    I purchased an Intex 24' X 52' XTR pool on 05/09/22. The seam has ripped and I contacted Intex about the warranty. Their warranty specifically says 2 years. I was told I needed to cut out the area that was ripped and the Intex Logo from my pool and photograph the cut outs and upload to the claim # in order for the claim to be valid. There Warranty exclusively says ************ Warranty does not cover unauthorized alterations, repairs or disassembly by anyone other than Intex ************** Personnel." I ask for information to the Intex ************** in my area or who they was going to send to cut my pool apart and was told I need to do it my self. I reminded them what thier warranty read and said if I do it myself I will void warranty. She then got nasty and said that is our policy do you want me to file a claim or not? She did open a claim # and I took photos of the ripped seam and water running out and the logo on my pool and uploaded to them. I did not cut out because I am not going to be told I cut them out and now voided the warranty. This is totally absurd. They make thier own rules as they go then say you didn't follow them. They also do not send anyone to dismantle or re-install your pool. Today 08/16/23 I got an email saying my claim was being denied because the warranty has expired.

    I purchased a airbed from Amazon in April. Bed didn't hold air and started to bulge Amazon didn't want to honor the insurance or replace. I contacted Intex who put me off for 3 months. Finally spoke with a representative who said they would send out a replacement. I had the 64739WB, which was a good quality and a queen size bed. I was sent out a full size bed in a queen **** This is unacceptable. I was told the only difference would be the color. No so. I hope this was just an oversight or mistake that they will correct.

    I ordered a part and they double charge me give me no information on the refund just said it would be there in 2 to 3 days will never order from them again

    Company uses a lot of small print to delay claims. Once the corrected info has been submitted the warranty claim is denied due to "warranty is not transferable". I bought from their reseller! A few customer service people were helpful but limited in abilities, some were ignorant. Product (salt generator) is 3 months old and has failed.

    There warranty website is old and flawed causing me to not be able to submit photos to the warranty website causing my warranty to expire and them not honor my warranty. Every time I called, they would direct me to different departments, and no one knew what they were doing, no one could seem to help out. I would try to upload photos multiple times, and nothing would work. They have lied about my warranty and would not honor it though I have been trying to submit claim for over 3 months.

    I hardly ever post anything on here. But I wanted to get the word out. Please never purchase anything from Intex pool company. We purchased a brand new pool with a sand pump filter in April. The sand pump stopped working last week. We have been trying to get this resolved and they said because it was bought by a company outside of their approved companies they would not honor their warranty. Which is for 2 years. I have been trying to dispute this since Monday and apparently there customer service agents can not connect you with a supervisor. They say they have to fill out a form and have a supervisor call you within ***** hours (dumbest thing Ive ever heard). I never received a call from the supervisor and today is Friday. I called the customer service representatives and continue to get the run around. One hung up on me and one was being sarcastic and thought the situation was funny. One said the supervisor did call me and one representative said they didnt and I should be receiving a call. This company is a joke and Ill never purchase anything from them again. The customer service process is terrible.

    We bought our pool in March in preparation for summer. We didnt set it up until June when the weather got nicer. Since it was purchased in March we are getting the run around for a replacement liner that came with a hole and scratch marks/discolouration on the liner. We spend almost $600 filling our pool with water which is when we found the pin hole. ********************** wants us to drain the pool and cut out the defective parts before they will send us a new liner without pre approving the claim. DO NOT buy a pool on sale in the winter. Terrible customer service. When I spoke with a manager she said I have 2 years to make the claim and to send them the cut outs when we drain it. I asked her to send me that in writing and I was told that was not possible. I would not suggest buying anything from Intex.

    2 weeks ago, we bought a BRAND NEW Pure Spa Greywood Deluxe 4 person hot tub through Overstock.com for almost $800! It had a bad control panel that would NOT pair with the Internet. It took us half a day to find anyone that could help us with the problem! Plus our calls were dropped! Everyone we talked to tried to turn the problem over to another department that didn't have a clue what they were doing! Then we got an email saying they would NOT honor the warranty to replace the bad control panel because our hot tub was 2ND HAND!!!! We were dumbfounded! Now we have to fight them for the replacement. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! BEWARE!

    Intex customer service is terrible. I ordered a product that took a couple weeks to arrive. Once it arrived, I realized it was missing a part. I input a request for support through their website, didn't hear anything for over a week. I then called them, spent a bunch of time on hold waiting for support, then waiting for the staff member to look various things up on her computer. The full call was about 40 minutes, despite my telling the individual I was taking a work break and really needed to return and wrap this up. They said they would ship it within ***** business days, and said there was no way the could expedite the shipment. They also said I would receive and email asking for the order information (even though they already have this in their system). I never received the email, and it's now been 22 days and I have not received the part either. I just tried calling at ****am EST, and their office is not open. We will see how things go when I connect with them as this remains unresolved.

    Ive purchased several Intex products 3 above ground pools three sale water chlorine generators and 3 pump /filters. The last filter pump I purchased just last year and this year it started making noise. I reached out to warranty support at Intex and after ***** minutes was told they would send me an email to complete my claim. I never received it! Terrible customer service / support!
