    I have been billed twice by this company. I canceled my service right after the missing the cutoff for the free trial. I was billed again on the 16th of February 2023.     In regards to your recent correspondence, it is all users responsibility to contact Trellis for cancellation of their subscription prior to payment date as assessed fees are applicable. 

    Non-use of the service does not automatically cancel the service and there are numerous ways to cancel the service at any time, including an always available online option in all users Account Profile.

    This company is advertising a domestic violence protection order that was served on me. The petitioner ********************** herself dropped the order because the claims were false. I want this removed from this site. If anyone wants court info on me they should get it from the courts. This is a conflict with my privacy & constitutional rights.Regards *************************

    Trellis provides a searchable database of state trial court records, including dockets, rulings, and filed documents, across counties and states in the ***** signed up to Trellis to access its services for a trial period in or around April 27, 2022. I called Trellis customer service to cancel this service in early May, within the trial period.This account was charged to my credit card after I cancelled the subscription in early May within the stated trial period. The account was subsequently charged 5x between the period of May 11, 2022 to September 11, 2022:May 11, 2022 - ***** June 11, 2022 - ***** July 11, 2022 - $***** August 11, 2022 - $***** Sept. 11, 2022 - $***** Total = $499.75 These charges were unauthorized.

    Trellis has posted a private civil case from over a decade ago involving my serial stalker and prior to that exploiter of over a decade that law is well aware of. I have submitted a redaction directly to go into effect immediately because it is unlawful to have that information open to the public and on ******* Judging by several other complaints of similar nature it seems this is a pattern of this sort of invasion of privacy by Trellis. It is entirely unethical and indeed is an invasion of privacy. Trellis is putting me and my loved ones in danger by having that open to the public as well as smearing my name. I am a ***** of ******** of a successful law firm and this is a smear to speak boldly. There is an open federal case on the predator involved in the case for their serial harassment and stalking upon me as well as my loved ones therefore Trellis needs to take that off any search engine and remove it entirely. I will have no problem getting a motion to do so being it should not be open for public view.

    Trellislaw.com has court information against me with *******! I want this information removed as defamation against me! This case is unfounded and I repeatedly wrote to ******* and spoke to them by phone and this suit against me was totally bogus and not just! They did not follow up with me and take the proper steps in this entire situation and it is unfair and unjust for some on line law information, such as Trellis Law to post unfactual information on line about me!     I did a ****** search and found that this site Trellis.law is selling my court documents online and those court documents has all my private information on them.This is what is listed under the search link:n October 27, 2016 a retaliation case was filed by **********************************, represented by *************************, against National Oilwell Varco Llp, represented by ...Trellis.law is a site that sells private and sensitive information to the public for a profit. My court documents has sensitive information that has been made available to the public. This information should not be made available to the public neither for free nor for a membership fee. I have submitted a request to remove the entire record from the website, not just my name, that means, THE ENTIRE RECORD AND ALL THE SENSITIVE INFO INCLUDED. I do NOT want my name within the legal documents to still come up hundreds of times. REMOVE THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN THEIR ENTIRETY DO NOT JUST REDACT MY NAME. Having all this info on a search engine doesn't serve justice, it bastardizes my justice and splays me open for strangers to have access to my personal information which they have zero business seeing and should not have access and be privy to. I am a victim of stalking and harassment. I want the 'TRELLIS.LAW' or 'TRELLIS' to remove my name and the entire document from their website immediately as it is causing harm and preventing me from gaining employment.

    I want my name removed from their website. This is a violation of my privacy and I do not authorize them to attempt to sell or publish court records with the intention of profit. If someone wants to look up information on me they can go to the courts. I do not want their site coming up when I google my name. I have repeatedly requested my name be deleted and they will not remove it. I believe this also has to be a violation in California where I am a resident.
