Horrible shipping. Order was placed on 8/10, shipped on 8/16, still waiting on delivery. Tracking says that package is in ****, ** and has been there since 8/23. ****, ** is only three hours away. Worst service ever!! Stay away!! Unresponsive to emails!!

I placed an order August 3rd and have NOT recieved my order. I have emailed them several times and say they're low on stock or had a lot of orders. But yet they are having new sales constantly and new promotions.Love In Faith

1 starScammed Back in February I ordered some matching shirts for my sister, mother, and I. The $40 was taken from my bank account quickly and it took 2 months for the order to ship. I received notification the order has arrived but when I looked there was nothing on our porch. The company suggested I check with neighbors, which I did, but nothing. The company offered to reship my order which I thought was nice of them and decided to wait an additional 2 months. I have ordered shirts from the company before and know the quality. Well, 2 weeks later I received notification that my order has shipped. Strange since it took 2 months before...and the product never arrived. They offered to send me a refund minus the shipping or send out another replacement order. At this point I just wanted my money back. I told the "person" that had emailed me that I wanted the refund but I wanted all of my money back. They agreed but here we are in August and I've still not received my money back. They refuse to speak to me any longer so I'm out $40. Just be cautious when ordering from this company!!Date of experience: February 20, 2024Review fromAMY H

I would give zero stars if possible. I have been trying to cancel a recurring subscription for a year and they will not stop. They have no customer service phone number. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. Do NOT take out their subscription!!!Love In Faith

Hello, I ordered some tshirts from this company and have never received anything. I received a confirmation email and was charged but, I never received this product. I later got and email that said my product was delivered and there was no package on my porch or in my mailbox. I then emailed this company and was told to investigate with the post office. I did and they had no records. I was then asked if I would sign for it if they sent it back out, I said yes. I received an email saying it was sent back out and would take 7-10 business days. I received an email again saying product was delivered, but I did not sign for it and there were no packages anywhere. I asked for my money back and they said they would resend it priority for $5.99 and have me sign for package. That was 3 weeks ago, I was charged $5.99 and have not received anything! I just want my money back at this point! I have all the emails and the confirmation orders to show proof.Love In Faith

We only ship with ***** we do not offer priority shipping and $5.99 is not a shipping rate for us.We have been experiencing other companies pretending to be our brand and believe you purchase from them.

I purchased a few t-shirts and have liked them. However, there was one that was too large that I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I have reached out to the company via their website return link and email. On top of that, the phone number listed is a number for a promo for a medical alert device. It has been over a month and after five contact attempts, no one has contacted me regarding an exchange or refund. They have some ************* for the most part, but regarding this experience their customer service is non existent. Very DisappointedLove In Faith

I placed an order for $128.00 on February 8, 2024 and I still have not received it as of February 29. I have contacted customer service by email multiple times, and so far all Ive received is excuses. The took the money from my account on the day the order was placed. On February 24, they sent me a tracking number, but it shows that my package has not moved from the original location. I would not recommend doing business with this company.Love In Faith

Love in Faith is a scam company and you will not receive your product. They will will not even refund your money when you do not receive your product. They make excuses and should not be allowed to have a ************** your money and do not buy anything from them! They receive a negative star review!!Love In Faith
