      Ev go charge station in ********** /******* have caused a great deal of problems for me because the charge station are always malfunctioning .I had over eleven charge station rejection .

      EvGo is such a disappointment. Chargers are constantly Offline or Out of Service. Broken screens, ports, etc. Takes weeks to months to repair. Many times the App does not communicate with the Charging Stations resulting in having to call Support to manually connect. Disrespectful people leave their vehicles unattended after 100% charge causing delays and Support does nothing.

      EVgo support department me the worse department, because they cant response to the customer on time . All those companies or trappers. Its been full day I am calling no one give me the response. Those guys who pick the phone they dnt have the access to answer your question, and said ur email will respond by support team 3 -5 business days . Wow. Calling EVgo this wast of time . They only know how to get ur money thats all

      ******** are under maintenance constantly. They must have 1 technician nationwide. Great service when they work. Unfortunately, they rarely work. **************** is pathetic!

      I've only charged my car twiceonce on Thursday and right now, as Im writing this review. However, there are two charging transactions on my account from Friday and Saturday that I didnt authorize. I called customer service to report the issue and they created a ticket for it to be investigated. Once I received the email they essentially told me there was nothing they could do and said it was my responsibility to remove any cars from my account that I no longer own. The problem is, I only have one car, and I didnt charge it three days in a row.After receiving this email response, I called again. After explaining the situation to the representative, they put me on hold, and I started to hear snoringthey had fallen asleep on the phone. I tried to wake them, but eventually hung up and called back. The next person I spoke with said they would escalate the issue further.This entire experience has been ridiculous. After reading other reviews, it seems that unauthorized charges and poor customer service are common with this company. Im only using them because ***** provided me with $700 in credits when I leased my car, but given these issues, Im seriously reconsidering whether I want to continue using their services.

      I purchased a Liriq with the two years of free charging at evgo. On a road trip stooping in ***** there were six chargers and five were broken, this is the norm for evgo. The equipment is either always broken or two chargers is all they offer in a ****** use area. This company is the worst.

      Two chargers that block the sidewalk in front of my apartment in *************, ** are inoperable and have been for nearly a decade. They do serve as housing for spiders and critters. Ive never witnessed them being used for anything as advertised. Please remove or repair.

      I have an EV from ****** and a one-year free charging service with EVGo. It was confirmed by multiple employees that my account and service were active, and I was looking at a year of free charging when I looked into my account. Three weeks had past, and my debit and credit card were charged over $300. A female rep told me my card was not charged; my service with ****** had been charged, so I had to send a receipt to the Evgo support team. I called back because I was not giving a refund, only to be told by another rep that I did have a year of service with ****** and they had to further investigate. So I called back again because I hadn’t heard from them, I was told that I did have a year of service with ******. Another ticket was put in, I called again the next day. A lazy male rep picked up my call, and he wanted me to explain to him what happened after I told him to look up my notes. I called so many times, and I had so many tickets put in that he told me I had too many tickets. He refused to look through them and told me he was lazy, and I’m going to speak to someone else. Then I hung up the phone. I called back to speak to another rep. I questioned her about my refund, and I wanted to file a complaint with the male rep. She looked into my notes, and she told me that the male rep put in the notes. The call dropped, and he tried to help me, but he lied. I was told a refund had been issued, and I had to wait a few days. I did, but I never received it. The rep told me my year of service was closed upon my request, which I never did, so I request to speak to a sup, but it never happened; no one got back to me by email except that one time. I called again today, and I was able to finally speak to a sup, only to be told that all of my tickets for the past three weeks had been closed. He doesn’t know why, but that is the reason why I haven’t heard from anyone or gotten my refund. I have to wait a few more days because a ticket has to be issued. ***! What are you doing?

      They have 4 chargers, but only 2 work. They have been broken for weeks, but no one repairs them. Why offer a service if you can't maintain the infrastructure? I'm tired of waiting for 3 hours to charge my car. Do something about the service you offer or choose another business.
