      I experienced such great service today! I had been transferred several times before I reached the perfect representative, ************. She was patient, kind and very professional! She listened, asked a few questions and then was able to determine what I needed to resolve my issue. I sent the appropriate information and within the hour, all was resolved.       This extended warranty is a nightmare, bulletproof as follows - brought a 2017 ******* MKZ from mini of Dutchess ***** of Dutchess closed 3 wks after I purchased the car 5/2020 -Car engine light came on June 2023 - brought the car to ***** and once hooked up it showed a misfire 3 mind you I only have ****** miles on my car -car start smoking from the back so I brought it to ******************* contacts Portfolio and they now want to see the maintenance for the car, basically oil changes -Went to ***** where I get all my oil changes and got a print out - Went back to **** now the service guy is saying I need vin # on the printout - went back to ***** and they said the tag number is in there- why cant they look it up or call any ***** since Im in the system - Went back to **** and Im in limbo - very stressful I have been w/o an car for 4 wks and having to rent a car to travel back & forth to work - still paying my notes of ****** and do not have a car - I even called ******* to file a complaint -filed a complaint also on BBB auto - will file a complaint to the attorney general office of ************************* tomorrow - called Portfolio myself and stressed Im a single mother who works hard for a living and paying for my child whos going to **************** Im being penalized for something I didnt do - no car at ****** should have engine problems - This is not fair and totally inappropriate to have a paying customer suffer like this

      I contacted Portfolio today to discuss my warranty and to confirm where I can take my car I have had for 3 years for service. ****** was great! Told me everything I needed to know and sent copies of my contract for my records. She was so kind and patient. I told her she should teach customer service classes! I will request ********************** when I trade again. Nice to know a company still stands behind what the dealership told me 3 years ago!
