    A few years ago, I initially purchased 2 *************** lamps and liked them so much, I ordered 4 more and replaced all of our outside fixtures. A few months ago, two developed an intermittent issue with the LED's, and in a huge surprise to me, **** and ******* have replaced the LED units although I am well out of warranty. Considering how most businesses seem to operate nowadays, I wasn't even sure I would get a reply to my email asking if they had seen the problem before.As I look back, the pricing was excellent, they kept me posted during the order process, and now this: if you have any lighting needs, **** is the place to go! Definitely earned a Wow! from me -

    Pendant globes online were a grey color. I received clear globes and that won't work. Contacted customer service for a return label 3 days ago. Still waiting.

    Hi ********, I just looked into this further and we've sent multiple emails explaining it can take up to a week for the Return Goods Authorization number and a prepaid label to be e-mailed to you. But it seems you are not getting our e-mails. Please check your Junk mail folder. We also just let you a voicemail today.

    I purchased a floor lamp from Affordable Lamps when they were having a promotion. By far, they offered the best price compared with other vendors. While I experienced a delay receiving it, it arrived today. The lamp was better than I anticipated. It assembled easily, is attractive and durable. I am very pleased and will purchase from them again.
