      I and my family visited this store on 9/5/22 about 2:30PM. We entered the store and made our way to the counter. The order taker was surprised and in a rude raised voice exclaimed, how did you get in here, how did you get in the lobby is closed! She promptly made her way out from behind the counter, opened the door and motioned for us to get out. This is inexcusable behavior! This incident occurred within the posted open lobby hours. The store was indeed open at this time... or should have been. As she was throwing us out, I asked for her name, but never did give it to me. This is a case of false advertising given that the store's posted operating hours stated it was open at this time in the afternoon. No reason as to why the lobby was closed, was given. Also, the lack of customer service was surprising. My family and I were treated terribly.

      ************** ************************************************************************** I visited the store on ************** in ****** today at about 2:30am and tried to order a breakfast burrito. I was told by the order taker that breakfast was not being served at this time. I told the employee that the menu advertisement clearly stated that breakfast was served from 11pm to 11am. The employee stated that the sign was wrong. I then said to the employee; So you are telling me that del taco is false advertising? He responded; The hours on the sign is wrong. He then said; Do you want to order something else or not boss. This is not the first, second or third time I have been told this by an employee. This store on ************** in ****** repeatedly breaks advertising laws.

      We went to del taco on July 19th. We had just came home from ********** and was happy to be off the road. Wanted to eat and go to bed. We went to del taco (8 of us) to get a bunch of items off the 20 items under $2. We waited nearly 40 mins, to be told that there was only 2 people there and we would have to wait. We waited patiently and a little while later we were greater at the drive through. We were asked to keep it easy on the girls as there was only 2. We expressed We wanted items off their offered menu of 20 items under $2 but would settle for 2 Fiesta packs. That's 12 tacos and 12 bean and cheese burritos. We were told, NO! That's not making it easy on us. I explained the alternative and was met with attitude and rudness. We left and contacted corporate immediately. It has been over a month and a half. We have called corporate 14 times and every time we are told to give them 48 hours and they'll get back to us. They have yet to get back to us still.
