    This company has been making money off of my tragedy for a while. I am a victim of a crime which left me partial disable and another tradegy wher I was hit by a big rig on the freeway and almost died which I sued for . I reach out to them asking the to remove it as it is my story to tell, and it's my right to privacy as a victim of a crime. They sent me an email saying they would redact it, but instead put up an old case from edd from 2008 and a civil lawsuit filed against me from a college roommate in 2002, which only went through because, being young and naive, I did not show up. As a soon-to-be psychology grad, this harms future employment. They claim they are helping lawyers do research when instead, they are just selling my info. They put me on google SEO referring to a civil lawsuit 2002 harassment civil suit redirecting them to my victim of crime case because I guess it's too juicy of a point not to make money off of me. I would like this company to leave me alone and stop making money off of me. I am currently pursuing legal action. They misrepresented my victim of crime case, saying it is pending ,when it was settled and dismissed out of court just to get people to sign up on my behalf.

    I canceled my subscription on Nov 14th, 2022 upon complete closure; I recieved an instant pop-up stating I'll no longer have access to any saved files or use of any remaining credit, I was fine with that as I never used the site, got confirmation at the end and was cleared up as my account was deleted. I was still CHARGED $39.95 for an account I no longer have access to! I got harassing emails daily stating I needed to update my payment even though I no longer have an account. If I even tried logging on it would state my account doesn't exist....I want my money back Pronto! Email used was

    I am attempting to remove a court case on-line that just appeared recently. I went to their website to request removal; however, the website does not allow you to submit a form because there is no way to change the URL of the record you request to be removed. I am a public servant working as a 3rd grade teacher, and this is causing a problem with parents since this information is public on the Internet. This information is exploitive as it is building their business and income at the detriment of my career.

    Trellis Law published all information regarding a lawsuit I'm involved in including details thru ALL listed documents regarding my personal financial records, my personal medical information including mental health as well as all details about my case which I assumed would be private. It should be. NO One but my atty and I should have access to this very private information. All you need to do is type in my name on any search engine and voila- I'm bared to the world. I want ALL info including ALL legal documents deleted. This isn't about freedom of information, it's gross exploration of a person. I'm

    ALL legal documents pertaining to my name must be removed from Trellis ASAP. These documents are sensitive in nature- particularly since it gives my personal living address ( dangerous), my income AND OTHER financial information, my MEDICAL RECORDS with very sensitive and personal information which is protected by HIPPA, as well as other info that the general public has no right to see. While my name has been redacted, if someone searches under just my name, my name in all the legal documents which you put online comes up and directs readers to every page et al on these legal documents/Complaints/Responses and to all my personal and protected information. My name can be redacted but the sensitive info and my name w/in the legal documents still comes up hundreds of times. REMOVE THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN THEIR ENTIRETY DO NOT JUST REDACT MY NAME. Having all this info on a search engine doesn't serve justice, it bastardizes my justice and splays me open for strangers to have access to my personal information which they have zero business seeing and should not have access and be privy to.

    They are taking my privacy rights away from me and my family. I asked had asked a year ago to take down my information and they did not. I will sue you if you do not take it down. I don't want to hear any explanation of why it's up there. Take it down.
