      These people are horrible they're won't help me with this phone for data I've paidc$40 to get data they, won't put it on my phone I've been calling them non-stop for a month I have a court hearing that I had to cancel for a social security disability that I waited for 4 years for on Monday I need to have data I call this numberp a billion times and they keep on hanging up on me I need data on this phone and I need help and I've ordered the phone and I won't send one to me these people are horrible they think it's funny they just hang up on me they they won't help me they should be shut down I was approved for this phone now I want to be able to use the **** thing they have shut it off twice unbelievable

      Worst!!!! I was told that the hotspot holds up to 10 devices and explained I would need that many. I got the device and after 63 dollar purchase plus 35 for 20 GB, I found out it only holds five. Only had device for two full days and they refused to give me a refund. Worst customer service ever!!!! Your agent miss quoted me yet I am out 98 dollars!!! I should have known how cheap the device looked!!! Scammmm!!! Don't do it, reconsider!!!!!

      I think you should refund the 12 dollars I paid when I initially qualified for Free Phone+Data-text-talk for 1 dollar a month for 12 months. Shortly thereafter, I was de-enrolled because you didn't receive my lifeline application. I have been on the California LifeLine Program since 2017 and I still am on that program to date, November *******.

      I received an email suggesting I needed to finish signing up for their services. Since I didn't sign up for their services, this looks like a scam.

      I have the same complaint as all these other people. They market this as an aid for senior citizens to get emergency help. I'm also considering making a complaint against the California LifeLine program itself. Meanwhile, the said device doesn't work. I'm even registered with them, the state lifeline program, ******* and ******. They did nothing in customer service, three strikes they're out. In the meanwhile I have to try to find another phone, and hopefully some other lifeline program will help. Their call center is run like an oppression of immigrants operation. I heard discipline being threatened against a representative I was talking to. Definitely a subcontinent operation.

      To any Customers who hear about ********************** phone service: please, safe your money and time from not speaking English, rude mobile service without any connections with their owners as T-Mobile. May be it is time for *** start investigation with corporations as TruConnect under top of T-Mobile!
