I was billed TWO times for $99 each for an account I do not even hold with this website. I emailed them two separate times regarding an account holder using my card information and never heard back. i had to change my card so it could stop being used due to this, but still got charged for the trial being over from my old card that I no longer have? I do not want to be charged anymore for a website or a plan that I never initiated. In both my emails I even mentioned the persons email and name being used since they tried using my card one other time on Amazon so they could take care of this, but nothing has been resolved. Trellis refuses to remove my court case from there website its so easy to pull this case up once you type my whole name this case information is the first thing you see this is unacceptable and a form of invasion of privacy I asked them to redaction my information the case page still can be seen by anyone even showing my mother middle initial D which she also redaction her information as well I would like the link to this case to be removed from searchInitial Complaint

I was looking on line for information on a home for sale. When I ******d the owner's name, and estate for him came up. I was surprised because I didn't know he had died. I ******d the estate and some information came up. I looked at it but you could only see one page. It said Trellis Law. I had never heard of them. I found a case in Ramsey county where the owner had lived. When I clicked on this I saw the Trellis Law again. It said it was free. So I looked at it. I had no desire to sign up for anything. But every time since when I put in the name of the owner this comes up. I tried to delete it from my searches. Then today I noticed Trellis Law had billed me $99. When I tried to call them there is no phone and no address. Every time I tried to find it they brought up the previous information. I don't want any of this. I was charged for it on January 26,2024. I think it was around Jan 14 when it showed up on my ****** search. I did find the information from the county government office and didn't need this information. I don't think they have a right to look for what you're ****** searching and then trick you into this. That's exactly how I feel. Like I was tricked. To make matters worse, this was a relative, and this is how I learned he had died. This was a shock. I want Trellis Law not to trick anyone into paying for something they didn't sign up for and don't want. I want them off my computer screen. They don't have a right to do this to anyone. And they need to list a phone number and address to discuss this and dispute it. I can't even provide the credit card company with this information because it's not online. The have a customer service on line, but they require a ticket number and I don't know how to get this. It's been a nightmare to get this resolve. Trellis.law is a website that uses the personal legal matters of consumers and individuals for profit by engaging in a listing service that drives financial benefit to them. They have two listings with my name in it. One is a stipulation in a court matter that is not even a real court complaint document. I signed up for a Trellis trial subscription on February 11, 2023. I tried it for one day and found that it would not be particularly useful for me. I believe I cancelled on the website later that dayl. I didn't receive a subsequent email welcoming me to my new subscription or telling me what it would cost. As the billing was five cents less than $100 per charge, my Amex account didn't flag it for me. I now realize that I have paid just under $1,200 for a useless subscription. I signed up for the free trial. It was not what I was expecting. I canceled 1 hour into the 14 day trial yet I was charged the $99 dollar fee for the full month that wasn't supposed to start until after the 14 days. I deleted my whole account and want my money back.Initial Complaint

I keep getting charged $39.95 monthly on my credit card and unfortunately didn't notice the charges until I was preparing my tax return for 2023. I've been trying to contact someone at the company to at least cancel this but am getting no response. Also, there is no way for me to cancel on their website as they are not recognizing my email address as an account. Under ****** search I saw my name, address, city, state, personal information that I do not want shared on the internet publicly by Trellis. They give way too much personal information, Im afraid for identity theft, safety and safety of my family. I tried to fill out their required redaction forms and after completing some I was continually redirected to join and sign up for their services, which I do not want to participate in. I emailed them as well and do not want my name, personal information made public by them and do not want to have to sign in for a free trial in order to complete redaction forms that they require.Initial Complaint

On January 18,2024 I created an account and signed up for a free 7 day trial period. After realizing I couldn't find the court cases I was looking for and noticing the company requires additional subcription to access documents, I decided to cancel my free trial as it doesn't meet my needs and pricing is misleading. This was all about 30 min. However in the instructions on how to cancel the free trial, they provide screen shots showing there is a " delete account " button and provided a link to go to that page. However, there isn't a delete account button available. It stated " you have no subscriptions " , which is untrue. Based on the email received my card will be charged $150 after the free trial expires so obviously I'm subscribed to a plan (see photos). Looking at the sceen shots the delete account button is only available to users that upgrade their plan. Bait and switch to get users to upgrade and start another free 14 day trial. This company provides no email or phone number to contact customer support and only provided a contact form. Ive contacted the company twice to cancel my free trial on January 18th and today by contact form under " cancellation related" subject. I recieved no response. This company is unethical. Besides my screen shots there is no evidence that I requested cancelation. They have a users mail box thats supposed to show communications but it doesn't show my sent requests. The emailed contract provided no contact information but says to contact support but not how to. I request my free trial be cancelled immidately before my free trial period ends and for them to provide verification here and to my email at ********************************* Also to transparently explain their free trial cancellation process, and publicly disclose their customer support email or phone number in their response to me. I have submitted 5 form submissions as well as reached out on Linked In regarding the unauthorized charges of $1119.60 to my bank card effectively draining my bank account and leaving me with no way to pay rent for my son and I this month. I have ONE account. I paid for premium access for ONE month on, and then reverted it to the personal plan for $***** per month. Previously, i did a free trial and immediately cancelled my account while still shopping. Ultimately I signed up for paid account and during my usage, several times I ran out of views and actually purchased additional views. Meanwhile, Trellis was billing me monthly to the SAME bank card for $99 and $******.I was not alerted until I received notice from my bank account yesterday that I had a ZERO balance due to Trellis. I am not a wealthy person and the theft of $1119.60 impacts the health and welfare of me and my son. I have received ZERO response from Trellis to my 5 submissions and this is an URGENT matter for me. These were not credit card charges. The total amount of my billing should have been ONE month at $******;and three months at ***** for a total of 299.80.Therefore, Trellis must immediately refund my account in the amount of $1,119.60.
