      After recently reviewing my credit report from your company, I noticed several inaccuracies that need to be addressed. The accounts in question are listed below:Company Name: CURACAO Account #: **********Balance: $2,210.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681g), I am formally requesting copies of all documents in your records that were used to verify the accuracy of these accounts. Please provide these documents in your response to this letter.I respectfully ask that you do not reply with a generic statement claiming the accounts have been verified. Instead, I expect to receive the actual records supporting this verification. If no such documentation exists, these disputed accounts should be removed from my credit report immediately, as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i) of the FCRA.Including unverified or inaccurate information on my credit reportand continuing to share it with third partiesunfairly damages both my credit standing and my reputation. I ask that you take this matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.

      Ms. ********* complaint is based on a template that appears to be circulating on the internet and that reflects a profound misunderstanding of the applicable law.  Curacao's provision of information to the credit bureaus complies with applicable law, including without limitation the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and customers expressly acknowledge when they apply for Curacao credit that derogatory information may be reported if they default on their obligations.  The accurate reporting of information about customers' performance  (or non-performance) of their credit obligations plays a valuable role in the market for credit. Everyone who applies and is approved for Curacao credit receives a copy of the Curacao Credit Card Terms and Conditions, and that is the contract that governs our relationship as creditor and debtor.  The Credit Card Terms and Conditions are also posted on our website, and are available upon request in any of our stores.  Moreover, Curacao is an original creditor and not a debt collector within the meaning of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  As such, Curacao is exempt from the validation requirements of the Act.  Curacao is also expressly exempted from the validation requirement by Californias ********* Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

      To Whom it may concern,I am writing to express my deep concern regarding several unauthorized account with ******************** Account number: ****** Account balance: $0.00, which I have been unable to resolve directly with them. I have discovered that accounts have been opened in my name without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. This fraudulent activity is not only a violation of my privacy, but it has also caused significant distress. I expect immediate action to rectify this issue.       We already responded to this same complaint in a previous BBB claim with response below.  

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. ********* complaint. After doing an investigation and reviewing our records we learned that all the purchases were made online and shipped to the verified address which matches the one provided by Ms. ******* in this BBB complaint. Also, according to the payment history, there are some payments made via the text  link which match Ms. ********* information such as her name, billing address and email address. Please see attachment for payment receipt. Lastly, there are also records dating back to 06/13/2022 that Ms. ******* was contacted to collect payment due and she responded she had difficulty paying. She was offered to refinance the account and 
      She agreed on 08/10/2022. She continued to make recurring payments until she started falling behind again on 10/2023. I have also attached the payment history records.
