This case is regarding myself and MY MINOR CHILD, ******************************. It is illegal to publish info on minor children. Records are automatically sealed on minor children. The company provided this info, Trellis, will not allow me to submit a removal request on their website. I have also submitted complaints to the Attorney General of ***** and **********. Breach of individual privacy rights. I was a plaintiff of an old small court claim. The case was originally protected as confidential; however, when the court changed their website, some reasons, my personal information was viewable to public; therefore, I immediately filed motion of determine confidential information in 2016 and it was granted then the court did hide individual information. However, ******* somehow uploaded original documents (was in 2011) & even evidences and exposed my identify information which was totally against court order. Selling individual privacy is totally pure evil. This company has no respect to people's privacy rights. I cannot imagine how people affected and damaged for their website. I have been stressed and depressed by them as I am totally private person. My personal information was exposed on internet and the case shows up #2 on my ****** search. No one need to see others business. Legal professionals know how to research the court cases using the court website, west laws etc. & no need to use Trellis. Since ******* posted my case, my blood pressure escalated and my doctor had to prescribed me strong high blood pressure medications, and I have to follow-up with her every 3 months now, I had to check ****** search every day as Trellis switched documents daily and I was afraid if they uploaded another original documents which includes my personal information such as my main email address, handwriting signature that is the risk of identify theft, and persona correspondence with the defender that no ones business. Even I had to contact agency who removes unwanted links from internet. My holidays was horrible to concern about what ******* posted on internet. This company stated that they cannot remove those individual information from their website. They have no rights to control our rights for their greed. There are no reasons us to beg them to remove our personal information at all. This company is totally wrong.Initial Complaint

Trellis.Law is violating a Court Order Sealing a File. Trellis.Law is publishing on the Internet pleadings from a case that the Judge in the matter has already entered an Order to Seal the entire file. They are publishing various pleadings involving ***************************** and *************************** and myself despite the Court's Order Sealing the entire file. They are therefore violating the Court's Order, and invading privacy, and violating protected persons which the Court's Order Sealing the file protects, or is in place to protect.Initial Complaint

First things first, I work at a law firm. On December 23rd, 2023, I discovered Trellis in an attempt to search for a particular case and a defendant. That same day, I signed up for a 14-day free trial from Trellis so that I could find what I was looking for within the next week or so and then cancel the account shortly thereafter. On Tuesday, December 26th, I returned to work and made an attempt to cancel my Trellis account only to find out that I had been charged $899.95 or what I don't know. I already tried cancelling my subscription on Trellis' website on Dec 23rd, but when I clicked to change my plan, I was told that a member of the trellis support team would reach out to me. The website did not give me the option to cancel my subscription on the website and is purposely making the cancellation process more difficult that it really should be. I am in the process of disputing this transaction with my bank. I also never received a confirmation email confirming this expensive payment of $899.95. I only have confirmation of the free trial that I agreed to, and I only entered my credit card number ONCE for the purpose of signing up for the 14-day free trial. All other alleged "payments" are against my will and was stolen from my account by ******************** themselves. All I want is my $899.95 returned to me, and for my account to be cancelled once and for all. I have no clue why this company would stoop so low and resort to robbing people just to make money off their customers. I pray this website gets shut down somehow because any website that charges this much for mediocre services is bound to result in arrests being made anyway. Again, I work at a law firm, so I do have a hand in making this happen. Pay up, Trellis, while you're still a functioning organization. Thanks :)Initial Complaint

Trellis Law published all the documents on a case on their website. It is one thing to go to the courthouse to collect information, but quite another to be able to find all the case details on a ****** search. This is dangerous and also can have negative consequences. Can you please ask them to remove the information? I believe this must violate some privacy or stalking law or harassment law. I subscribed to their free trial and deleted it within minutes because I could not find what I was looking for. I cancelled the subscription and did not receive a confirmation email and now I have a $39.99 charge on my account. I am trying to delete the account but their delete/cancel button all of a sudden does not work, but their button to "pause the membership" is functionable. I want to delete my account and move on with my life. I do not want their service neither do I want the monthly charge.
