    TIMESHARE FREEDOM GROUP WAS TO HELP ME CLOSE OUT MY TIMESHARE CONTRACT. I WAS REFERRED BY A FRIEND AND I TALKED WITH THEM ON MAY 10TH 2021 REVIEWED THE CONRTACAL AGREEMENT AND SIGNED THE CONTRACT ON MAY 19, 2021. PAID $6500 OVER A 90-DAY AGREEMENT. THE LAST CORRESPONDENCE I REVEICED NOV 24,2022

    After hearing an add on KJLH and MSNBC for Time Share Freedom Group, I contacted them on 3/30/2019 to help me get out of a timeshare with Diamond Resorts. I signed a contract and paid them $3,600. They guaranteed they could do this, or my money would be refunded. They then asked for another transfer fee of $950 paid to A Family on Vacation, their division that was charged to arrange the transfer of the timeshare. I received periodic calls that everything was on schedule until the calls stopped. When I noticed I wasnt getting those update calls anymore, I made a call to find out that the company was under investigation. I was then told that, while they were under review, all their business was being handled by another timeshare cancellation company. That company wanted an additional $4,000 to proceed or I would have to wait until the review was completed by the BBB. I could expect a call after that all happened. I havent spoken to anyone since March of 2022 and now the phone numbers are disconnected. Now I know this was a total scam and I dont understand why they are still listed on the internet as if they are legit. I only want what was promised to me, full service, or a total refund of my $4,550. Timeshares are a scam and trying to get out of one lead you into another scam. When does it all stop?

    In 2020 I contracted with the TimeShare Freedom group to the tune of $ ******* to assist me in ending my time share with *******. All I have received is a lot of excuses but nothing to tell me that ending my timeshare is near. The number that they have given me is no longer any good. My case is supposedly with the Moffefita Law Group. However my time share is not close to being settled. At this time I would like to get my money back. I was given time money back guaratee.

    Time share freedom group charged me $2500 o December 2020 and put me on contact with ************ but now no one answers and I owe the time share a lot of money.please help

    Dear BBB,I'm hoping you might be to help me resolve my situation with Timeshare Freedom Group. Over four years ago, I paid $5900 for Timeshare Freedom Group's services. I am currently involved with a timeshare company in which I can no longer use their services due to my deteriorating health. I secured Timeshare Freedom Group's services to relieve me of this financial burden that I cannot afford or use. Initially, Timeshare Freedom Group promised me that they would get me out of my current timeshare within 12 months. In addition, they informed that if they didn't resolve my issue with two years that they would refund all my money as part of their two year guarantee. As mentioned above, it has now been over 4 years and I have received nothing more than a bunch of malarkey. I've tried mailing a certified letter to their address in ************ only to have it come back to me. Nobody answers their phone when I try to call them. I'm not even sure if they are still in business? I've also sent a certified letter to the ************ Firm which was managing their cases for them with no response. It is unfortunate that companies such as these even exist. You would think that there would be some type of regulatory board overseeing these types of shams. I appreciate any help that you may provide me.Sincerely,***************************

    Timeshare Freedom guaranteed our money back if our timeshare was not sold within the year. They put us off when we requested our reimbursement.

    In November of 2020 we saw an add for Time Share Freedom Group on MSNBC. We then contacted them to help expedite us from our Time Share which they claimed they could do. We signed a contract and paid them $3000. We were guaranteed they could do this but were also told if within 2 years it was not completed our money would be refunded. When the process seemed to start happening they then asked for another $950 paid to A Family on Vacation as this is who they turned the work over to. I was in constant contact with this company until I called them in November to refund our money since we reached the 2 year period and nothing was done. When I called the numbers all were disconnected. This was a total scam and Im sure they have opened the same scam business now under another name. We thought this was a reputable company because it was advertised on MSNBC. The company also used the name of a famous atty in ** named ******** but steered ** away from using the part of the service that used him. I want a full refund of $3900.

    Starting 08-12-2020 I made payments to Timeshare Freedom Group (TFG) totaling $19,852 to cancel my timeshare with Wyndham timeshare. they said if it wasn't completed with 2 years i could get a full refund. I have written certified letters and emailed them with no response. I have called the number they were answering while I was making payment but now there no answer. I've called the law firm working with (TFG) sometimes they answer and say they will get back to me. They never call back. Is there any way to try and get my refund?

    I was contacted by Timeshare freedom group with regards to exiting my timeshare. It was stated that there was a money back guarantee after a 2 year period. After the two years had lapsed, I tried to reach out to request a refund. I have sent certified letters ,called and emailed however no one responded to any of my attempts to contact them. All numbers and email have been disconnected. I believe this to be an elaborate scheme because prior to the refund period there were correspondences regularly.

    We hired Timeshare Freedom Group to cancel our timeshare with Wyhmdan. On January 2021 we paid them a total of $6,100 to get this canceled and if they couldnt get it done we would be refunded. We also had a law firm working on this and they couldnt get anything resolved with this Timeshare Freedom Group. Their number is no longer in service. I sent them email and certified letter to see if we get any response. I just cant believe these people are taking all this money from people with no intention on helping them.
