Please note that 3-7 business days is the shipping carrier's delivery timeframe however it does not include fulfillment times which we advise of in your confirmation email of taking an additional 5-7 business days for fulfillment of the order.     Placed an order on 12 March one shirt was sent in the wrong size returned the product for the correct size had to pay an additionalfive dollars for the exchange. Exchanged and placed an additional order on 22 March. Product is still showing unfulfilled on the website, which means ithas not even been sent out. The only response the company will give me is that theyve had overwhelming product sales during a sales event. As of today, April 14,my order is still showing unfulfilled. And now I am getting no response from the company via email. Email is the only way to communicate with this company. I have asked for a refund or my product. Nothing is happening. Will never ever shop here again.

    I ordered several shirts in october 24 i still havent received them. I filed emails they would wait 2 or 3 then send a bogus email back or travkimg numbers from overseas that yoi couldnt track. I want either a tefund or the merchandise. It is very frustrating. I have credit card information where i ordered it. Communication with supposed company. Please help me

We have been experiencing companies impersonating our brand. Please contact your bank for assistance and dispute the charge. You did not order from our business.

    On March 2nd, I placed an online order with Love in Faith for 2 t-shirts for $20, shipping was $6.76, taxes were $1.80 for a total of *****. I received a confirmation email regarding the order. On March 7th, I received an email stating my order had been shipped. However, I did not receive a tracking number. Since then, I have checked daily and nothing has been done. I still do not have a tracking number and the order has not been updated.

    Ordered shirts. Got an odd looking email back. No tracking info provided. No response when attempted to call customer service. But they sure took my money! Scammers.

    I placed an order with this company on Saturday morning December 14th 2024 and I never received any confirmation about my order. I have reached out to the company several times about my order making sure they got my order but no one will respond to me. They just took the money out of my account of course. I am not asking for a refund at this time however I am asking for communication from the company to ensure they have received my order and tracking information so I can track my order.

    I have been having trouble ordering from their ******** page for their sales. I can get an order to go through if I go to their website but they don't have the same sales. I have sent numerous emails trying to ask for help and all they do is respond with past orders and ask can they help. I tell them how I need help but I never get a response. It is frustrating. Thank you

    Not shipped yet and business not responding. If they shipped as well as they marketed it would be a great business.

    I had a two year subscription to Wondrium Great Courses Plus from 2022, which I was not using. Today they renewed my subscription without any notification that it was going to be done. I cancelled the subscription today, but was informed by "Naa" on the phone that I could not cancel and they would not refund my $157.70 for the subscription. She claimed they had sent an email one month ago, but I never received it and had no notice they were going to do this. I then received an email tonight saying my subscription was cancelled but would not take effect until Nov 25, 2025. I do not want this subscription and want a refund of my $157.70 immediately.

    Hi, we do not have phone support or have any items called "Wondrium Great Courses Plus from 2022". Please confirm that you ordered from our company, Love in Faith. We only sell apparel, home goods and jewelry with our primary product being t-shirts.
