During the game, I have never used any plug-ins or cheating software, and always relied on my own operating skills and teamwork awareness to enjoy the fun brought by the game. I am well aware that plug-ins and other violations will seriously undermine the balance of the game and damage the experience of other players, which runs counter to my original intention of playing the game.If the ban is due to some abnormal performance in the game recently, I guess there may be a misunderstanding. I am the player with the account ******************** I recently learned that my account was banned, which was like a bolt from the blue for me. I have always regarded Valorant as a bright spot in my life. I strictly follow the rules of the game to participate in every game, respect every teammate and opponent, and have never participated in plug-ins or cheating software. This information is in regards to practices via the support channels offered by Riot Games.They have a service to request your information in which they ask you to verify who you are and provide a list of questions to answer.I attempted to do my best to answer their questions, but I have been consistently alienated from their process by their employees who do not shift their questioning and just repeatedly copy and paste answers. I ask to communicate to supervisors so that I can provide identification to clarify ownership of the account using state issued identification or some other means and I am instead blocked and do not receive replies.The questions they ask are in regards to, card numbers and phone numbers that I no longer have access to. They are as follows:1. Username (login name):2. What is your full Riot ID, include your tag (Ex: RiotGames # NA1):3. What is your summoner name?4. Shard you play on (NA, *** etc.):5. Your current Email address:6. Your current IPv4 address (Use *************************** to find your IP address):7. Who made this account?8. I was playing league of legends for years which is a game produced by Riot Games company, I did not play the game for 6 months. One day I opened the game or the client which contains multiple games like League of Legends and Valorant, then suddenly I got banned for using 3rd party programs which I never did and it was working well before the 6 months. I contacted the game support and they asked me for like a lot of information. I sent them all the transactions I did from 2016. I will send you the images and all the details I sent them. My account was precious, to be honest I did not pay a lot in the game but It had a lot of skins which is worth a lot of money and play time.
