      I bought a car from a dealer like a month ago, I've been having issues since the first day and the dealer finally said there is a problem with my cars transmission and the will have to file the claim for the warranty to get a used transmission with the same milage that mine to change it. its that rigth?? replace the transmission with a used one??

      Honestly I can not give enough praise and appreciation *************************** at Portfolio. She was thorough, which is a rare quality these days, and she gave answers that were clear.       Outstanding customer service provided by ****** with regards to my service contract cancellation. She truly went above and beyond! I have been trying to cancel the service contract for a few months, but ran into roadblocks outside of Portfolio's control. She took the initiative herself and contacted the party on my behalf and less than 1 business day later my issue of cancelling the contract is resolved. ****** deserves recognition for how she put the customer first and genuinely cares about her customers. She probably is very busy speaking to so many customers in a day, yet she made me feel like the most important costumer. That is the definition of exceptional customer service!

      ****** of ******** is the BEST!!!!Been dealing with warranty cancelation since Thanksgiving of 2021 ****** was very Patient with customer who was ***** angry upset(ME)****** took control like Leader and Problem solver and got to Business ************** to all party's involved-She came back from lunch BUSINESS ISSUE RESOLVED ****** NEEDS TRUE RECOGNITION FOR HER WORK!!!ALSO A RAISE/BONUS MY ******** ARE SO GREAT FULL FOR ****** ANSWERING OUR CALL FOR HELP CEO of ******** Give ****** $$$$$
