that "***** is reaching out to the vendor to see if they can send out any stock to fulfill your order" and that "*****" was going to call me back the same day. It has been over a day and have not heard from this woman since. No phone calls, no emails, nothing. The 'full-service delivery' workers did not properly assemble the bed frame. Screws are missing and loose on the headboard. The panels do not line up properly on the side of the bed frame, all sides... Also, when these guys left my front door wide open and did not wear shoe coverings, thus tracking dirt all over my 3 week old carpets.

Living Spaces was expecting new inventory to arrive at the time of the purchase, which led to the continued sale of the merchandise. However, the manufacture ultimately decided to discontinue the collection. Living Spaces has no control over the production timeline set by the vendors. The guest was informed of the discontinuation of the collection, and a refund was issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect, excluding weekends and holidays. Please advise if the issue with the bed remains unresolved, as well will need to collect photos of the item and open a warranty claim.

      WARNING !!! ONLY BUY IN STORE NO EXTRAS. My wife and I recently went to go look for a new sectional with the idea of buying something in store. When we got there and talked to the salesman they talked us into buying something custom and when I asked if it gets delayed what happens. The salesman assured us it would not happen because the manufacturers are a part of the company and what makes them different. Also, they kept trying to push their insurance/ warranty. I did one quick search and all over there are bad reviews. Supervisor came to verify the order and again they tried to push the insurance. Low and behold, we were supposed to get our furniture last week, it is now delayed until January. When tried to call the store directly there is no way to get a hold of them. The customer service was no help, they have "escalated" the call but I never got a callback, when I called in again they closed had out the ticket saying they called but never did.

      We purchased a recliner from Living Spaces in mid-November 2024. We were told at the time that they would need to transfer this recliner from an out-of-state warehouse and have it shipped to a local warehouse. As a result, our delivery date would be over 3 weeks later on December 8. This was fine with us.The week before the scheduled delivery date we received notice from the store that the delivery was still on schedule and that we should expect them anytime from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. To me this seems like an extended delivery window, but again, this was fine with us. We adjusted our plans so we would be home all day. The day before our scheduled delivery we received notice that we should expect the delivery between 9:00 AM and 12:00 noon. Again, we would be home during that time, so no problem. The day of the scheduled delivery came and we did not see any delivery of our recliner. Finally, at 2:30 PM we contacted the store and were told that they didn't have any record of the delivery for that day. We were told that they needed to transfer the recliner from an out-of-state warehouse to a local warehouse before they could put it on a truck for delivery. We relayed what we were told when we first purchased the recliner that this transfer would be happening at that time (over 3 weeks before). We were then asked if anyone contacted us letting us know that our delivery was being delayed with our response mentioning the notifications we received the week before and the day before the scheduled delivery ******* reading some of the reviews on this company, I see that I am not the only customer who has experienced this same level poor customer service. I have since found another store who had the same recliner for less than what we originally paid for the one from Living Spaces. Plus, it is already on the truck to be delivered today. Please do your homework before purchasing anything from this store. You do have better options.

      Horrible business. I ordered a couch. Was given a delivery date nearly a month out. Then, right before the delivery date I get an email with a "Delivery window" of nearly a month. No explanation. No apology. These guys are clowns that have poor customer service and not professional. If this is not bad enough, read their warranty reviews.

      Follow up: Living Spaces now claims the day/time they gave me for delivery in order to get me to purchase the couch was actually an "estimate" and subject to change. That was not what they said when they gave me the date of delivery. For the inconvenience of being couchless for Christmas (Yes, I had to remove the old one and did so assuming Living Spaces would deliver as promised) they offered me $100.00 on my next purchase of $500.00 or more. I would not do business with Living Spaces again if they offered the couch for ten bucks! Potential customers, read their reviews.. not the ****** Reviews... Read any other site where they don't work overtime to bury al the bad reviews. They are a 1 star company for a reason.

      If only more research was done before going to this location. I could tell you my long story about heartarch and betrayal. My saga had all the good making of (If you get this reference) the Red Wedding. There was crying, friendships were put to the test, families split apart and it was all thanks to the sales associate and her Manager. While we spent half a day discussing the couch we were getting and, most importantly, the measurements for it, it only took one minute for the salesperson to completely disregard everything we spoke about and enter the wrong sizes. My wife was the cardholder, so she would be the one signing the contract and paying for it. Unaware of the sizing that had been spoken about, she signed and paid for the couch. They even talked us into buying more furniture. So, naturally, we were ordered the wrong size by the salesperson, which was devastating! We went back to speak with her and the manager, and of course, this store hides behind the contract, not even acknowledging that the salesperson made a mistake. Do not go here or shop at living spaces; one way or another, it will end in pain and suffering. Everyone works hard for their money, go where they value you.I believe they couldn't order the size we wanted and took advantage that my wife was signing because she did not know the sizes.
