    I had a very good experience working with Affordable Lamps trying to locate a replacement shade for one of my light fixtures. They tracked down the information I needed, followed up with me quickly and had the shade delivered very promptly. Excellent customer service!

    Great people and customer service! Order was fulfilled properly on their part. When I found that I ordered two wrong-size items in a four-item order, there was no problem in returning or crediting my account. Also ordered the correct replacements. All items were packed well, shipped promptly, and were excellent quality.I will use Affordable Lamps again if I need their items.

    I just ordered a light fixture from Affordable Lamps. I had forgotten to use a discount code. But through the chat line the order was adjusted and I will get a discount refund. I really appreciate that the business honored that.

    I had a very good experience with Affordable Lamps. I love the light I ordered and it came in half the time I was expecting. Wish I had known about them sooner, but I was impressed with their inventory and will definitely shop with them again for my other lighting needs.

    I rarely leave reviews but in this case I was happy to respond I had never ordered from this company before and was a bit skeptical that I would even receive it because of the amazing pricing!!     We worked with Affordable Lamps representative who we easily reached over the phone and followed up via email for a special order. We received our lamps very promptly. We love them, no surprises, and appreciated the great customer service. The lights were from the ******* company and were wrapped and packaged very well. We had seen these in a local specialty store and found them offered through Affordable Lamps online. They lived up to their name and offered pricing which was considerable savings over the local vendor. In addition to "Affordable", they offer Quality and great ***************** We couldnt be happier!
