    I love they are a local Southern California business, and family-owned (with a MASSIVE selection and inventory!)!!! I love supporting Local businesses!! :) From start to finish, I had a wonderful experience with Affordable Lamps (**************************) :) I was searching for fixtures for our bathroom, and had specific questions about colors and items. They went out of their way to email me more photos and take the time to collaborate with me on the size, aesthetic, etc. I also appreciated how responsive they were to my many emails! The other thing I was super-impressed about was their price (super competitive) and return policy (no restocking fees) and the fast shipping. I saw the same fixtures elsewhere but all of these benefits added up, so I purchased from Affordable Lamps. I was glad I did. One of the fixtures did not work and I had to return it. I was very pleased with the super expeditious process to return the item. I am a very picky and highly discerning customer with a high bar on Customer Experience and at this point, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for lighting! :)

    **** was incredible to work with starting with providing an amazing price, immediate replies to emails and mind blowing customer service. My dining table light was shipped directly to me by the manufacturer but the factory made an error and sent frosted globes rather than clear glass. Upon notifying ****, he notified the factory of their error and they shipped the correct globes quickly. He can be depended on to assist the customer from start to finish and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't be any happier with the service.

    I spent a lot of time trying to find 78 recessed adjustable lights that I wanted. Many vendors had some lights, but not this many. I also wanted the lights in a hurry so the electrician could not waste any time in installation - time is money. I found AffordableLamps.com on line and they more than delivered. I would preferentially use them again. They: 1) honored their 125% price guarantee; 2) called within a few hours as per their website to answer my questions about shipping; 3) followed-up just when they said they would when I figured I would not hear back from then once I paid the invoice (Mark); ** presented several shipping options with prices; 5) have an easy on-line payment method; 6) were the least expensive source of the lights I wanted; 7) were the fasted to get the lights to me; and 8) importantly gave me personalized service and were nice and prompt about it.

    I couldn't be happier...We ordered almost $4,000 worth of lights. Everyone was shipped quickly. The pricing could not be beat and not having sales tax was nice too. What else could you ask for? 5 stars for sure. Thanks!
