    Affordable Lamps has the best search/filtering function of any online lighting supplier, hands down. Together with their vast inventory this ensures you always find what you are looking for. And when you have found it, you get it at an unbeatable price. The service team is helpful and knowledgeable. I have purchased from Affordable Lamps several times over the past 10 years, and always had the best experience. I am very surprised to see the negative reviews here. They deserve a better rating than that.

    I ordered a *********************** O' Lantern lamp. All I can say is that it came in perfect order and worked when I plugged it in. I check all the glass sections and soldering and it was in great shape. I also was impressed with the way it was packed for protection.

    I bought a light from this store and received it, in what seem like good condition. I didnt try the fixture because immediately after removing it from the box I could tell it wasnt going to fit my space. So I promptly bought a shipping label and returned it after contacting the company. Over a month goes by and no credit was refunded to my card, so I had to contact my credit card company and issue a dispute. Within a couple of days, of the credit card dispute, Affordablelamps contacted me and said the lamp was returned with missing pieces and the finish was damaged. The light was never used and was very safely returned. This leads me to believe they never planned on giving a refund for this item. This company is very shady. I would avoid ordering from here

    Unfortunately this is not true. We've been doing business online since ****, serving thousands of customers and have a AAA Better Business Buereau. We take disputes very seriously. Mr ******* ordered qty:1 Kuzco TR10015-BK Lyra Contemporary Black LED Track Light and when it was returned, the backplate of the fixture was damaged with markings and paint chipped. Here is a photo of the damaged backplate: **********************
