  I had struggled to get a RV dealership to cancel an extended warranty for nearly two years on a RV I had traded in. I finally reached out to Portfolio directly and was connected with Alesha. She asked me to send a couple of pieces of documentation to her and she would approach the dealership directly. I scanned the requested info and emailed to Portfolio with an explanation of the situation. ****** emailed that she had received the data and to check in with her next week. The next week I received a check from the dealership with the refund effective as of the trade in date. She followed through just as she had promised and resolved the situation in a week!! I had been hassling with this for almost two years. Her customer service is outstanding, which seems all too rare these days. She is a terrific representative of Portfolio. I am very appreciative of her efforts. Thank you ******

  I have not had my repair completed yet, but the representative helping me (****) has been incredibly helpful in helping get the estimate approved. He has been extremely responsive, has answered all my questions, and was there to help every step of the way.

  The Portfolio transfer representative helped me transfer our warranty to the buyer of our RV. She was polite, patient and very professional in her work. She was able to respond quickly to my questions and sent follow up material in a timely manner. We communicated by telephone and e-mail. She was very helpful and is a solid representative for her company. They can be proud of her and her work.

  I recently transferred an extended warranty from a private party. I followed up on the transfer to verify it was currently underway. ****** was very helpful, took ownership of the transfer, and saw it completed within a few days. I felt taken care of and valued as a customer. Thank you

  Overall, the response time was quick and professional. I was able to file my claim and confirmed to have the repairs needed, for a new tire, reimbursed on the same day. My agent a happy to clarify any confusion I had over the situation, no matter how redundant and reassured me that anything I asked was a valid question.Thank you again ******.

  I contacted Portfolio to see if I would qualify for a partial refund on my travel trailer warranty after I sold the vehicle in January. ********************* was a genuine pleasure to work with; she knows her stuff and she seems to actually enjoy what she does. It was quickly determined I would receive a refund and ****** emailed me so I would have her contact information and a timeline of what to expect. I actually have a real person to follow up with and I don't have to go through an annoying automated answering system to contact her. Five stars for Portfolio and five stars for ******!

  Never again! How can you cover struts without covering the shocks that are an intricate part of the strut. I know what I'm talking about. I have changed many struts on cars and trucks, since McFearson struts came out.
